Mark's! One of my favorite pizza places and this location is so convenient. What are you doing? My wife stopped in this evening to pickup a pizza and was subjected to music that contained lots of cursing and the N word, over and over. Thank God she had dropped off my grandson before picking up the pizza. While I fault the music industry as a whole for promoting this type of music, I fault Mark's for allowing their store employees to play this music openly for their customers and feel that this is OK. Unfortunately, this will be our last order from this Mark's location and possibly all Mark's locations. I will encourage others I know the same. There is no excuse for having that type of music playing for your customers and subjecting families to cursing and the N word while they wait for their food. read more

Marks pizza is always a hit. I really like their pizza and a lot of their side options as well. However, I find that all of their options are a bit pricey. read more

We ordered pizza for Halloween. The staff and manager are working their butts off. The staff were still super friendly but you can tell they had everyone working that was available. Marks is a little higher priced than I prefer because we love cup and char and that is an added cost. Other local pizza places cup and char is the standard. Marks does have a loyalty club and coupons.. so it is reasonable with coupons. The pizza is typical Rochester style. The sauce is on the sweeter side which is what I prefer. The location is nice and big versus their last location. The store is always super clean. They do offer slices if you don't want a full pie read more

Better than Salvatore's by a country mile. Right amount of sauce, right amount of cheese, and most importantly- the staff aren't total assholes. Just mildly jerkish which is to be expected from a pizzeria read more

Delicious pizza! I don't get pizza from any other pizzeria. I was a faithful Pontillo patron until it moved from Maiden Lane. Now it's always Marks. The staff are dependable and and always make a great pie! read more

I'm not an complainer but ... my wife and I just wanted a good pizza, from a local place, that we' d love to go back to .... unfortunately, our experience was not that...our pizza pepperoni were burnt to a crisp and our chicken wings were a little too done. My issue is that no one at that location checks to be sure what they are selling is worth what they are charging... If a manager looked at our order before pickup...I wouldn't have to be writing this ....commentary...... read more

I have tried multiple pizza places, just to give them a chance. I always regret it and end up at Marks! Their pizza dough is fantastic, always fresh, great tasting sauce and generous toppings!! They are always very consistent! Wings are equally delicious! I am their forever customer! BONUS: Staff is always cheerful and pleasant!! read more

The best white pizza! And I've tried it everywhere, because I don't eat regular pizza! Always, always so good! Their breadsticks are also amazing!! We can order delivery at 10:30 (like we did last night) and have our pizza by 11:05! Delivery people are always friendly and fast! We love our Marks! read more

Delicious pizza and bread sticks delivered right to our door. Always add the bread sticks-- they are delicious

Burned the fried dough and put 2 toppings out of 5 that I ordered for on my sub. Don't waste your money

Stopped in for a slice, a couple orders of fries and a Coke. Said it would be 10 minutes. Close to 20 minutes later, I had to go up to the counter to see where my food was. It had just been sitting there. Girls said, "sorry". Only received one order of fries and that and the pizza were Luke-warm. Awful. place. read more

A big thank you to all the workers at this location.. today is Mother's Day and we ordered a sheet pizza for the kids we where expecting a long wait (hour or two) but it was done in 25 minutes, they have a wonderful team working there.. everyone was happy, smiles all around and the pizza as always was delicious. 2.5/5... I've ordered from this particular Marks quite a few times, (tons, in fact) and honestly I've had quite a different experience than the others who've reviewed it. It's right up the road so usually I go and pick it up, however we have gotten delivery a handful of times and it's never been late or anything. The reason for the lower review is the actual pizza itself. Inconsistency is their biggest problem, I'm assuming it's due to high turnover and having to constantly train new employees or something, but the pizza always seems so different each time... one time it will be swimming in sauce, the next time borderline dry. However more times than not it's the first one and I pray the pizza knows how to swim. Also the cheese amount is pretty much the same regardless, so when it's flooding, all you taste is a mouthful of sauce with an ever so slight hint of cheese. Really not what I am after when I crave a pizza. I gotta say, sometimes I'm excited by their pie, and other times I'm just left thoroughly disappointed. Although this is close to me, if I wanna play it safe and not gamble, I'm more likely to order from elsewhere lately. read more

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, which had very little chicken and is subpar for $9.99. No garlic knot included, as advertised either. I went against my better judgment! read more

I frequent this location for a few reasons: convenient location for pick up, they always have my order ready in less time than planned (hot!), I NEVER wait, the quality is good (my kids' & my students' preferred pizza place), and they give teachers a discount - Bonus! The sheet pizza is a great value and they will also give you paper plates and napkins on request. And the staff is great; they made me a special order when I arrived for pick up to discover I had made my order by phone to the wrong location. I have not had a "sit down" meal yet, but the dining area is roomy, clean, bright and has screens, if that's something you like. read more

Marks was hyped up by my girlfriend and her family on my last visit to the Rochester area for the holidays. We ordered a salad and pizza and it definitely lived up to its hype. I enjoy a thick crusted pizza because not too many places do it that way. It's different and always tastes delicious. I ordered take out so I didn't get to see what the restaurant looked like but they make a solid pizza. I'll order here again but id like to try some other menu options too to broaden my horizons. read more

Although there are many pizza places nearby, this one is my favorite. I'm kind of picky about the dough and sauce places use and I like the way the pizza tastes here at Mark's. If you call ahead your order will be ready and I've never had any complaints. It's not the cheapest, but it is good. If it was a little less expensive I'd go there more often Mark D read more

Mark's Pizzeria - a slice of pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Greece, New York

Ordered pizza and wings at 5:22. Delivered at 6:45. A dozen cold wings, forgot the hot sauce, no pizza. Store offered to deliver pizza which driver supposedly forgot. The receipt with the delivered wings had no pizza on it so it seems the manager threw his delivery guy under the bus. We don't want the pizza that was cooked at 5:22 so we asked to have a new pie cooked and delivered. Manager (Joe) agreed. 7:21 driver delivered a double warmed old pizza. Joe lied, didn't cook a new pizza. North Greece is terrible for pizza. Been here two years and no one does it well. ....... Eastside of the river was so much better....... read more

Definitely not my first choice for pizza. July 4th 90% of pizza places are closed, so we called. We were told 45 minutes which was fine. After an hour and a half and 2 phone calls, we finally got our order , with the wrong food. They don't live up to their slogan, because we definitely didn't feel like we were treated like family. The wings were very good, but I definitely would recommend picking your order up if you can read more

I used to like Marks. Haven't has it in a while. When I got the pizza I had it delivered. I asked for sides of Ranch and got sides of marinara. I'm not going to go back or make the delivery person bring what I wanted. The crust wasn't as thick as it used to be and the pizza had no flavor. I was very disappointed. I don't know if I will order it again. read more

Marks mt read used to be my favorite pizza place! Until I ordered by delivery, a pizza with half white and half sauce and toppings. They charge you $3 for delivery and don't give that to the delivery driver. They expect the customer to pay a tip on top of that. I would expect that the $3 would and should go to the driver! Rediculous. Marks isn't doing their drivers any favors. And by the time I got my pizza it wasn't hardly hot or even that warm at all. The pizza and pizza bread was not good at all. Even after being heated in the microwave. Day old pizza is not good either. They have changed in their quality of their food. Plus their pizza is over priced. I will not be going back to marks. Pizzeria Uno is way better! They actually have good pizza. read more

Highly disappointed in this places customer service. We placed an order at 5:02pm and were told a 45min to an hour wait for our sheet pizza and 2 orders of chicken tenders. Fine. We asked for it to be delivered and they repeated that back to us that it would be. *2 Hours* after this initial order and still no pizza. We called to check in and they confirmed with us, again, that it was to be delivered and soon. After another hour we drove in to see what was up and found our pizza was sitting on the shelf and had been for hours. They tried to say we had chosen pickup and it was our fault, but had confirmed with us *twice* via phone it was to be delivered. Wanted us to wait 15-30 minutes longer to remake it but would not give us a refund. Want to be lenient with holiday and football orders, but I work in customer service and it's just not acceptable. Rude employees and pretty "ehh" tasting pizza. More than happy to never eat here again. read more

Worst Order ever from MArk's!!! My wife and I have been loyal customers at Mark's for more years than we can count, even spreading such favorable word-of-mouth about "they truly have the best pizza in town." We have had a couple unsatisfactory orders delivered to us in the past year, but still the pizza was pretty comparable to other pizza chains. Yesterday's order: Placed at 06:12:21 pm, Server 671, Ticket 1118601, was the worst of such from Mark's ever!!! In fact the worst of any, equal to the burnt pizza from Papa John's, before they left town. The Loaded Cheesy fries ordered could of been used as a place mat, and the cheese for pavement. All the fries were hard like potato chips, and the cheese, just plain hard! It had to be thrown away! The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza was also very over cooked!! The crispy chicken was dried out and tough, and the cheese.....again....could be used as pavement! Nearly the remaining half was thrown out. The only good parts of the order were the Mozzarella sticks, Tuna Sub, and the 2-Liter Coke. All this on a $54.26 order. Would you pay for this? What Happened!!! Were was the quality control??? The owner of Mark's should be advised that he just lost 2 long-time customers---FOREVER!! Their website feedback does not work...interesting..... read more

I was extremely disappointed with pizza from marks pizzeria recently i had marks before but from a different location so i tried the one on mount Reid and was appalled my pizza were crushed up and wing sauce everywhere! Great pizza and wings! Wings actually were perfect! Fast delivery late at night. Very satisfied and will order from here again!

This is the best pizza in the entire world. Yes., better than gross nasty pizza hut. If this place ever went out of business I would die.

I ordered a whole cold sub after a very long day at the office. It says it comes with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I said no tomato, no cheese but yes to onions. and I asked for and paid for banana peppers. It was 13.49 for delivery of just that 1 sub. I waited 1 hr for the delivery and I was very disappointed on what I received. It came with 1 onion slice, 1 banana pepper and a ton of lettuce. I called to advise the manager about this " high price for tuna and lettuce" and not what I asked for on toppings. He said he was sorry and offered to make another one and send it over. I said forget it at that point, the last thing I was going to do, was wait another hour for the correction, to get here. The prices are high You don't get what you are supposed to get that are supposed to be standard toppings, especially, when you pay for added toppings. I won't be going back. They need to be sure their staff are trained to make the orders right.! Very sad end to a very long 12 hr work day! read more

First time calling this place. My girlfriend and I decided to buy a pizza around 9:30 at night. We live off Lexington on Planet Street. A guy answered, we asked for delivery and when he was told where we live he proceeded to ask his employees without us being on hold..."do we delivery to a, umm, planet street? I think they are F***ing with me. No sorry we don't deliver there." And hung up. Mind you its 3 miles down the street.....My girlfriend was furious and reported the incident to the manager.
