I didn't want to trek all the way to my other place I go. So I called ahead they were awesome from beginning to end. Now I have a go to place for my dogs nails. Also very afforadable. Can't wait to go back. Great awesome customer service the girls tried to make my baby feel good. He was so happy when he came out. I couldn't even go to the bathroom without him barking and whimpering outside the door. Then he started at Raise the Woof. He loves it there and now easily, and I might say, eagerly separates from me. Everyone at Raise the Woof truly cares about the dogs under their care. Raise the Woof is extremely clean and has large indoor and outdoor spaces for the dogs, who are separated into groups, to play and have a ball. At the end of the day my pup is completely exhausted. He is happy, we are happy and our evening at home is peaceful. Thank you Melissa, Brendon and the rest of the staff at RTW.

But there is a guy in there, who's the only guy you'll ever see (usually handling the front desk) that can be very nasty. I was talking to one of his groomers once when picking up my dog and he basically told us to shut up because he couldn't hear the customer he had on the line. Really? That put me off but I decided to continue to use them since they were only charging me $40 which was $10-$15 less than everybody else. But this week WAS THE LAST STRAW. I was sick so my mom took him in on Monday afternoon and when he got home and I saw him he was behaving strangely, not wanting to be touched and shaking, and his haircut was ridiculously short. The guy said that my dog had been fidgety and it's the same haircut we always get. Well, asshole, first of all my dog has NEVER gotten his hair cut that short and if you DIDN'T LITERALLY SHAVE MY DOG UNDER THE ARM IM SURE HE WOULD HAVE HELD A LOT MORE STILL AS HE HAS FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. He's only gotten more passive as he's gotten younger and he knows you! And I know my dog! He's not fidgety! I promised I wasn't going to post a poor review or the photos until I had a resolution but I'm just so furious that I can't wait for a reply. Do not bring your dog here!! They don't listen and now you'll have to fear of your dog will get hurt!!!

I was lucky to have been recommended to Rolling Bone since the job they did was absolutely fantastic! Speaking from the perspective of a dog trainer they really make sure the dogs are not stressed and that there is no kennels, crazy barking or screaming happening. They really take their time and do not overlap appointments unreasonably so dogs don't trigger each other as they are on the table either! I have since recommended this place to all of my clients, you won't get better flexibility and individual adjustment anywhere! To add on, two other groomers that the owner had tried did not take Meeko saying that deshedding would take them too long and they don't want to do it Rolling bone still took him in and even though the owner said he might have been difficult at another place, they had no problem handling him at all!

Tina didn't just show up--she *committed*. Rain or shine, five days a week, she drove nearly 25 miles *each way* for a single walk. That's not just dedication; that's borderline sainthood in the dog-walking world. She was responsive, professional, and took the job seriously--like she was walking the Queen's corgi, not just our slightly neurotic rescue. Communication was clear, updates were timely, and we always felt our pup was in good hands. In an age where "reliability" is as rare as a politician with a conscience, Tina stands out. Highly recommend.
