We're repeat customers and have now taken 2 of our dogs there over the years but I'm always impressed by the customer service and attention to detail. Better yet, my dog never seems stressed when I pick him up. Quite the opposite in fact - he spent all afternoon posing for pictures haha. I know the pandemic pet boom is in full effect so it can be hard to wrangle appointments for all their care needs but if you have a dog they need to go to Pampered Paws. I was convinced I liked his shagginess before, but after I saw him I fell in love with him all over again. His fur is super soft, he smells great, & I think my dog even knows he looks good. His ears were cleaned, & he even had his nails trimmed. Inside the building smells very fresh & clean, & it is very clean. There are no signs or smells of any animal poop or pee whatsoever. That is always a great thing whenever you go somewhere animals are. Everything about Bark Avenue is very pleasing & professional. But Becky handled all three of our male Siberians with absolute professionalism and care. My Son and I left him at 1 pm and picked him up at 3 pm. I couldn't see the full cut because my baby was climbing all over me. We get home and he is omg butchered!!! While there I still felt a matt and asked her to cut it out. I get home and omg he looks terrible!!! His cut is completely choppy, totally uneven and his mane is chopped up badly!
