A friend suggested I call Creekside. Scheduling was a breeze, the tech arrived right on time, took a quick look, found two leaks that were right in the location where the other guy supposedly checked, and $250 later my tub was fixed and has been fine since. The tech was very professional, explained all that he was doing, worked efficiently and put everything back in order before he left. A+

Knowing I have an older tub on my hands, I knew it would need some service. I wanted to look into replacing a seal around the pump motor and impeller since there was a little bit of a leak on it when the pump was running and gave him a call to ask if he knew where I could get the parts locally. He was very helpful and suggested Gary Pools. He gave me some good advice on replacing it myself, so I wanted to give him 5-stars on Yelp just because I know if I ever hired him for anything he'd be extremely helpful. I got his prices for the future and he said he charged around $125 and up for a service call + parts which seemed reasonable to me. Hopefully, I won't have an issue where I'll need his help, but if I do--at least I know a local hot tub repairman I can call! Glad I found him on Yelp.

Scott, the owner, was extremely helpful and actually asked us what we needed over the phone. "The other guys" merely gave us a price for a service call and weren't overly helpful. We went with clear view. So glad we did! They didn't try to take advantage of us and the price was right. I will recommend Scott for his excellent service! Greg, the guy who came to our house, was fantastic as well. He told us all we needed to know as novice hot tub owners. If anyone needs their pool or hot tub services, these are your guys!
