It always surprises us how good she smells even after about a couple of weeks of leaving this place. But Becky handled all three of our male Siberians with absolute professionalism and care. He was ready after an hour and half. it was faster than I expected but happy he wasn't in a new loud environment for a whole day. Lauren did a great job with our dog. She was able to trim his face and private area. I didn't recognize him when I picked him up immediately because he got brushed and was fluffed up. I'm used the matted look he had and I can see his eyes now. Its a good setup they have. there's plenty of street parking outside. I took a star away because there isn't enough warm water when we use the self wash station. I don't think my puppy minds the cold water but my hands are freezing when we bath him ;)

Cat food is in the same area. I needed food from Koha, a higher end brand and fortunately Animal Crackers not only carried it but they also ask very reasonable prices. For your convenience, you can have Animal Crackers order cases of food for you. Getting an entire case of cat food also gets me one complimentary can - and don't forget to get a punch card to track your purchases! Animal Crackers has become a regular shopping spot for me and I am glad I found it!

My Son and I left him at 1 pm and picked him up at 3 pm. I couldn't see the full cut because my baby was climbing all over me. We get home and he is omg butchered!!! While there I still felt a matt and asked her to cut it out. I get home and omg he looks terrible!!! His cut is completely choppy, totally uneven and his mane is chopped up badly! I texted her that I wasn't happy and she told me she could fix it. I told her I was completely unhappy and that it was so uneven everywhere. She then calls me and is yelling at me that she had no time to do it properly because she only had 2 hours with him. Andddd calls me "A fat ugly bitch!!"
