We regret not getting her name, but the young woman behind the printer counter today around 11ish was such a kind heart. Without a word she told us she would provide us with some coupons to make the price for the brochures go down. Was patient asking what we needed and had a wonderfully calm spirit during the whole process. At the last minute, I asked for both a red and blue sweatshirt, but the design was for the red - when the writing on the blue wasn't totally clear (although we were still able to give the blue one to my dad).
