Leslie's service is horrible. The employees couldn't care less about there customers and helping customers. The products are over priced and hardly work. I bought a pump from them and it broke within a year (while under warranty) and they still charged me to have it replaced. Rip off! There pool shock product is an absolute joke. It doesn't work! It makes you pool cloudy. I now only buy Clorox shock from Amazon and save twice the amount and my pool sparkles. read more

I think Leslie's pool supplies has been in the area for sometime. We have tried them multiple times for problems with our spa. There are very helpful young people in the building who are very nice. During swim team practice I started to have pain in my ear and realized that I might be getting swimmers ear. So since I was in the area I went to Leslie's Pool Supplies and wanted to buy earplugs to prevent it from getting my earache worse. So I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome. It was completely empty with no one inside. I walked to the counter to ask where the earplugs were and David O the cashier helped me find them. He was very patient, approachable, and friendly. Today we took delivery of our new spa cover from Leslie's. Dave, the manager, and Timothy, the technician, were both wonderful to work with. We recently purchased a small inflatable spa. In addition to reading the instructions that came with the spa we went to Leslie's trusting their knowledge and chemical supplies. We were sold over a $100 worth of chemicals only to find out later, from several sources, that we didn't need near that much in supplies. With receipt in hand we returned to Leslie's to get our money back. Failing to read "the fine print" on our receipt - they will not accept returns on any chemicals. It sure would have been nice to know that - with full disclosure - prior to us purchasing their products. Shop first! You can find the same products at significantly lower prices elsewhere. My husband made an appointment two weeks again that was confirmed twice by text. I took off a half day from work because the time was between 12 and 5. I went all day and didn't hear from anyone. At 5:15, I called the number from the texts which only allowed us options to change or cancel our appointment. I called again and waited on hold for a long time. We finally got in touch with a real person around 5:30, who transferred us to customer service. That person transferred us to someone else., adding more waiting to this process. Apparently, our appointment was changed to next week from 8-12. No one let us know and no one knows why and lots of apologies were given. I said we would keep the appointment if there would be no change, since I would have to take a full day off work because of this time window. They said they couldn't do that. We reminded them that our entire system is most likely needing to be replaced and that they were about to lose a customer who is planning to drop thousands of dollars. Still, didn't budge on us trying to get them to rectify the situation. It's bad business to screw up that badly then not try to make things right to keep someone's business. Guess our business isn't needed or wanted, so we are taking it elsewhere. read more

I have been to this store a several times trying to solve problems other pool people just couldn't solve. I told them they are "rock stars" and will tell you the same. I have had some hard to find and solve problems for motors and parts that some of the pool people at other places could not get resolved. Yes they are not the cheapest but when you factor that making mistakes and misinformation are of no value, NOW I Now you will see them as I see them as a incredible bargain. Great store well supplied and easy to order if parts are not in stock. I now just go straight to them. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. No attitude even when sometimes the sales are under $10 and it takes some time to do research. You won't be sorry if you want quality at a competitive price doing it right the 1st time. read more

I was helped by Joshua, and he explained everything I needed, what the correct PH-levels for the water in my pool should be, as well as gave me tips on how to maintain my pool myself. I ended up buying some articles among which a 3 liter bottle of Phos- free for $61.plus tax. because that's what I needed I was told. When I checked an on-line store at home I could get TWO 3L bottles for $46.- Leslies price would have been 2X $61.-+ $122.- plus tax which is almos TREE times the online price.
