I talked with Joe and he was super helpful in helping me choose the right swim spa for my needs. He also recommended an experienced contractor to help with site preparation and final install process. I ended up buying the model E500 with the treadmill option which took a few weeks to build and deliver to my house and In the meantime the contractor prepared a area in my back yard. The spa was then craned from the street and over my two story house to the site with no problem. I am now enjoying an awesome swim and low impact run in my spa and plan to use it as much as possible all year. Many thanks to sales person Joe at lifestyle and to Hugo at Fortis bros construction.

The second time he showed up I spoke with him, he had very poor communication skills and got worked up. He clearly had not looked at the hot tub as he tried dismantling my deck as opposed to simply lifting a deck access gate. He began to make me feel completely uncomfortable so I asked him to leave. The customer service at Lifestyle Outdoors really wasn't bothered and rescheduled for 2-weeks out with another technician. I asked if there was anything they could do to have it serviced sooner and they said no. I explained I would leave a yelp review for this and the customer service rep told me that was fine. So this is for extremely poor customer service.

During my research process, I read numerous online postings advising that a nearby, trustworthy…read moredealer is the most important aspect when buying a hot tub. Although I was about to purchase a hot tub from a large, well known dealer in Corona, I decided to look at Custom Spas Direct, which has good online reviews and happens to be very close to our house. I'm glad I did. I was not familiar with the Vita spa brand that Custom Spas Direct sells. There's very little information available online. After doing some digging, I determined that Vita is a decent, mid-range spa with competitive pricing. Nothing fancy, but it's built with good components from companies like Balboa Water Group. Dealing with Custom Spas Direct has been fantastic. It's a small company and we interacted directly with Jim Galpin, the owner. Jim is a straightforward guy and he was very helpful in choosing a spa. Since I was unfamiliar with Vita, I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. He quickly responded whenever I sent him a text with a question or request. After the purchase, he was super flexible with regard to delivery, setup timing, coordinating with the electrician's schedule, etc. The delivery and setup was quick and well done. The installer did a good job answering all of my questions. We've had the spa six months and have had a couple of minor issues. One was probably due to user error on my part and the other was not. In both cases, Jim responded to my texts immediately and quickly resolved my issue, even during a holiday week. I'm so glad I purchased from a local dealer that provides such fantastic service after the sale. I'm sure a larger dealer would not have given us the same treatment. Thanks Jim! Five stars!

We got quotes from several pool remodeling companies and Smart Swim came in right in the middle. We are strong believers on "you get what you pay for," and opted to go with them even though they were not the cheapest. From beginning to end, the guys at Smart Swim were easy to work with and truly wanted our project to come out great. After 30 years, it was time for our pool to have a remodel! Through the remodel, it was uncovered that we had many severe leaks, down to the rebar that needed to be fixed in some areas. Sam was great at making sure we understood the severity and that we were okay with any new costs that needed to be added. Not only did they do our pool, but also installed turf by the pool area and put pavers all around the pool and yard area. We also got the new gray gate installed from them as well, to replace the wooden fence in the yard (between the pool). **Noting that the perimeter wall/wooden top was painted black and sanded/stained by a different company. We truly appreciate their hard work and even when we had an immediate death in the family during their time working on our project, they were very respectful and gave us some space as needed. I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros.
