I didn't want to trek all the way to my other place I go. So I called ahead they were awesome from beginning to end. Friendly sweet and courteous making my furry baby's time there comfortable, well as comfortable as possible for a Chihuahua. Lol. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Now I have a go to place for my dogs nails. Also very afforadable. Can't wait to go back. Great awesome customer service the girls tried to make my baby feel good. He was so happy when he came out. They offer so many other services at affordable prices and day care and overnight.

I was lucky to have been recommended to Rolling Bone since the job they did was absolutely fantastic! Speaking from the perspective of a dog trainer they really make sure the dogs are not stressed and that there is no kennels, crazy barking or screaming happening. They really take their time and do not overlap appointments unreasonably so dogs don't trigger each other as they are on the table either! I have since recommended this place to all of my clients, you won't get better flexibility and individual adjustment anywhere! To add on, two other groomers that the owner had tried did not take Meeko saying that deshedding would take them too long and they don't want to do it Rolling bone still took him in and even though the owner said he might have been difficult at another place, they had no problem handling him at all!

Well, I just LOVE this place. Couldn't be more appropriately named either! A diamond in the ruff…read morefor sure!!! With all of the big name pet stores offering grooming services, along with independently owned salons, I feel this type of "in home" service is a fantastic idea. I couldn't be more pleased that I have discovered this location! I'll start by saying, my little Charlie is such a nervous, little guy. I hate having to take him to a busy, crowded groomer. Too many pet parents, too many groomers, too many animals and I don't like having to keep him in a cage. Nor do I want to pay for express, after already having to pay a hefty tab for services. With that said, A Diamond in the Ruff is a one on one, in home service. Prices are comparable and I'll even say, I actually pay less than I was paying to take him to a local groomer. I drop my Charlie off at the house and pick him up as soon as he's ready. There isn't any wait and there isn't any stress for him. Next, Dorothy, the groomer, is such a sweetheart. Listens to my needs and always delivers! Ive had issues at other locations in the past with Charlie's cut being uneven! Not here! Dorothy is very attentive and offers an overall great experience. I know it's hard leaving your fur baby with anyone, but I couldn't recommend this place enough ! The home is immaculate , warm and inviting! All of the equipment and tools used are quality! Dorothy has years of experience as a groomer and is making the transition to do what she loves, from her home. Try her out, spread the word and let's put this fantastic business and business owner on the map!
