I bought a new pool hose, vacuum head and pole from Pool Deals 22 MAY 2020 paid for then did nor receive until 18 JUN 2020, when attempted to use the hose would not stay on vacuum head, I have had a similar setup for the last 15 years and never had an issue where the vacuum hose did not stay on. With the promise (from their website) or 3 to 5 days to ship. May 19th, my money was gone from my account. By May 26th, I heard absolutely nothing from this company. Due to COVID and a holiday weekend, I gave some grace. By June 2nd, I had been sending 'tickets' (cause you cant get a person on the phone) June 5th, I said cancel my order June 6th I get a 'supposed' tracking number June 6th, 7th, 8th and so on... I continue to send correspondence to cancel my order. June 13th (or 14th) I received an email that says this; Please note that sending another ticket or response will delay your response from our support staff as we answer tickets by the date and time of your last response to the ticket. Tickets that have not had any activity the longest get answered first. Sending multiple tickets or responses will actually delay your response from us (not speed it up) pushing your ticket to the back of the queue. So allow 2 full business days from your last ticket response for us to get back to you. If you message us everyday before hearing from us first, you could be waiting quite a long time as you are pushing your support request to the end of the support ticket queue, and restarting the wait time.  Today is June 15th. FedEx has no shipment for me, which I dont want anyway. These people send me a response, that says, they will TRY to cancel my order, but it's not likely. (Not in those words, but pretty dang close) They sent a link to look at their cancellation policy. Which says "we are generally not able to cancel an order" and IF they can cancel it there will be a 10% cancelation fee. And if they actually do send the product, and you refuse shipment, they consider that shipped, and you can not get a refund at all! Just to compare.. I ordered the same product from a different company. That was on June 5th. They used FedEx, and the product was here on June 8th. This is NOT a shipping issue, this was not a card declined issue. Had to open a ticket and they respond via e-mail. Asked about the status of my shipment and they stated that orders leave within 7-10 business days and that I would receive e-mail once shipped. Waited a couple of days more and didn't receive anything. Placed second e-mail and did not get any response. The e-mail system stated that my e-mail was "noted." I asked them just to cancel it because I waited the time allotted plus extra time for COVID-19. On their phone recording and website says all orders are shipping on time. Someone finally emailed me and said they would cancel my order. Yesterday the pool liner arrived at my house. It was wrote on the box customer refused but they sent it anyway. EcoDrain Pool Winter Cover. Their "Eco Drain" is just one plastic grommet that the customers must install themselves. You have to cut a hole in the cover to install the grommet. My cover is a 16x32 ft. and I'm supposed to find the center of this thing. Also, the website promised $50 worth of free stuff while supplies last. I contacted their support center online and asked about the winch and cable and was told that it should've been in the box. I told them, that it's not there. Then they replied that since I ordered a rectangular cover, that the cable and winch don't come with it. Nowhere on their website says that rectangular cover doesn't come with winch and cable. I bought over $1300.00 worth of supplies. Did not receive 2 items I ordered. When I contacted Pool Deals, they will not answer any phone calls, only email. Someone named Rodrigo answered my inquiry stating that what I was missing was delivered on a certain Fedex tracking number. This particular tracking number was received, but was other item, not the missing item. Fedex will document on their label 1 of x, 2 of x, etc, so I know there was not another package on that tracking number. Rodrigo's statement was that, "item was stolen". He would not listen to any logic or proof or make it right. He closed the my inquiry ticket and nothing. This company rated D- on BBB and thought to be closed by BBB. Pay attention, do not use. I was supposed to receive a pool cover, 30 clips and a cover sealer because we have very high winds in Las Vegas in the winter. I got the pool cover but that's all. I opened a ticket because you can't call them. I told them I'm waiting for the clips and sealer and they first asked if I opened the box? Duh? Yes that's how I know I didn't get the rest of my items. I even paid extra for shipping insurance. Then they tell me I was supposed to have received a second package. I had 2 separate transactions from this place totalling around $500. I paid $4 extra for both orders for "rapid processing " A week went by with no email with tracking info. I ordered a pool closing kit for my above ground pool. I received the package fairly quick and set my pool up to close for the winter. Two days after closing the cover split in half at the seam. I contacted Pool Deals and was told that I had to take the cover off the pool and send it back before they would send me a new one. Well my pool was already winterized and the filter was no longer attached. I had to go and buy a new cover from a local store (Leslie Pool) so that my pool wouldn't turn green over the winter and when I asked for a store credit they told me no they don't do that. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE! Cover was cheap and customer service while they answer you quickly they don't exactly help. If i could give zero stars, I would. This has got to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. I ordered a pool, filter, and everything else I needed to set up a pool for the first time. Everything I ordered showed to be in stock and would ship within a week. 3 months later and many angry messages back and forth, I have received all of the things I ordered except the pool and filter. They kept telling me that it was delayed a few weeks. After those few weeks, it happened to be delayed another few weeks. While all this was happening, they were shipping the extra stuff I had ordered. Liner, cleaning supplies, wall foam, etc. About $1000 worth of supplies. Now that they've sent me everything else, and will not let me return them, they canceled my pool and filter without me asking. So now I've got a ton of stuff for a pool I don't have. I have a feeling that was their plan all along. Get me the extra stuff knowing that the pool wasn't coming. Then cancel the pool. Pretty underhanded stuff. Do not do business with these people.
