Gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to use them. One of my babies recently died so this past visit I only had one there - a 12 lb 10 year old Shih Tzu. She was there OVER 7 hours and came out mangled - bloody from under her chin and all the way down her belly, with raw spots on her back as well. Reached out to the owner and she remarked "Sore to hear that" and asked for pictures. I sent them - and she didn't even have the courtesy to respond. With a tip, it was $95. I then had to take her to the vet for cream and an antibiotic - another $100. It isn't about the cost - but the fact that the owner did not so much as offer an apology, an excuse, or even REPLY. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

For example, some will use a muzzles. Also, When I came home I discovered that my pooch had not been bathed. They just groomed her and used some perfumed powder to give the illusion that she had been washed. The conditions of the shop are atrociously unsanitary.

Speaking from the perspective of a dog trainer they really make sure the dogs are not stressed and that there is no kennels, crazy barking or screaming happening. They really take their time and do not overlap appointments unreasonably so dogs don't trigger each other as they are on the table either! I have since recommended this place to all of my clients, you won't get better flexibility and individual adjustment anywhere! To add on, two other groomers that the owner had tried did not take Meeko saying that deshedding would take them too long and they don't want to do it Rolling bone still took him in and even though the owner said he might have been difficult at another place, they had no problem handling him at all!

Grooming Siberian cats is no easy task--they have thick, triple-layered coats that most groomers struggle with. But Becky handled all three of our male Siberians with absolute professionalism and care. Not only did their cuts turn out beautifully and leave them smelling great, but the biggest bonus was the noticeable difference at home--far less fur to constantly clean up! Basic communication is important when you're trusting someone with your pets. If initial inquiries aren't returned, it doesn't leave much confidence in the reliability of the service.
