My husband and I take our dogs here all the time! We live an hour away and we STILL take the trip because this groomer is worth it.

Upon our return, we were horrified to discover a significant injury on our dog--a 1.5-inch puncture with dried pus which required staples to close. This situation clearly reflects a severe lack of proper care and oversight from the facility staff. The severity of the injury was unmistakable, and the fact that it went untreated for an extended period highlights a substantial failure in daily health checks and a lack of commitment to monitoring the well-being of the animals in their care. It is deeply troubling that such an evident issue was either missed or ignored, suggesting serious deficiencies in the facility's protocols and a disregard for the welfare of the animals entrusted to them. The manager did admit to negligence on their part. Our dog's condition has been profoundly distressing and has severely undermined our trust in Dogtopia's ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment. This experience has raised significant concerns about the potential for further harm due to such neglect. I strongly urge pet owners to carefully reconsider their choice of boarding facility and ensure that their beloved pets are placed in an environment that prioritizes their health and well-being. In light of this incident, we believe it is crucial for Dogtopia to reevaluate their procedures and ensure stricter adherence to health and safety standards. Only through such measures can they hope to restore the trust of their clients and guarantee the well-being of the pets in their care. We were extended a free day of play for our troubles, which we declined........NEVER AGAIN.

Booking the Wedding Day Dog Attendant service through Happy Bark & Tails for my 11-month-old puppy…read morewas one of the best decisions I ever made. My now-husband and I were in the midst of planning our wedding when we decided to adopt our beautiful puppy, Oreo, and we wanted to ensure that he could be a part of our wedding. Thank goodness we found Happy Bark & Tails. From our first meeting, the owner, Madeline, was informative, and caring, gave us a clear idea of what to expect on our wedding day, and took the time to answer all our questions. Every step of the way, Madeline was patient, responsive, and put us at ease. We even scheduled a meet-and-greet a few weeks before the wedding with Madeline and her husband, Gabriel, who is also a co-owner of the business. We were certain that they would not only care for Oreo but treat him like their own baby. On the day of our wedding, Madeline and Gabriel arrived at our hotel and immediately took care of Oreo. They put on his cute "best dog" scarf and bow tie and handled him while my husband and I got ready for our wedding. They walked him, fed him, played with him, helped him pose for pictures with us, and treated Oreo like family. They transported him to the venue, took him back to our hotel, and stayed with him until we got back. We couldn't have asked for a better company or people to work with! They also documented our wedding day with photos from Oreo's perspective. The gallery of photos was beautiful and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Happy Bark & Tails for all your wedding pet care needs. They were great to work with and we have already recommended them to another couple!

It was so important to us that our two pups be included on our big day, and Madeline made sure they were both included and so lovingly cared for. One of our pups is 15 years old and as anxious, adoring pawrents we were worried about her ability to navigate our wedding venue and the excitement of the day. Those worries quickly dissipated because Madeline cared for both our pups as if they were her own, and we effusively recommend Happy Bark & Tails to anyone who loves their pup and can't imagine their wedding day without them.
