They arrived in what we considered a very timely fashion, especially on a Saturday afternoon. They listened to what I explained as the issue, observed the clean out, and knew exactly what to do. They ran the auger approximately 100 feet and you could hear it breaking through the tree roots. Upon retracting the auger, the roots were very evident on the cable and the claw. The service guy was very friendly and explained what he was doing through the whole process. He was extremely willing to answer all my questions. We were expecting to pay $500-$600 for this kind of service on a weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised when he said it was $305. I would definitely recommend Schoonover Sewer Services and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

The contract required a $750 deposit to get on the calendar, with the remainder split across payments before, during, and the day after the work. Worth noting -- credit card payments carry a 3.4% fee and the contract includes no warranty of any kind. What went well: The driveway does look noticeably better overall. The resurfacing gave it a cleaner, more uniform appearance and the broom finish looks good. Jonas was responsive during the quoting and contract phase, and the work itself was completed on schedule in about a day and a half. He also offered some unsolicited but helpful advice about maintaining my rear patio, which I appreciated. Bottom line for future customers: If your concrete is in rough shape, this resurfacing will be a solid improvement and you'll probably be thrilled with the result. But if your driveway is in relatively good condition and you're hoping to take it from a B to an A, set your expectations carefully. Yea great you don't charge me for the part but most other company's charge around $60 to $70 per hour and if part is under warranty they charge the company that made the unit for their time.
