Ella is very efficient and economical. She's fair and charges you according to the job you need. Unlike other places that charge you for grooming even if it's just for a bath. My dogs love her! She hugs and kisses them and gives them treats. The shop is well equipped for bathing and grooming. By appointment only. It's her and occasionally her husband helps out. She cuts them according to what you ask. I get my dogs shaved down, especially for the summer. They smell good and have a cute little bandana around their necks when they are done. She even gives tips on how to care better for your dog. You can park right on the street for drop offs and pick ups. Highly recommend!!!

My Son and I left him at 1 pm and picked him up at 3 pm. I couldn't see the full cut because my baby was climbing all over me. We get home and he is omg butchered!!! While there I still felt a matt and asked her to cut it out. I get home and omg he looks terrible!!! His cut is completely choppy, totally uneven and his mane is chopped up badly! I texted her that I wasn't happy and she told me she could fix it. I told her I was completely unhappy and that it was so uneven everywhere. She then calls me and is yelling at me that she had no time to do it properly because she only had 2 hours with him. Andddd calls me "A fat ugly bitch!!" She was a replacement for our regular cat groomer, who consistently provided excellent service and never experienced any issues with my two cats. Jasmine stated that she would make a note that one of my cats does not tolerate the use of a blow dryer. However, during the appointment, she provided inconsistent and conflicting accounts regarding which cat had allegedly attacked her, ultimately changing which cat she claimed was responsible. When my cat was returned to me, the cat she identified as having attacked her had a leash tightened around her neck to such an extent that she was visibly struggling to breathe. This was extremely distressing and entirely unacceptable. Both my cats were soaking wet , nails not cut , and clearly not groomed for the money spent. Although I spoke with the manager and received a refund, Jasmine proceeded to mark both of my cats as dangerous and labeled them as red attack. Affecting me booking online at all locations. Grooming Siberian cats is no easy task--they have thick, triple-layered coats that most groomers struggle with. But Becky handled all three of our male Siberians with absolute professionalism and care. All the workers there are friendly, the place is clean, and they are great with the pets as far as I've seen! I made an appt a week prior for both of my dogs to be cut at 1PM with 2 different stylists so they could be together and done alone and not in a cage long if at all. I call the place and the receptionist who is just a middle aged woman with a terrible mullet haircut tells me that my dogs could not be cut on time because " it was raining out and the dogs were coming in knotted" And tried to get nasty with me when I explained to her I made this appt the way I did with prior receptionist for a reason.... Not only was she a rude SOB but then when I had a 4PM zoom meeting and I said I will pick them up at 5:30 which is when they close, I was told NO! " We close after our last dogs are done for the day" so I had to cancel my meeting which was important to accommodate her and her $10.00 an hour job of treating people like crap since she's been working at PAWS..... I left cause of one reason (not her) but now I'm done.... My advice to whoever is the owner these days - get your staff in check before I do.

I am so upset right now. My golden retrievers were completely shaved. They went in with long hair…read morethat needed to be just trimmed. My husband specifically asked for them not to be shaved and to just be trimmed. He got upset with the lady and she told him not to come back again since he was raising his voice at them. It cost over $200 for something that I could literally do myself and my dogs look ridiculous. They are unknowledgeable groomers because anybody that understands the breed knows you don't shave them...that it messes with their double coat which regulates their heat. Do not bring your dogs here!
