In high school, I would get cafeteria pizza that had more soul than this. I was tempted to give what wasn't eaten to the racoons, but I didn't want to give them gut rot. The sub - It was a fairly impressive looking sub, lots of meat and stuff. Well, heck. The sub roll was good. That is it. The meat (stacked high) was cheap, cheap, cheap, and lacked any flavor. I honestly don't know how you can have 3 types of meat that have no flavor. I asked for oil dressing, and I'm pretty sure I just got vegetable oil, and not some sort of sub dressing as normal. Oh and the creepy gun sign in the window is a turn off too. I carry, but geez, chill out.

They just can't get it right!!! Every time you go in here you don't know if it will be the best you've ever tasted or the worst. When you say something about the quality of the food they always have an excuse, (new help, just training), if you complain that they got your order wrong it always the same excuses. If your people aren't trained don't let them wait on people or make food. How can you order the same thing 3 times in a row and get raw one time, burned the second time and great the next? When you complain they say "well you should have ordered it this way". So you order it that way the next time and it's not right and when you complain to someone else they say "no no you should have ordered it this way". The owner really need to take a look at the quality of the food that they are serving because even though they are the best in Hamlin (there really is nowhere else to go) people won't keep coming back at those prices for subpar food. I have tried to leave comments on the company web site in hope that the owner will see them but it doesn't accept feedback. read more

My daughter and I recently enjoyed a pizza day at Krony's Pizza in Hamlin, and it was absolutely fantastic! The clean and fun environment made it such a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal together. I have to say, my last visit wasn't too pleasant, but they've improved a lot since then. The customer service is definitely better, with friendly and attentive staff, and the food has also stepped up to a whole new level. The pickle pizza was a highlight--wonderfully unique, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Greek salad, which is consistently fresh and bursting with flavor. Honestly, it's better than any salad I've had at other restaurants. They truly have a way of making it stand out! To top it off, they even have wine available, which adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Krony's has really turned things around, and it's now a local gem. I highly recommend it for a casual yet exceptional meal. We'll definitely be back! read more

Great wings, though sometimes they're cooked too long and are really hard. Buffalo sauce has great flavor. Sandwiches are crap. Stick with the pizza and wings. If you dine in they offer free refills which is a plus. The portions on the fries and onion rings are super tiny, though they taste pretty good. read more
