We stumbled upon this place desperate to make the most of quarantine. We wanted some type of pool for our super tiny backyard. We looked at all kinds of options: swimspas, jacuzzis, inflatable pools, above ground. We were looking for more of a splash pool rather than a hot tub but we were quickly sold on the Softubs. Such a brilliant design. It had all the things we needed. Quick set up and no need to upgrade electrical. Plugs into a 110v outlet, and easy maintenance that even we can do with no experience. It was delivered within 90 minutes of purchasing, set up and filled with water and chemicals in 20 minutes. We were in the pool 10 minutes later loving our new investment. Good and iffy: Todd is a great guy and terrific dealer. I've sent sever of my friends his way and all have been very happy with his service You'll Like him. The tub is comfortable and easy to maintain. After 1 1/2 years the things that I don't like are The 106* heat limit which keeps the automatic heat control from kicking in until the temperature drops 3-4 degrees. And it has No manual heater switch. So keeping your Softub at your optimal temperature is frustrating at best. If 104* seems right for you, go for a Softub! For us is like a tepid bath. read more

We rented a soft tub during the quarantine to occupy ourselves and help us relax. We ordered it on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. Very prompt delivery and extremely affordable! We rented ours for a month, they gave us a deal to buy it but I was laid off so we couldn't purchase it at the moment. Their customer service was very friendly and helpful! To rent it for a month was $450 and they took it in two installments because I asked and they said of course. They are so nice here and they are a small family business! Todd came and dropped off the soft tub and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They provided us with the chemicals and he stayed while the tub filled up to educate us on how to use it and care for the soft tub. I love how comfy it is inside and I love the jets it's amazing! Morgan assisted in the sale of the hot tub and her dad, Todd delivered and set up the tub with great instructions on using the tub and the maintenance. Both encounters were awesome. Horrible experience with these guys. I sent in my motor for repair. They said it was fixed and sent it back. After I filled it with water, it turns out it was not fixed and was leaking. Made a mess of my backyard. I contacted Todd and his daughter Madison multiple time for weeks. Radio silence. I have a Softub which is great I love it. Last year a part went bad and I got a new (used) from them and it worked for a few months and the spa started acting up again. My electrician friend came over and we figured out what was wrong, so I needed another part and figured I give these guys a go again. I've called these folks for a good 6 months leaving messages with no response at all. I ended up ordering the part from a dealer in Florida. I'm not sure what happened to these guys but I don't recommend them if they can't even return a customers phone call. read more

This place is great! I had the best experience trading in my old Softub and buying a brand new one. The customer service is excellent, and the delivery went very smoothly. If you've been thinking of getting a Softub, just do it. They're easy to take care of, quiet, economical to own and maintain, (way easier than a standard hot tub) and nothing feels better than soaking in a big hot tub every night. I have the largest tub and I love it. It's easy to move and you don't need any special electrical outlets to run it. I highly recommend owning a Softub, and I especially recommend American Softub.
