In 2020 we tried a new service, Aquaman, and could not have been more pleased. Phil Morgan is easily accessible, courteous, very professional, punctual and hard working. (Even continued to turn on our system in the pouring rain last Spring.) With 31 homes to service and not get one single complaint is noteworthy! In addition, his prices are the best that we have found! As a Board member who does the hiring, I would not hire any other company!

The first year we started getting these weird dry/dead patches in the back and front yard but we thought maybe the grass would get used to the new fertilizer and come back. Definitely not. SO MUCH WORSE this past summer. When I called to ask what was going on they were extremely rude on the phone and then finally offered to send someone to check things out. We had to dig out the rocks ourselves. Then we caught them in a few lies including " we can't get top soil to fix the holes" and "we'll be back in a few weeks to make this right." We went to the Depot that day, bought the top soil to fill the holes ourselves, then we also had to fix the bare spots with grass seed. My sister fired this same company for spraying her lawn with fertilizer and weed control. All she got was weeds that were out of control! Some people have said that some of these companies use excessive water in their spray mixture, so your not really getting what you paid for! Integrity and honesty are very important to me when hiring a contractor! Don't promise a customer something, and then not do it. By the way, the one star I gave them was for showing up!

You can tell they take pride in their work, and I really appreciate that. One thing I especially like is the option to prepay for both the spring opening and fall closing of your sprinkler system. You pay once a year, get a little discount for doing so, and then it's one less thing to think about. To me, simplicity is best! I also think it's a win-win for everyone. As a customer, you save a little money, avoid having to remember another bill, and have peace of mind knowing your seasonal services are already planned for. I'm sure it also helps their office coordinate openings and closings more efficiently, plan, and stay on top of scheduling so everyone can be taken care of in a timely manner. I love when a company offers something that benefits both the customer and the business. It's a small perk, but those little things make a difference! Great service, attention to detail, and a company that makes life easier. I highly recommend Huron Sprinklers!
