    On Saturday I paid $95 + $10 tip for a full service for my 13lb Shih Tzu. She had some knots & I…read moregave them permission to cut them. Even signed a form. So I didn't mind the cut. However, I did request her top knot to be kept. She had absolutely no knots there, I thoroughly combed her head & ears before leaving home for her appointment. So, I was surprised to see they had cut it. That wasn't a big deal for me because we can take or leave her top knot when she has a close cut. She didn't smell like she had a bath. She didn't smell, but she didn't smell super clean like she normally does when we get her from our usual Groomer. She just didn't smell like a freshly bathed dog. She had a nip (close) cut on each side of her ears. Overall, the cut was not great. I didn't notice how bad until the cut was until the next day. I called on Sunday to ask if the had bathed her or not. The assured me they did, if they did, it wasn't thoroughly. Her ears were not cleaned at all. They were not touched. I know this because I started cleaning then on Saturday morning then I stopped because she was going to the Groomer in a few hours. I called and canceled the appointment we made before we left the shop. Because I've paid much less for Grooming services that were ten times better than the service my dog received at Pawsitively Styled. So we will be returning to our previous Groomer, even though they are an hour away. We would love to find a Great Groomer closer to home. I hate looking because it's always hit and miss. You can't trust the pics or the good reviews. I hate that new clients are given to inexperienced Groomers. I realized they have to learn, but we should be notified and charged accordingly. The service I received at Pawsitively Styled was unacceptable. I would not return, even if they offered a free full service.

My dogs have been coming here for 5-6 years. We loved the way our dogs were treated and cut. New owners took over about a year or so ago, and BOY CAN YOU TELL from the immediate drop in ratings - from all being highly rated to all being one star. L O L Yesterday, our dog was 12 minutes late for his cut, because we had an emergency. Previously, in the 5-6 years of taking our dogs here, we were late maybe 3 times, but they called me to tell me that as we "have a history of being late, the owners now need us to pre-pay for every single appointment if we want to continue sending our dogs there." I further asked to speak to the owners but was never allowed to. I then asked, if we pre-pay for our dogs, and something comes up and we need to re-schedule appointments even A WEEK IN ADVANCE, can we do so? To which she responded "no, payment is non-transferrable" so i asked what if there is an emergency, we are just charged anyway? And she said "yes payment is non transferrable" I again kindly said we were coming there for 5-6 years and I felt we were being treated a little harshly and that was it. Next day, I bring my other dog in for his cut. Asked to speak to owners again. Not able to. Spoke to front desk and girl that cuts my dogs' hair. She stated "I spoke to the owners and due to the events and behavior of yesterday, as we have a no-tolerance policy for that, today will be your last appointment." Appalled. My dogs are 13 years old. One has congestive heart failure and epilepsy along with other problems, and the other has arthritis. I felt so comfortable sending my dogs here since they are used to the girl who cuts their hair, have always been treated properly, cut perfectly, and have never been cut/hurt. I now have to search for a new groomer that I am comfortable sending my 13 year old dogs to. Not to mention, I have sent SO many people here to have their dogs groomed. I am informing EACH AND EVERY ONE of this happening. And they will loose each and every one of these clients. As for the dog that was late to his appointment by 12 minutes, he never got cut and we prepaid for my other dog that went the next day. They charged us the wrong amount (charged us for my bigger dog who never got cut). We asked them why the card was charged 85 dollars (my dog is 5 pounds) and they said "oops sorry looks like we charged you for the bigger dog by accident, we will TRY to get the extra money refunded back to you" TRY? Your mistake. Fix it. And get rid of these new owners.

    So upset, had no idea this is undernew management and I am so disappointed…read more we've been customers for over 8 years and skipped our last visit to another groomer during travel... only to return a be disappointed with the result. Lola, or yorkie, is no more than 7 lbs and we were told she was aggressive and was given to us with patches and a horrible cut. so so disappointed
