I gave this place 3 tries with grooming my dog. I asked same groomer Not to use scented shampoo on my dog and every time I picked up my dog he smelled like Roses!!! This place is very expensive and due to my groomer not listening to my wishes I am giving it a low score. read more

First time in this place altho i pass it a bazillion times. Thought it was just for grooming and day care, but they do all kinds of grooming. My furry baby needed his mani pedi. I didn't want to trek all the way to my other place I go. So I called ahead they were awesome from beginning to end. Friendly sweet and courteous making my furry baby's time there comfortable, well as comfortable as possible for a Chihuahua. Lol. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Now I have a go to place for my dogs nails. Also very afforadable. Can't wait to go back. Great awesome customer service the girls tried to make my baby feel good. He was so happy when he came out. We needed a day care and boarding facility in NJ for when we visit my parents and will be out for too long. The reviews didn't steer me wrong. It was easy to set up the evaluation and the staff was very clear and friendly. I didn't initially expect photos but they were SO nice to receive. We don't pay for her to be cooped up so it makes us smile to know that she's having a good time while we're away. She stayed overnight during Thanksgiving weekend while we went to dinner and the Opera in the city. She happened to be on medication for a UTI and there was zero issue. No upcharge, no gripe. It was great. She was able to have her own toy and no crate at night. We'll be back! read more

I needed a day of doggy care while I was in the area briefly. Love that they do a 2-hr temperament test before booking a new pet - and unlike most places, they didn't even charge for it. They texted me many pix of my happy dog during the day, and even sent her home with a bag of treats "because we had a birthday party today." Highly recommend! read more

My boy Max has been going there for a couple years now. The staff are always so happy to see him and make me feel so welcome. I love that they have half day packages and I could even just drop him off for an hour if need be. Because of covid max has been cooped up and I really think he was getting depressed. He hadn't been there in over a year and today I took him and Eva came out and greeted him which made me feel so at ease about leaving him because he had been so weird around dogs lately. Eva is the best. Within 15 minutes she called me to let me know how he was doing, playing with a boxer, which made me feel so good. They know you there. Your not just a customer. Great staff! They are very accessible and helps us a lot in terms of scheduling, issues with the dogs, etc. They send pictures of the dogs enjoying the nice yard and playng with the other dogs. Price-wise, I think it's at par with other places considering the amount of playtime the dogs get and the extra care the staff provides. read more

I would not take my dog here. When I walked in to get info, two employees (young girls) who I suppose did not hear me come in, were making ANTI SEMITIC COMMENTS! I couldn't believe my ears! I was very surprised. I did not think in a modern world in this part of the country people would be saying such horrifying things. Jewish people are just people. It was very unprofessional and words like that cause a lot of harm. I would not take my dogs here. I was very upset to hear that. Update. The owner did message me. My parents have boarded their two yorkies here and have had great experiences every time. I just moved to the area and they recommended I bring my Shiba mix in to be bathed etc. It only took an hour and she was so happy when I picked her up that I could tell they treated her great. Several people at the dog park and in my neighborhood told me about PP. We have been taking our dog for the past year and she absolutely loves it. The staff engages with the pets, knows each of their personalities, like and dislikes. I have used them daily and for boarding and it has been awesome! You can't go wrong here!! read more

I bring my puppy Luca here very often. He absolutely loves it! As soon as me and him walk to the car he already knows where We are going and let's out a happy cry the whole time. My wife and I are from out of town and we were visiting family in Monroe. We had a bit of an emergency and needed our puppy watched on short notice. Puppy Paradise saved the day for us and our pup seemed to love his time at daycare (and got a great bath too!!!). We dropped our dog Max there while we were on vacation. Not only were we super happy but so was Max. They treated him like he was their own, we got updates and pictures every day. We couldn't be any happier with his care. So happy in fact we will never use anyone else, and I recommend them to everyone. Not sure why anyone would give a bad rating because they are well cared for, the staff is very professional and they wont accept your dog if they don't have enough room. read more

Puppy Paradise has been a lifesaver for us! We recently moved cross-country and have been living the last four weeks in a residence hotel while we wait to close on our new NJ home. We've been using Puppy Paradise almost daily to give our 11 year old lab a much-needed break from the hotel room and an opportunity for socialization and play time. We've been very impressed right from the start - the place is very cute, spotless, well-staffed, and well-managed. Gus loves going - literally grabs his leash and pulls us to the car when we ask him if he wants to go, and comes home happy and tired. Our new home is about 30 miles away, but we will continue to use PP for boarding and playtime even after we're moved in - Michelle and her staff are terrific! read more

Puppy Paradise is the only place I send my fur babies. I don't leave my dogs often but when we go on vacation I trust the owner and employers completely. I get updates via text daily on how they are doing. They take great care of Leo and Jasmine and they get a bath before returning home!!! I live about 25 minutes away but it is worth the drive for me to know that they are well taken care of and safe! read more

We love Puppy Paradise! We know our babies are in wonderful hands when they go to Puppy Paradise, whether it's to play or stay for a while. Michele is absolutely fantastic, always keeping us in the loop as to what's going on with our littles when they're at camp. She's also always available for me to bug even when my dogs aren't under her watch if I have any questions, even about things completely not related to their stay at camp. They're always accommodating, today for example, I decided around noon that my dogs were driving me crazy (they get cabin fever too!) & I sent Michele a text to ask if they could come play, absolutely no problem with my last minute request, we were there by 12:45, they got in 5 hours of play time, & I got back two tired dogs. I really can't say enough good things about this place, the girls who work there are always smiling (even if it's 7am & my dog craps on the floor the second we walk in, sorry!) & happy to see our pups. read more

Very disappointed with my last experience. Place was recommended to me by a friend and we used it once before successfully, however, this past August after my dog was at the facility for a week he got kennel cough. I spoke to some of the staff and they recommended that i reach out to 'Michelle the owner' - i emailed her and explained what had happened that i had to take my dog to the vet the day after pick up and that other dogs may also have been infected. After paying $600+ for a week i ended up spending another $150 for the vet and treatment. My dog was vaccinated and i understand that this happens but super disappointed in the way they deal with customers who actually experienced an issue. Not only did Michelle NOT do anything for me as a customer she didn't even address or ever respond to my email......its a shame (mainly for other people who may have experienced the same with their dogs which is why i wrote the email in the 1st place to just alert them of this)..needless to say i will not be taking my Sammy there again...... read more

This is our baby's second home when she can't come with us on vacation. Our dog loves Puppy Paradise and the staff! Cold outside? They dress and undress the dogs. Picky eaters? They try offering the food multiple times a day. It really is the best care when we are away . . . We found Puppy Paradise while experiencing a family emergency. My father in law went into the hospital & the plan was to move him & his dog to assisted living. We were scrambling & needed a place to watch his dog for a few days. A few days turned into a few weeks. Puppy Paradise watched her as though she was their family. My father in law became more ill & was moved to a nursing home. With the support of Puppy Paradise, we adopted the dog as our own.. Michele & staff gave us great advice and was very accommodating afterwards when we needed doggie daycare on short notice as we ran around handling everything. We just moved to the area 4 months ago. Our Havanese us used to state if the art comfort fir boarding and grooming. We were in Virginia before. Puppy Paradise was recommended to us and we took a chance. Although I was a little taken back by the simplicity of the accommodations, I quickly learned how much the staff cared about the dogs. I received several pictures of my dig during the day.....I thought this was great cause I was very worried about him. The "perfect" place he was at in Virginia never did this. Our dog always comes away happy. And that is all that is important to me. pkus they are hooked up with a vet....whom I am using now. So, I feel fine when we leave him. Don't hesitate on leaving your dog here. Also, now that there are groomers, it's even better!!! Being a difficult dog to groom because if his long hair, they are really working with me.
