Not only was my order made fantastic but the staff was willing to go the extra mile. This location is quite a distance from my home, but the quality of the pizza is well worth the drive. read more

When Cusimanos first opened in Brockport the food was great! Loved the loaded fries, pizza, subs, we've tried it all. The past 2 times the food has not been great. I have given them multiple chances but the customer service is horrible! Will not be returning. Long story short. Sadly, we were delivered someone else's order. They came back to pick it up and delivered it to the home it was supposed to go it!! I called to speak to management but was hung up on and given the run around. We eventually got our food and it was cold, not what we ordered ect. They could have handled the situation much better. read more

Cusimanos has been one of my families favorites for years, but in less than 24 hours they just destroyed every bit of their reputation. The Brockport location in particular... terrible customer service, the manager Megan was unprofessional, rude, and not helpful. After lying and then denying to deliver our food, I called over to the Medina location to speak with the manager they said had moved there, Mark. The manager at the Medina store that evening was great, said she would reach out to Mark and i would hear from him or the owner Jimmy. I have heard from no one. Called back today and apparently Mark doesn't want to talk to me, and directed me to call and speak with the same Megan girl that was rude from the day before. 100% destroyed every single bit of respect I had for that company in 1 interaction. I would not recommend, do not give your money to a company that could care less about their customers. read more

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. This place is a hidden gem. I stopped here after work to pick up a pizza and the staff were super sweet. My food was hot and ready to go! Love it here! read more

Was a Saturday night, not that busy, pizza was greasy and not cooked in the center. Have been here before was never that bad, what happened. read more

We wanted to give this place another try.... So we ordered 3 items. The stinger pizza which looked AWFUL. Half of it was missing cheese because of the bubbles. Probably the sloppiest pizza I have ever seen. It was barely cut but that's probably because it was undercooked. The loaded fries also looked terrible. The chicken was overcooked and the breading and the chicken completely seperated. Lastly we ordered the white pizza with cup n char pepperoni. The bottom of this pizza was burnt and missing the pepperoni. We had to cut that pizza ourselves as well. They should be embarrassed to deliver food that looked like this. Will never order from here again. read more

Without even getting into the ever worsening quality of the food, the customer service/management is abysmal. After getting flipped off by one of their drivers with the company name on the vehicle after honking to get them to actually GO at the green light, I went to the store to report it to management. Not a very friendly and welcoming representation of their business, although it is an accurate representation. Not only would the manager not hear me, not only did they call the cops, but then proceeded to LIE about it and claimed she didn't flip me off, I "followed" her, blew stop signs and even said I hit her vehicle. The cops themselves agreed there wasn't any damage on my vehicle, it just wasn't true. They have zero accountability. I never write reviews for anything, good or bad, but after all that and reading several other complaints about the horrible and careless management I felt the need to. There's a dozen other better pizza places in Brockport that actually make decent pizza and care about customers and overall being decent people. This place and its management is a greasy, sloppy joke. read more

Ordered for 1st time not knowing there was an $8.00 delivery fee. Food arrived scorched and luke warm. Skimpy on onions and meatballs. No sauce inside as requested. Provided two packets of Ken's Steak House marinara. Please don't call yourself an Italian Pizza joint if you can't make sauce. read more

Yummy. We ordered extra cheese but it wasn't needed because they load it up! Fast delivery and best pizza in Brockport.

Just moved to the west side and was having a hard time finding a good pizza until these guys! I've had three specialty pizzas and they have all been fantastic and as a bonus they even deliver to me (remote location between Spencerport and Brockport). The pizza was delicious and the delivery people were friendly! Better than any of the other places I have tried out this way! read more

I have ordered multiple times from Cusimano's. I tried their thick crust pizza and their thin, and both were so good! We have not tried their other options, but I hope they are as good. Also, the staff know good customer service! read more

we go to the restaurant next door a lot and we stop and got your menu on our way home. as she was reading what subs you have i heard her say a royal sub. I said we have to order from there. I grew up in Buffalo and every sub shop has a royal sub on their menu, but noone out here was them. and she found the fried bolognese and onion sub to on one has them either. So yesterday we got those subs and they were great. we tried a slice of pizza too and that was great. so this is the only place we are going to go to when we want pizza or subs. Jerry read more

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a positive review. We have attempted to order for delivery 3 times. All 3 times our order has been wrong. One of those times they forgot 1 whole meal of 3 and then tried to issue a refund, like the 3rd person here didn't want what they ordered for dinner. They are not reading the orders being placed. The manager said they would correct the item & deliver it on their next run, it never showed up. When you call they have a voice-mail that is not set up or it rings busy. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We will not be ordering from there again, and would not recommend. read more
