My elderly parents hired Greenview and their service contract (paid in full for 2019) got off to a rocky start. We can forgive difficulties when weather is a factor -- but unanswered phone calls are unacceptable. After I called and spoke to Chris things got on track. Overall the service in 2019 was good after May. They're hired again for 2020 -- hoping for the best regarding weather and all communications. read more

This company has consistently failed to meet the basic expectations of what a customer should expect. They not only don't improve my lawn's appearance, but actually butcher it. They have to be reminded to do basic edging and are only interested in getting the work done fast with no focus on quality. My lawn literally has ruts in it due to lack of common sense...(cut lawn when it is drenched). I have given them many chances over the years to improve and the only thing they do is increase their pricing and decrease their services. Their snowplowing is below average at best. There have been a number of occasions where I was either late or had to miss work altogether, due to being buried from snow. The office people are pleasant and try to cover up for what I perceive as absentee ownership. read more

Downhill over the last 3 years. Highway robbery for spring clean up, terrible job just throw mulch everywhere and snap weeds off so they grow back in 6 days. not worth the money, go to a smaller place. customer for 5 years but they're not getting another penny. read more

Had them for over 20 years and this year not happy..One of there techs when winterizing our system decided to urinate on the back of our garage..How disgusting.Talked to Brian the General Manager and he didnt seem so concerned.Said he couldnt control their bathroom habits.We have our own business and would never do that to a customer..Very unprofessional. read more

Called the Greenview team for an estimate, the estimator was out the next day which surprised me. since then NOTHING, called left message no return calls. Finally got thru an they said they would send out the estimate. I guess they don't need the business. read more

I hired them for snow removal and lawn service. First cutting of the lawn, the lawn trimmer put a hole in my siding, they they ran over the drain covers and chewed them up. Finally, after a brand new deck put on the house, once again the lawn trimmer guy took chucks out of the corners of the deck. As for snow removal, it only snowed twice during the season I hired them and they didn't show up until about 2pm the first time and 11am the second time. Useless..I shoveled faster than that. I called AT LEAST 5 times to complain about the damage to my property and the girl who answers the phone always gives the same answer "someone will call you back by tomorrow". Oh and before all this I asked for a landscaping quote and the owner took 3 months to give me an answer!! By then I had hired someone else. Do Not use these people.. read more

This company does not follow simple directions. Explained that they were not to use the driveway as we just installed a new concrete driveway. What did they do? Drove a skid steer all over it. Then they decided not to abide by a verbal agreement we had about the damage. Secondly, the work we hired them to do was below par. I would steer clear of these people. There are plenty of landscapers locally that have integrity. Green view is not one of them. read more

I had Greenview build us a retaining wall and do some minor landscaping around our property. The results were amazing! The wall looks fantastic and all of the plants the added are very healthy and look great. My only problem was that it took a long time to come out. They are very busy but I guess that's a good thing. read more

THIS COMPANY LACKS INTEGRITY AND BREACHED A SIGNED CONTRACT. The owner of the company is 100% completely aware of the dissatisfaction from my family and will not honor our signed contract/deposit at the agreed price. A beautiful design was created by the landscape designer and it's unfortunate that we cannot continue to see these plans through as they agreed upon. What a horrible way to conduct business...there are so many landscapers in the Clarence, NY area and Erie County and we will find a new company to work with based on positive reviews we find. read more

Greenview thrives for perfection and never disappoints. Not only is their fine work untouchable, but their team values their customers sincerely. Greenview Team donated money to my charity drive for Dance Marathon, a program for the miracle children network at Shands Hospital. A simple contact goes a long way with them whether it's for their landscaping services or charitable task. This company is the worst when it comes to Customer Service. We use them both for lawn and snow plowing. This past summer our neighbor's grass had been cut three times before ours was cut once. When I called to complain I was told someone would call me back. Of course no one never did. We also signed up for the 5-step fertilizer program. Our lawn was only treated 3 times and that was after we called and complained. The team that cut our grass was disrespectful to our yard. They didn't cut our entire yard. We had to point out the property line to them twice. They never returned the lawn furniture to its original place so we had numerous dead grass spots in our yard. They don't move anything they don't have to. They cut around it. The snow plowing is also a joke. I can't tell you how many times we've called to ask "where is the snow plow" only to be told we will contact the driver and call you back. Of course no one never calls us back. We've left numerous messages on their voice mail. Still no call back. When our driveway is plowed they do a "half-ass" job. They don't even do the entire driveway. We also pay to have the sidewalk plowed, which they only do when they feel like it. Right now you can't see the sidewalk in front of our house because it hasn't been plowed. During the last snow storm our driveway wasn't plowed until 6:00p.m. and this was only after we called to complain. My husband and I are so frustrated with this company and their lack of respect for their customers so it should come as no surprise to hear that we will not be resigning with them again. We have taken pictures and considering taking legal action and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more
