We ordered a large pizza, wings & poppers. Total was over $60 when it was delivered, we were very disappointed. The boneless wings were the size of quarters and the poppers not much bigger. So last night I had the opportuinty to enjoy some very good pizza from Ken's and it was some of the best pepperoni and cheese pizza I have had around...Thin crust, flavorful sauce, great undercarrage and just all around tasty stuff...I also enjoyed their steak sub on a previous visit with just a few small issues, nothing major but small issues with the amount of fries that came in my order, not a deal breaker...My friends had Ken's at their home for a Christmas get together and it was my chance at tasting their pizza and it was great...Give them a try, I know I will once again. read more

Found this place on Yelp when looking for pizza delivery in the area. So thankful I did! The gentleman who took my order over the phone was super helpful and patient with me trying to figure out how to narrow the choices. The food was delivered right on time as promised. The reviews from my family in the area is that it was great and they had no idea it was right around the corner in Henrietta. Ordered large cheese, 10 wings well done and a salad. Staying at a hotel and didn't have ranch so we had to ask for an outrageous amount and they didn't mind at all or charge us more. The guys up front were so nice and all the food was so good. 10/10 read more

Please don't confuse this place with the Ken's in Brighton. This one in Henrietta is just not good. I don't know why, but we gave the Henrietta Ken's a second chance. Big mistake. They still don't know how to cook chicken wings crispy. A pizza with cheese and pepperoni is on par with something you would buy from the frozen food section of your local grocery store, just a lot more money. The staff is courteous but I couldn't say friendly. I'm not saying they're the only pizza shop that doesn't keep pizza on top of the oven until you arrive. However, it's the only one I've seen keep orders on a countertop. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I am truly disappointed that after 14 years of bringing my own and many others business to this establishment I had a very bad experience last night. I called to order a pizza and I had lost track of time and the man answered and said we're are closed sorry then quickly hung up the phone, so I called back to sat that was very rude and he proceeded to yell and curse at me and then hung up on me again. So a few moments go by and he actually calls me back and proceeded to yell and curse at me more until I hung up the phone. Needless to say they have lost my business and will now lose others. I don't use Yelp to review things. I use it to see a menu before making it to the restaurant. My only review ever was to help my personal barber grow in 2016. I've been to terrible restaurants before, but never reviewed them negatively. So take this 1 star as you see fit. Never again. Sometimes I say that, and I give them one more final try. Believe it when I say I will never go back, and I will steer everyone I can away. A friend and myself ordered the mini sampler to share, two mozzarella sticks, two chicken fingers, two pizza logs, and fries. We also got tater tots and a piece of cheesecake. Literally everything in the order but the cheesecake had to be fried, put in a box, and travel less that 2 miles. It arrived on time. That was the only good thing. When we opened the tater tots, they were mush. I had originally thought maybe they were mushy because they were left in the box for too long and the steam got to them. That changed when I pulled them open. They weren't even warm. I went to the sampler and checked them. All of the things in the sampler box were scorching hot but soggy as well. When my friend came out, he took a bite of th fries and simply responded "wow it's all microwaved" and it was. Every. Single. Bite. Where the fries were a bit more mounded, they were cold. And when you bit into them, you could taste what we could only say tasted like the inside of a fridge. Lastly, the cheesecake. We figured it had to be good since they don't make it there, they had to take it out of the fridge and boom! They're done! WRONG! The cheesecake was WARMER than our fries! Not impressed. $7.50 for a small turkey sub with a whopping 2 thin slices of turkey and 3 giant slices of tomatoes that were about 1/8" thick. The bread was nice and dry to the point where it crumbled whenever I took a bite out of it. Not sure what kind of mayo they use but it tasted like Miracle Whip. So, google decided to take my post down due to me being to honest so I'm bringing it to Yelp. And I state again: Their food is good, but this isn't a bad review on the food. The customer service is disgraceful. I'm not one to expose but this needs to be heard and said. This is the second time I've come in a week and heard Joe talk down on his employees, talk raunchy to customers, and be very unprofessional. when you have customers who are 18, like my sister who came in to order food, I don't think she wanted to be cat called. The way he talks to the other workers is unreal. How can you scream and be rude INFRONT of customers!? There was a driver ( not sure of his name, but he had on a white Nickelodeon shirt on) he was grabbing his bag and heading out to his car, was super sweet to us and said have a wonder day, and Joe made a comment saying that kids voice is weird to the customer next to us. How dare he?! I've seen this driver 3 times the past week and he's always super friendly, super professional and honestly the best I've seen in years here. This guy deserves a promotion. This used to be my go to when it was "The Pizza Corner" - I loved the wings. I hadn't lived in town for years and happened to be in the area for a friends wedding. Of course, I had to stop by and pick up some wings while in town. I called the order in and was told to pick up in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they hadn't even started my order. I had to wait another 20 minutes. And they weren't even busy. The employees were just standing around talking and laughing. The wings were horrible. Instead of being nice and crisp on the outside, they were soggy and barely had any sauce. I literally had two wings and then threw the entire box out. Price was reasonable. $13.99 for 20 wings. But since I didn't eat them, not worth the $. Their wings are nothing like they used to be - really disappointing. read more

DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD HERE!!! Unfortunately a good place for lunch has a risk associated with it. In the last month or so, I've had 2 Credit Card Numbers stolen. The only link between the cards: Ken's Pizza Corner. When my one card was being re-issued due to it being stolen, I used a different card. 1 week later, that credit card's fraud department contacted me telling me that my card number had been stolen. A Co-Worker has had the same issue in the last month, and we live on different sides of the city. The only common link there: Ken's Pizza Corner. When I called to notify the Manager and Owner. They could not have cared less. When notifying them that they may have an issue, his response was that he was unsure what I wanted him to do about it. I told him that I was fine, my credit card companies had done their job to protect me, but as a business I thought they should know. He clearly disagreed and did not want waste any time with me. Working at a pizzeria I knew a thing or two about price. This place is way overpriced. Generally a large 16' pizza is around 10-12 dollars without toppings or any deal for a bulk order. This is THE ultimate place to get delicious chickens wings and pizza. By far the best local pizza place in Henrietta and even beats out the other top tier companies. Delivery Time: I normally ask for delivery, which may take around 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what day (and time) of the week you order. Wings: Wing size is average (Though I've had some orders that had very large wings) and they're usually drenched in the sauce of your choice. I highly highly highly recommend their Country Sweet sauce if you're like me and absolutely love sweet tasting wings. Pizza: When I first started buying from them, I always got the cheese pizza which was really below average compared to what Papa Johns and other companies could offer. It wasn't until a couple years later that I discovered their specialty pizzas, which is the #1 thing bringing me back. The pizza that I've been getting for years now is the Baked Potato Pizza (Get the country sweet chicken wings with this to finally realize why life is worth living) which is a pizza that is made from the hands of god. Price: Just like most local businesses, their prices can be much higher than their mainstream counterparts. If you want a cheap pizza and sub-par chicken wings, go to Papa Johns/Pizza Hut. If you want to know what quality pizza and chicken wings taste like, go to Pizza Corner. Overall: I haven't had a bad experience with Pizza Corner in my years of being a customer. Called and placed a delivery order, after 1.5 hr called to see where my order was. Guy apologized for the mix up and shipped it right over. When I answered the door the delivery driver informed me that my whole order was FREE and they were extremely sorry for the mix up. Pizza was good the wings were awesome!!!!!! I tried to order a pizza from Kens (Henrietta, NY), but I was unsuccessful. I was in the process of moving to NY and wanted to try a local pizza place. The employee spoke very fast, she was rude and hung up before I spoke. Maybe this is normal for New York? It was 30 minutes before they closed and I was willing to pick it up. If you stop "taking orders" before you close, then put that on your hours and don't be rude when people call to order pick-up before you close. I settled for Papa Johns instead.
