Great pizza shop located in Pittsford Plaza. Georgio's had a large selection of slices available and ready to be warmed up. Nice to have a convenient food option when running errands at the plaza. Service was great. The cashier informed me of a combo which allowed me to get a drink with my order at a reasonable price. Two cheese slices and a drink for $10 and change is a good deal to me. The seating options are high top only. Very comfortable chairs and spacious tables. The slices were delicious and I enjoyed them with some extra Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. Nothing mind blowing, but tasty and one more option for NYC thin style in the area. Overall, I enjoyed our visit and would stop in again.

That sounds like a pizza powerhouse! Super Pizza Shop Spotlight - Production Power: Cranking out 150 handmade pizzas per hour--that's 3 pizzas every minute! - Oven Capacity: Can bake 24 pizzas at once, keeping the flow hot and steady. - Craftsmanship: Every pie is handmade, not machine-pressed--pure artisan goodness. - Flavor Vibes: From classic pepperoni to wild combos, it's all yum from crust to topping

First time trying Georgios. I can see why they emphasize calling or doing online ordering. I've been looking for a great NY pizza place & this is it! I ordered (in person) two charred pepperoni slices & 10 wings. And a soda from their soda machine. And after placing my order I took a couple of steps towards the soda machine but was stopped in my tracks by watching a teen boy being a jerk at the machine. He took his cup & half filled it with ice & ? A little water then proceeded to sip & then SPIT it out into the catcher tray beneath the spout. I was taken aback! Then he just kept screwing around with the machine. I turned & went back to the counter & told an older teen boy behind the counter who just shrugged & said he couldn't do anything about it but tell his boss. He offered me a bottle drink but then turned away. I didn't see him actually tell his boss. How disgusting! & contaminating! The crude kid who spat had in the meantime, rejoined his buddies at a table at the front. If I choose to order food from here again I would definitely order ahead and not dine in.

Enjoyed it, tasty, NY style. Liked this much better than the last place that was in this spot.

Top tier pizza for a reasonable price…read more Appetizers and drinks came out quickly, but the pizzas took a bit longer. Our server was very attentive and offered great seasonal recommendations. *Squash Salad: a seasonal dish that perfectly captured the feeling of autumn, served in a hot cast iron skillet. The squash was sweet, garlicky, and buttery, topped with smoky breadcrumbs. The blistered tomatoes paired well with the balsamic glaze, adding sweetness and juiciness to each bite. *La Pina Loca: perfect mix of salty, sweet, and spicy. The pork was rendered beautifully, creating a savory oil that blended well with the pineapple. The jalapenos added mild heat, and the hot honey was subtle. The crust was thin with a good char on the bottom. If I lived closer, I would come here all the time. It is unfortunate that the squash salad is only a seasonal item because my group kept talking about how much we craved it afterward. The beverage menu was a bit limited, so I hope to see more beers on tap or additional mixed drinks in the future.

We were quoted about a 40-minute wait for a table, but told bar seating might open up sooner (around 30 minutes). They took my number and we stepped outside to take a walk around the block while we waited. We ended up getting a text about the bar seat availability in about 15 minutes. Once we got seated at the bar, things turned around quickly. The space has a really cozy, intimate vibe with dim lighting, warm atmosphere and overall it feels thoughtfully put together. We ordered hot toddies to drink, which were perfect for the weather, and for food we got the Japanese sweet potatoes and the cavolo nero pesto. Both dishes were incredibly delicious - flavorful and well-balanced. Just be prepared for a wait (and maybe stay nearby instead of wandering off), but once you're in, it's a great experience!

It's a small space inside but it's designed well enough to manage a flow of traffic for customers and staff. We sat in the back greenhouse area. I think the least enjoyable part of our experience was how loud it was in the restaurant. Definitely not a good spot if you're trying to catch up with someone and your voice doesn't carry. I couldn't actually hear the specials the server was telling us. I want to try out Vern's again, so I may wait until there's an outdoor table or ask to sit in the second level to see if that's quieter. We tried one of their spring menu appetizer items, the Japanese sweet potatoes with kimchi ranch and dill. One bite and I was addicted, these were so so good. We then moved on to the classics for entrees -- bee sting pizza and the ragu-- and we were amazed at how good everything was! The only note we had was about the pizza, it was very soggy in the middle but still edible if you rolled it over in itself. We also had a few cocktails, and while they were somewhat small, you could tell they weren't watered down in any way. Two drinks was more than enough for me. Overall it was a great experience and we want to try it again. If you're someone who struggles to enjoy a meal out where you can't hear much, maybe wait for outdoor tables.
