I wish I could give this 0 stars. I work in the area and always preorder so I can pick up and get back to work. I ordered for 7P and had to wait 20-30 ins for my food. What's the point then? I wasted my whole lunch waiting for food and all the staff could say was sorry it's busy. Yah I can see that but that doesn't mean you can't figure out how to run your orders in a timely fashion. I always order at least an hour ahead and today it was 3+ hrs ahead of time. My wings were undercooked which is crazy because they were "done first" and I still had to wait 15 mins for the pizza. WASTE OF MONEY. Maybe try having a manager that isn't 16 overseeing things to ensure order flow. 1 celery stick and no sauce either. This place is a joke. Hmm maybe it was a bad day here but this pizza was not good. The staff were very friendly and explained how ordering works. Unlimited toppings on a pizza for $14.45 and there was a huge selection of toppings! I was able to make two different pizza types for my halves. I tried the bbq chicken and Margherita no basil. The bbq chicken was much better than the Margherita topping wise and taste. The real turn off was the crust. It was horrible. It was very very very thin, cripsy, chewy (in a bad way) and taste like eating a dry stale cracker with no flavor. It ruined the pizza for me so I just pulled the toppings off. I also felt the margherita could have had a little better cheese to sauce ratio (I know margherita is classically as pictured but its a little too bare from how I've seen it at other places). It was great, one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The crust was tasty and not bland like every other pizza place around. The sauce and toppings all had great flavors. I also got the Fire Roasted Wings, garlic parm. These were the absolutely worst wings I've ever had. Rubbery, chewy, and the skin didn't even have a hint of crispness to it. This place truly exceeded all expectations. I didn't know anything about Fire Crust when we walked in. I had the chicken Tikka Masala pizza and we tried the BBQ chicken pizza. Every aspect of the pizza was top notch. The spicy sauce on the Tikka Masala pizza was zesty. The chicken, by itself was quite spicy but very nicely balanced when eaten on the pizza. The crust had the perfect bready but thin texture. Besides the great food, the staff was fantastic. Friendly and they worked well together. Listen. I love this place, and that's saying a lot. It may not be true Neapolitan pizza, but it is good wood-fired pizza, for a more than reasonable price, and with all the toppings you could ask for, in an insane variety. They don't charge for extra toppings, and are happy to split a pizza with two completely different halves. Service is very friendly, and they have some great local sodas to try as well. The Paneer Tikka is my current go-to here, and it's great with a little spicy buffalo sauce, and spicy honey. Swap it out to fresh mozzarella, and add some ricotta, and it's absolutely to die for. I don't tend to order extra for leftovers, but here, I do. I'll get a whole other pizza for next day's lunch. Nothing beats day of, but it's still pretty damn good after. read more

I haven't had pizza in so long because of a gluten issue and this was the first time I've gotten to enjoy pizza again without a flare up. Love their gluten free pizza and the options are endless. Always clean, really nice environment and the service is phenomenal . Employees are so fast, kind, yet did everything possible to make it accurate and the way we wanted. I also personally enjoy the ice cream part I think that's a unique combination that works together and their options are endless. Crust was average thickness, perfect amount of char on edges. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Pizza was ready quick (10 minutes from ordering to leaving). They have numerous Pittsford dairy hard ice cream, sundae options. They also have soft custard (currently not offered till March 2019 as winter season). There are a few of set menu pizza choices listed on the chalk board to order from such as buffalo chicken, the white out, Pesto chicken but I prefer to do the create your own option. Unlimited toppings for one price, $9.75. The size is great, 6 slices... for lunch and leftovers. They offer a few different sauces to put on your pizza once its cooked. A few drink options include fountain soda, bottles of beer and some beer on tap. Pittsford dairy ice cream is available ( one of the best around) Plenty of inside seating at tables or a counter looking outside. If you like artisan pizza then this place is for you. Pizza wise, its very similar to some other hot spots around Rochester (think Pizza Favo, or Pi Crust). Same trend of walking down the line and picking your toppings and BOOM... pizza is ready in 3 minutes. My first go around I added some sun dried tomatoes to my pepperoni and mushroom pizza. WOW did those suckers burn. Guess they cant with stand the 3 minute oven. Anyway, lots of topping, and sauces to add before and after your pizza. My note to the management staff.... Please add garlic powder to your options. Fire Crust is also offering wings, but I have yet to have them. I did have their Pittsford Dairy ice cream though. They say there are more menu items to come.... Keep an eye on that menu! read more

Such variety! There are certainly a few customizable wood fired pizza spots in the area now, but I have to say I think fire crust takes the cake with the variety of toppings. While the staff seemed pretty new when I dined in, the pizzas came out delicious. Would absolutely be back. read more

I'm going with a 3 star rating.  3.5 is probably more accurate. I was on a road trip this weekend and drove by Lehigh Station, so I decided to try this place out.  I was behind two people in line who had also never been here before, so they explain the process to you, so don't be afraid to try it out. I'm not adventurous with pizza, and I don't eat meat, so there's not much I get on it besides cheese and tomatoes.  I got white sauce, mozzarella and ricotta.  They had sundried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, so I tried a little of both.  I would have preferred sliced roma tomatoes, but that wasn't an option.  They rang us all out, and it probably took 5 minutes for the pizzas to cook, which was fine.  I got a basil drizzle on at the end, and they also had ranch for dipping, which I was excited about. The crust was a little burned, and I had to rip pieces of it off.  I was not a fan of the sundried tomatoes, and they were pretty gummy, so I also took those off.  I ate the cherry tomatoes on a few slices, but I wasn't really a fan of them either, so I ended up taking those off.  When I was done, I had a plate full of burned crust, left over crust, and tomatoes, lol. What I did eat was pretty good.  I liked the ricotta a lot.  I prefer a thicker crust, but I knew it was thin crust pizza.  I was really excited about the ranch, but it wasn't good ranch.  You know when ranch tastes like a cross between ranch and blue cheese, and you're not really sure what it is?  That's how this ranch tasted, so I didn't eat much of it, either.  About $11 for a pizza with white sauce, ricotta and mozzarella is a lot, so I don't think I'll be going to this place again. They also had free Wifi, but it was password protected, and I couldn't find the password anywhere.  It wasn't on my receipt or on the wall or the table.  I meant to ask when I picked up my pizza, but I forgot, and I had sat down by the time I remembered.  I didn't feel like leaving my food alone to go get it.  I was able to guess it, but when a place offers free Wifi, I think it shouldn't be password protected, or the password should be easy to find. To compare it to Pi Craft, I've been there about 4 times.  Each pizza I had was good, and I preferred their crust.  I also preferred their tomatoes, and the basil drizzle they used.  I don't think they have ranch for dipping, but I didn't like the one at Fire Crust anyway, so they're even there.  If choosing between the two, I'd go to Pi Craft for sure.  That is based on personal preference though.  I would say service at both is pretty equal.  The seating area at Fire Crust is nicer, so they win there. read more

I have been here a handful of times and have never left unsatisfied! The staff is always very friendly and eager to assist. I usually do the CYO pizza and get my favorite toppings! So good! Today I tried the Chicken Tikka Pizza and it was delicious! It had all my favorite Tikka flavors with the joy and convenience of being on a pizza slice and topped with mozzarella cheese! Drove by this place a bunch of times while it was being built. Finally decided to check them out. Felt warm and inviting inside. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Just got the basic cheese and pepperoni and my mom got some wings. The pizza was really good. Dough was really fresh with a chewy airy texture to it, which I prefer. Sauce was good. Just the right amount. Some might like it to be a little lighter. My mom said wings were ok. I'm not a big fan of baked wings. Ordered the orange float. The girl didn't know what that was and it basically ended up being a vanilla shake with a hint of orange. There is a seperate line for pizza and ice cream. It would be nice if they put a sign saying pizza line starts here and ice cream line starts here. It's good, but in my opinion, Fire Crust is not as shockingly good and well priced as other reviewers have ranted and raved about on here. I mean kudos to the unlimited toppings on what is actually a small sized pizza. That's a plus, but for someone who doesn't like a lot of toppings, this isn't a huge deal. The pizza (sauce, crust) isn't great either. It's just an average pizza with the option for personalization; that you have to pay for regardless of the type of pizza you choose (toppings or no toppings). I was quite disappointed with their soft drink selection. This girl likes name-brand sodas. Though there off-brand sodas were good, I don't intend on going out of my way to try the:3 sodas again (or purchase them) - and if I'm paying over $2 for a beverage, I'd prefer to get at least an option for a classic Coca-cola. Ice-cream was okay. I'm a sucker for soft-served, but I couldn't finish my cup of soft-served here. It was much too soupy and foamy, but had a good flavor overall. The restaurant layout was a tad nerve-racking. There was no real division between the order area, waiting area, and dining area. It made eating uncomfortable when people waiting in line to order were literally a foot behind your chair. I believe a physical room divider added into the floor plan and the moving of tables could potentially solve this problem - and offer eat-in customers some additional privacy and comfort. Overall, I had quite a par teetering sub-par experience. I had high expectations, but wasn't impressed at all honestly. We went for ice cream, and what's not to love about Pittsford Farms Dairy ice cream? Nothing, if you get it at Pittsford Farms! As we waited to be served we noticed some of the flavors were melting at the top but didn't think too much of it. My husband ordered the mint chocolate chip and I got the pistachio. Mine was fine, but my husband's was so grainy in texture that he didn't even get halfway through it before giving up. We went to the patio area to eat our desserts and the music that was coming through the speakers was nowhere near professional with all of the curse words and lewd content in the first song alone. We're not usually affected by things like that, but it was over the top too much. Lastly, the cleanliness was lacking. Sadly, we won't be back. read more
