I've been patient and given them every opportunity to make it right and finish the job. Since they were unable to "get me on the schedule" I requested a refund to no avail. I gave them every chance, but now it's come down to warning others to beware and don't pay till the job is finished.

He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again. As a first-time hot tub owner, I appreciated that he walked me through everything and tried his best to find a solution to our problem. Thank you, Stone!

A friend recommended DesRochers and I have never looked back. They close and open my pool. Within 24 hours my water is crystal clear after opening. I have used their 3 step weekly maintenance and rarely do I have an issue. The issues are usually due to weather or too many teenagers in the water. This year they replaced our liner and lights. I would never go anywhere else. Malory and the staff at their Shorewood location are so helpful. And the service team exceeds all of my expectations.

After reviewing video footage, I was able to capture them breaking the cover and trying to hide the damage. However, the owner replaced the broken cover after I sent him the video. A few months later the owner cancelled my contract the day they were supposed to come out to service my pool because I complain about the calcium buildup on the walls of my pool. For $295 per month, I should not have buildup if you are servicing my pool every week! Goodbye, good riddens! I would not recommend this company!
