Our project included fixing cracks, re-plastering, building a Baja shelf and spa inside the pool, demolishing the existing spa, redoing the pool deck, and replacing all the equipment. The pricing was competitive--while not the absolute lowest, it was very reasonable compared to other contractors we considered. Given the quality of the work and the scope of the project, we felt we received excellent value. Eddy and his team struck the perfect balance between affordability and craftsmanship. The workmanship itself was outstanding. They completed the remodel with great attention to detail, and even replaced all the plumbing without charging extra, which was a pleasant surprise. The Baja shelf, spa, and deck turned out beautifully, and the pool feels brand new. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Even two years after the project was completed, we had a few minor issues arise, and Eddy promptly addressed them. These guys are not worth doing business with at all. Their workmanship well the pics will show it. Their guys are fine except the bosses. They just do not care about the customer. They have a new shady partner that practically did a hack job on my pool and tried to extort more money from me as well as putting a lien because I would not pay the WHOLE amount for not completing the job properly as well as changing around what was agreed upon as they felt. After they filed a lien I negotiated a fair price for what they did complete with the promise they would lift the lien. I am speaking with my attorney about that. To add insult to injury these guys (owner/boss) while very polite on the phone instead of giving me estimates, they invoiced me for an estimate thats how bad their system of doing anything was. All in all I will NEVER use these people especially since they partnered with a shady person who claims to be a pool expert. Do not use them. They were horrible with my situation. I spent weeks chasing them for updates and still got nothing but vague excuses. Total nightmare. 2. Constant Delays Their scheduling is a joke. Disrespectful Crew The team was unprofessional and careless. They trashed my yard and acted like they were doing me a favor by showing up at all. Disrespectful, lazy, and rude. 5. Man these guys act quick! I gave them a call for a pool that was badly dilapidated in our new home. Scheduling was actually the only setback as they seemed to have been booked up for the summer. However once they actually began the project they were well equipped to tackle the job. They were very thorough throughout the construction process, relaying milestones in the project and informing me of how to operate the pool as it was new to us. His the did a great job, not only the routine maintenance in contract, but also all the pool stuff beyond. He also recommended some adjustments to my pool and later proved to very helpful. Poo Pros Installed a new pump and filter systems at my pool about six month ago. Recently I noticed a leak the connection of the input hose to the booster pump. Pool Pros responded immediately and repaired the leak without charge even so the problem was with the in ground plumbing and was not covered by the warranty. read more
