Two treatments totaling $775 were needed to resolve. I talked with Chris and his father on several occasions over the past couple months and requested he pay for the vet bills, and while he said he would review the incident and get back to me he unfortunately would not return any calls. The Grooming Room is a dishonest business that does not accept responsibility for their work and pet care.

She has also experienced lots of ear infections. We saw every vet and vet tech in that place. They were happy to run test after test. 5K later, and no results. Big office with lots of people, zero results. None wanted to suggest it was anxiety causing the biting problem. And none gave us any meds for her ears. Fast forward, we found Dr. Schafer. He was recommended by a friend. And we've never looked back. HE'S AMAZING! We've been going to him for years. No more tail biting! He really listens when I speak. He asks LOTS of questions. He wants to understand not only the pet, but the environment in which they're living in. IT MATTERS. He also suggested a certain plug-in product to reduce anxiety. Two days later, and I've never slept better because my cat is way more relaxed. Any time I've called the office, the people answering the phone are so kind. They always ask, "What's the baby's name?" And they'll ask the vet questions because he's always standing right there. It doesn't matter if he's dealing with someone else. You can call and ask anything and get a quick response, free of charge! BEST VET I'VE EVER BEEN TO! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'd like to address the ridiculous review from Pamela below, a review that is so personally amusing.
