I came across Woof Gang and decided to give it a test run. Once inside, youll see a handful of treats displayed on two large tables. On one table there are multiple different natural treats to choose from. Near each bowl there's a description of what was used to make the treat. Which is great if your pup has any food allergies. In the other, there are seasonal treats which I found to be a hoot!! I found myself coming in twice in a week ! I purchased multiple cookies and two different birthday cake options. I'm super-nervous about leaving my baby with just anyone. I've heard horror stories about many places and besides, my baby is just plain nervous about going anywhere, let alone the groomers. I called this place to schedule an appointment. I sent over my dog's rabies paperwork by conveniently texting the docs to a phone number. I had forgotten to do this when I scheduled the appointment but they still took it the day of. I pulled up to Pawsitively Purrfect, very easy to get to and located on Morris Ave which is a main street in Union. Parking wasn't bad. I parked on the side street and walked right around the corner. When I brought Kelani up to the door it was locked but Adelis came to open it up and greeted me in such a friendly way. Now I expected for her to just grab my fur baby and go inside but nope, she actually stood outside on the sidewalk and allowed Kelani to sniff her and get used to her. Then once Kelani was comfortable, Adelis reached down and petted her and talked to her. Then she picked up my baby and went inside. I came to pick up Kelani a couple of hours later and she looked so cute. She smelled fresh and had a pink bow in her hair but the best part was that Adelis had trimmed the hair under her chin so meticulously and perfectly. My regular groomer doesn't even do a job that good. I paid $84 on my card and tipped her. She so deserved it. I'm so pleased with this place. I've already scheduled Kelani's appointment for next time. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately she fell while walking into your establishment and someone, I assume the owner, came out to assist her in getting up as she couldn't do it herself. The groomer was clearly annoyed at the intrusion and without even asking if she was okay or why she was coming, she turned around, walked back inside and closed the door. My elderly mother limped back bleeding to her car. She had to go to urgent care and get medical attention. While the actual fall was no fault of the groomer, the way she was treated was horrendous. If this is an indication of how she treats people, I would not recommend bringing a pet to her. ,

If you have a pup that doesn't like getting their nails trimmed, I would NOT recommend this place…read more The first few times we came here, it was amazing. Our dog is sensitive to getting her nails trimmed and I was amazed by how quickly and pain-free they were able to do it. 2-3 of the staff would work with her, one person cutting her nails and the others keeping her calm and comforted. It would be over in just minutes. HOWEVER, the last few times we've gone, it's been terrible. They put a muzzle on her and with just 1 staff trying to both cut and keep her calm, they were not quick so she would start crying and whining and not staying still. They said they did not want to cut her nails again and asked that we try elsewhere, which is understandable. I'm just disappointed that they were not as efficient and helpful as they used to be.
