We're repeat customers and have now taken 2 of our dogs there over the years but I'm always impressed by the customer service and attention to detail. Better yet, my dog never seems stressed when I pick him up. Quite the opposite in fact - he spent all afternoon posing for pictures haha. I know the pandemic pet boom is in full effect so it can be hard to wrangle appointments for all their care needs but if you have a dog they need to go to Pampered Paws. His ears were cleaned, & he even had his nails trimmed. Inside the building smells very fresh & clean, & it is very clean. There are no signs or smells of any animal poop or pee whatsoever.
