In 2020 we tried a new service, Aquaman, and could not have been more pleased. Phil Morgan is easily accessible, courteous, very professional, punctual and hard working. (Even continued to turn on our system in the pouring rain last Spring.) With 31 homes to service and not get one single complaint is noteworthy! In addition, his prices are the best that we have found! As a Board member who does the hiring, I would not hire any other company!

After reading their reviews, and checking out their work on Instagram, I decided to request a quote. The price was so reasonable that I didn't actually quote with anyone else. We got scheduled, and Brendan was very patient & polite answering all of my emails, texts & phone calls with questions about preparation, after care, timeline, etc. (And I had A LOT of questions!) When the day came for him to arrive, he showed up right on time. He was very friendly & knowledgable. Right away he explained what type of floor we had, the grain, even how they cut the tree to make it. We could tell right away that he knows his craft and that we were in good hands. He was right on time with everything else too - like when he said he would have the color samples laid down so we could come back to pick one, and when we could come check out the finished product. We went from light to dark - something Brendan was excited about doing. And oh my gosh... our floors are GORGEOUS. I can't stop walking around the house looking at them. He did a phenomenal job! We couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend Brendan & Queen City Restoration to anyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors. (I posted 1 before & after pic on IG and already had 4 people asking about them.) I took a chance on a company I didn't know and I'm SO glad I did. Thank you Brendan!!

I explained I can't do that because it is a high traffic area and because of my large dog would have it dug up in no time.I already had a contract for him to sand all floors and refinish. He wanted to rush it and move on to the next job. I told him that isn't what I want. He sent his son to sand the next day. It sanded well then his son deliberately stained it badly. dark spots all over and his daughter let her sneaker prints deliberately in 2 spots.I was very polite and did not say a word. I just wanted them out of my house. Not to mention he talked about other clients terrible, that should have been my first clue. It is a shame that they tried their hardest to ruin a 107 year old floor. I called another company and they did a beautiful job repairing the floor.
