Best Pontillo's in the area, under new management. Updated POS systems, very easy to use. The two locations in Pittsford make great pizza but the facilities are not up to par, this location is very clean and with A/C very comfortable. Anyone that has ever walked into the Main St or Bushnells in Pittsford know, not to give them a hard time! But the Main St one was busted for being a drug house, so there's that. read more

I'm glad I get to be the first person to rate this dump. New to area and had good luck with various Pontillos shops. Basin being top of my list. This place, however, is like the franchise that time forgot. The pizza is HORRIBLE. Sauce is so tart I had heartburn after first slice. Cheese was gummy and caked on, toppings were lame and sparse. We ordered two medium pizzas...price was $30! One cheese and one sausage..$30! Really?! If they we decent size this would be ok but I actually measures them. Barely 12 inches! They look like personal pizzas. I called the shop to check if there was a mistake...now, that's what you get at Pontillos. Two super small, really crappy, overpriced pies. Delivery was on time. My guess is because nobody else is dumb enough to order from here. Plenty of good pizza options around. Pass on this place. Pontillos, your quality control needs work. I have always had great pizza from here. Hot and fresh, always delivered on time... no issues/no problems!

I usually order from Pontillo's in Greece. I always get INCREDIBLY delicious food, delivered quickly and correct. Tonight, I ordered from the Henrietta location. I haven't seen food this inedible since I used to order from Coliseum's city location at 2am, when nothing else was open. Both with under cooked dough ovals with uneven toppings all thrown together in a bag and shaken till it all mixes with the raw wings and oil in lieu of wing sauce. Management should send their staff to the Greece location to be retrained, as nobody would ever believe that the pizza and wings I received were made by Pontillo's. I received my $45 refund after fighting, over text, against a remake, with the folks at the "Slice app." Henrietta residents deserve incredible food too! Me? I'll just throw a frozen pie in the oven, if I'm ever in the mood for Pizza in Henrietta again. read more

So disappointed...Used to eat there frequently, but moved. Used to be outstanding. Was in the neighborhood today and stopped for a couple slices. Prices higher...4 pieces of pepperoni, almost no sausage on the slices. And the crust (which used to be the best) was thinner than the cardboard box it came in. Dustin, the manager, has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They messed our pick up order (sauce on the wings) and we didn't realize until we got home, I called and let them know politely and he asked us to come pick up the correct part of the order...didn't offer to deliver. I asked if they could deliver and he said ONLY if I tip his drive. He wanted me to pay more money for THEIR mistake. He started yelling on the phone at me because I asked for a general manager. Unbelievable. I am so infuriated with this place. I used to go to pontillos in Hilton all the time and loved it but we moved far away. So when we passed this pontillos we got so excited we got a pizza to take home an hour away. But when we got home and looked at the pizza we realized they must have the dumbest most lazy cheap wads making their pizzas. We ordered peppers and onions on the pizza but they put the weirdest cut peppers ever. Instead of nicely chopping the peppers and putting them on the whole pizza, they cut a few really long pieces of peppers and straggled them across multiple pieces so none of the pieces have pieces of peppers on them. Maybe 1 person or 2 will get a piece of pizza with the lucky mutant pepper on it. Whoever takes the first piece wins the one pepper because, since it is stretched across multiple pieces it goes with whoever grabs it first. Nobody else gets any. What a waste of money! I know peppers are expensive but give me a break guys! You already charge way more than average for a smaller than average pizza and we paid extra for peppers. How hard is it to cut up peppers?? I was VERY disappointed. I have had Pontillos Pizza from the Mt Hope location many years ago and they were top of the line. For some reason, this chain is slacking big time. I ordered a buffalo chicken wing sheet pizza for my siblings for their bday. (they like this kind of pizza and they even said Marks did better and I am not a huge fan of Marks Pizzeria either) Anyways, it was dry to the bone and hardly any wing sauce on the darn thing...I had to lift the cheese and put wing sauce underneath. I ordered a sub from them and picked it up. I got home to find they didn't put the meat on it. So I drove all the way back to get an " oh shit ". I get this sub home open it up and find it covered in mold!! I could have gone to subway paid less and my sub would have been made right and on fresh bread. read more
