Booking the Wedding Day Dog Attendant service through Happy Bark & Tails for my 11-month-old puppy…read morewas one of the best decisions I ever made. My now-husband and I were in the midst of planning our wedding when we decided to adopt our beautiful puppy, Oreo, and we wanted to ensure that he could be a part of our wedding. Thank goodness we found Happy Bark & Tails. From our first meeting, the owner, Madeline, was informative, and caring, gave us a clear idea of what to expect on our wedding day, and took the time to answer all our questions. Every step of the way, Madeline was patient, responsive, and put us at ease. We even scheduled a meet-and-greet a few weeks before the wedding with Madeline and her husband, Gabriel, who is also a co-owner of the business. We were certain that they would not only care for Oreo but treat him like their own baby. On the day of our wedding, Madeline and Gabriel arrived at our hotel and immediately took care of Oreo. They put on his cute "best dog" scarf and bow tie and handled him while my husband and I got ready for our wedding. They walked him, fed him, played with him, helped him pose for pictures with us, and treated Oreo like family. They transported him to the venue, took him back to our hotel, and stayed with him until we got back. We couldn't have asked for a better company or people to work with! They also documented our wedding day with photos from Oreo's perspective. The gallery of photos was beautiful and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Happy Bark & Tails for all your wedding pet care needs. They were great to work with and we have already recommended them to another couple!

Words cannot adequately express how grateful we are for how wonderful Madeline/Happy Bark & Tails…read morewere on our wedding day. It was so important to us that our two pups be included on our big day, and Madeline made sure they were both included and so lovingly cared for. One of our pups is 15 years old and as anxious, adoring pawrents we were worried about her ability to navigate our wedding venue and the excitement of the day. Those worries quickly dissipated because Madeline cared for both our pups as if they were her own, and we effusively recommend Happy Bark & Tails to anyone who loves their pup and can't imagine their wedding day without them.

A few months later, our dog was wounded when another dog bit her while the new TK walker was walking her. My dog has a permanent scar on her snout from this incident. Maybe 2 months after this, we asked for some leniency on the fee when we had to cancel unexpectedly and it was past the designated cancellation time that day. To be clear, we didn't insist on that leniency, just asked the owner politely if he would waive it for us that time. He then informed us that not only would he not waive the fee, he would no longer provide any service for our family, leaving us completely high and dry for our pet care. I had previously referred lots of people to TK, but now would not do so due to the owner's unpredictable and strange interaction with us as well as the fact that my dog was injured while in their care.

They asked detailed questions about the haircut style before starting, so I felt pretty confident things wouldn't go wrong. Mika did an amazing job with the grooming. My dog's coat was pretty tangled from travel and lack of brushing, but she handled it well and gave him a shorter summer cut that still looked really cute. The owners/staff were welcoming, and they even gave a nice new-customer gift bag with toys and treats. Would definitely come back.

I can tell they gave Mini all their love and attention. I was so pleased I book the appt for the next month in advance. I hope that she continue getting the same love that they would give to their own yorkies.
