I've been coming to Pedigree Pet Spa for a while now, so I'd consider myself a "loyal customer."…read moreHowever, after today I won't be returning. I ran into a family emergency this morning and had to cancel an appointment for my dog and received the nastiest customer service because of it. That just goes to show you which companies only care about the $$$. There have been times in the past where I'll drop my dog off around 10 am, and he's not ready until almost 6 pm. I've never once complained about that either! If that's the case, what's the point of a scheduled appointment? When I reached out to Pedigree, they were so nasty and unpleasant because of the emergency and couldn't accommodate me. We're still in the middle of a pandemic, and emergencies happen. The lack of empathy shown to me, a customer giving my money to this establishment for over a year, was/is heartbreaking. While I understand that me having to cancel now put them at a loss for a grooming session today, I was willing to make it up by simply rescheduling for ANY day that worked on their end. Instead, I'm subjected to a cancellation fee. Maybe I should've given them a few for "if you have scheduled slots for grooming, why does it take a whole workday to get my dog groomed?" But no... Also, per the owners response to me (and others), she's combative. The business overall lacks accountability and professionalism. Never once did I yell to the receptionist but only asked her q's and let her know I would no longer be coming back. Also, the emergency was not my son not able to come w me. I also only asked about Saturday but mentioned I was okay with waiting weeks out because of my cancellation instead; I was hung up! As mentioned in my review, I've been here many times, and he's always joined because you guys provide curbside pickup. I will continue to advocate for small businesses, but I cannot when they are like this.

The owner's daughter was very nasty and fresh and I feel that if I called you and told you I was gonna be late there shouldn't have been a problem you're trying to tell me that back you up when she already had dogs in there anyway, so I am not very happy and I suggest anybody who uses her not to use her. LOCATIONS HAVE LIMITED CAT GROOMERS DO NOT TRUST JASMINE O…read more My experience with JASMINE O at the grooming salon was horrible. She was a replacement for our regular cat groomer, who consistently provided excellent service and never experienced any issues with my two cats. Jasmine stated that she would make a note that one of my cats does not tolerate the use of a blow dryer. However, during the appointment, she provided inconsistent and conflicting accounts regarding which cat had allegedly attacked her, ultimately changing which cat she claimed was responsible. When my cat was returned to me, the cat she identified as having attacked her had a leash tightened around her neck to such an extent that she was visibly struggling to breathe. This was extremely distressing and entirely unacceptable. Both my cats were soaking wet , nails not cut , and clearly not groomed for the money spent. Although I spoke with the manager and received a refund, Jasmine proceeded to mark both of my cats as dangerous and labeled them as red attack. Affecting me booking online at all locations.
