The first year we started getting these weird dry/dead patches in the back and front yard but we thought maybe the grass would get used to the new fertilizer and come back. Definitely not. SO MUCH WORSE this past summer. When I called to ask what was going on they were extremely rude on the phone and then finally offered to send someone to check things out. This person told me that we weren't watering our yard enough... One small catch...we have an built in sprinkler system that goes off every other day nice try, Turf Tec. DO NOT use this company if you want good customer service or a nice looking lawn.

We hired Turf Tec to bring in top soil & hydro seed the lawn. We are not very happy with the…read morequality of their work! Way too many large rocks in the topsoil, and the lawn is full of weeds. We had to dig out the rocks ourselves. Then we caught them in a few lies including " we can't get top soil to fix the holes" and "we'll be back in a few weeks to make this right." We went to the Depot that day, bought the top soil to fill the holes ourselves, then we also had to fix the bare spots with grass seed. My sister fired this same company for spraying her lawn with fertilizer and weed control. All she got was weeds that were out of control! Some people have said that some of these companies use excessive water in their spray mixture, so your not really getting what you paid for! Integrity and honesty are very important to me when hiring a contractor! Don't promise a customer something, and then not do it. By the way, the one star I gave them was for showing up!
