This is one of my favorite places to eat dinner and enjoy a drink or two (or three) with my wife after a good day/night of entertainment. My favorite is the Prime Rib dinner. Lunch is delicious too!... Their entire staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one. On one occasion... after a show, my family and I had the pleasure of sitting near Joan Sebastian after he performed that night at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's Special Events Center. Called to make a reservation for 6 pm they said they didn't have in on 0ne available asked if 5:45 would work. My last client ran late so I was not able to make it until 6 pm there was maybe 3 tables full . My friend was no show so I went to the bar to have a drink. had a Cadillac margarita (came in a bucket glass 8 to 10 oz) cost 15 00 dollars I could see charging that much at the bistro but at pom itt the tribe being greedy!!! read more

I came to eat here at the POM restaurant inside fantasy springs casino. Usually all the food is good but it has gone downhill I think the last time I came here a week ago. We dined inside. It took awhile for a waiter to take our order & bring us water. The waiter guy also gave us warm water in the glasses. I had to call him back to ask for ice for the water. Another problem was he was running around to fast and it was hard to catch him if we needed anything. Like refills or Condiments on the side. They would race past you to the kitchen and ignore your table. I ordered a seafood pasta dish, that was suppose to be mixed with different seafood. Well the waiter said I'm sorry we are all out mussels that comes inside so maybe they will add more shrimp. I said okay fine. Well when the food comes out, I didn't see anything added more and there was barely any seafood in the dish for $40. The taste of the pasta was watery and needed more seasoning which the cooks didn't add. So I was kinda disappointed over the dish itself. It also felt like they didn't drain the pasta very well. There was water in my dish at the bottom. They also offer bread at the table but ours was cold and stale. The atmosphere is great with a lighted Candle at the table. It's great for a date night out. Next my fiancé got the chicken tortilla soup. When they brought it out, it didn't look like soup. It was so thick and he said it had no flavor in it. There was no broth in the soup it was like a big thick lump of meat with tomato purée is what it looked like. So I don't recommend this soup at all. No flavor, no broth. We come here every once in awhile, the last time it was good before the virus hit. But wanted to eat dinner here because it seems like the nicest place to eat at in this casino along with the pizza place next door. But they really need to cook the food better and make sure it's going out ok. Not only that but sitting at the table, you can hear the cooks behind messing around in the kitchen and dropping pans all loud, talking at each other, everyone can hear them in the dining room. They need more mature people working here if they are cooking our food!!! They advertise a chef Freddie on the tv and casino and rave how the food is good, but you never see him and I don't think the food is that great anymore here. The menu is dull, hardly nothing to choose from. No taste in the food, nothing new. Overall it's not a bad place to eat at with the atmosphere, because we tried it before, but prices are kinda high for all the food on the menu, but they need to up there game and have better dishes and more on the menu, and not run out of food here. Hope they can fix it. It's a hit or miss at this place. read more

We were pleasantly surprised at this Fantasy Spring restaurant conveniently located on the promenade adjacent to the parking structure. Greeted by friendly and welcoming hostesses the varied menu choices covered every palate. The freshly baked dinner rolls were "melt in your mouth" good, as was the small plate appetizers of guacamole and the vegetable tempura. Our server, Chineme, was attentive and responsive following my second thoughts on the Brick Chicken in favor of a lighter soup entree. His cordial demeanor was truly appreciated and enhanced our dining experience. The other support servers were also attentive with beverages and table decorum. We will definitely return to POMs on our next visit to Fantasy Springs Casino. Well done! read more

GREAT food! I am very particular about my Prime Rib and this was prepared to perfection, medium rare, tender, juicy and savory .... just the way I like it. Hubby ordered pasta with chicken and artichoke. The artichoke was really tasty too. The service could be a little faster on the sauces I needed for my prime rib, so I started eating and the sauces came about a fifth of the way through. ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!! From the time we checked in until the time we left we were impressed. We were seated at the table and I had a birthday card signed by the staff..The Wait staff was steller and our personal waiter Joel was exceptional, He took the time to explain everything to us since we had never been there before. A terrific experience all around! We thought the location of the restaurant was just right -- downstairs with an open view of the floor above. From the moment we arrived, the employees were attentive and professional. Armida, the Hostess, pleasantly answered our questions concerning the menu. Server Yudid (Judy) arrived promptly and nicely accommodated our substitution requests. Isella, Busser, meticulously arranged napkins, silverware, and centerpieces on empty tables. Stopped in a few days ago looking for a not too expensive lunch. The atmosphere is comfortable with an upscale nice element added. Wasn't starving so ordered from the Quick Bites- Umami Tuna Poke. OMG it was great. Super fresh tuna, carrot sticks, seaweed (yes it's good when prepared right), edamame, and Avocado. Liked it so much I may ask to come back for special occasions (my bday). We came in at 710pm and had a concert 8, we politely asked for quick service. Ordered a Cobb salad and burger and fries. Both meals were prepared efficiently and promptly. I come to Fantasy Springs Resort/Casino for work about 4/5 times a year and I really look forward to eating at POM each time I visit. I wouldn't say the service here is the best, especially if you sit outside but I do love their food!! 5 stars for the amazing food!! I've only been here for brunch so I can only speak on behalf of their brunch menu. My favorites here are: - seafood omelette - french toast - belgian waffles - eggs benedict - pom skillet - breakfast wrap - granola parfait Their juices and smoothies are really good too! My go to smoothie is the tropical mango, not too sweet but very refreshing!! The sides that come with the meals, hash browns are delicious too! Can't wait until I'm back!! read more

This one star is for the Asst Manager Antonio aka "Tony" that didn't step up to the plate when we were served FROZEN Braised boneless short-ribs with warm glazed sauce When I told our very nice server, Chine, about my frozen meal, he said he will ask the chef to reheat it lol which I calmly responded to no ty, I rather have a chicken avocado sandwich instead. From there, everything went downhill. My sandwich came way later after my 3 friends finished their meals. Management didn't approach us to ask how we're doing or to apologize for the mishap. When I finally asked for manager, Tony showed up & acted nonchalantly like nothing has happened. My friend finally asked him why they serve frozen food, his respond was "it sometimes happen in the kitchen, but I will email the main chef because the kitchen doesn't why it was frozen" LOL I was surprised to hear this. I don't understand why he kept pointing fingers, kept rambling what was happening behind the scenes but why not just apologize as POMs representative. He added that not to worry as he will remove it from the check , which I responded why wouldn't you if it wasn't consumed. I told him my problem was he didn't even acknowledge of what happened nor to see if we're doing ok. He said I didn't think he had to since I ordered a new item and "didn't you get your sandwich already??" It was a hopeless conversation & he only perked up & attempted to offer dessert when we mentioned why we were there & we were invited guests of the publicist. For being a fine dining establishment, I suggest you guys invest in hiring a better management team and/or train your folks better customer service and accountability. We love this restaurant. The food, the service the atmosphere. Exceptional!!! My mom and I just left here. First off our waitress Layla was an absolute pleasure and extremely good at her job. She made our dinning even better. We had delicious Cesar and the the hamburger was the best burger we've had in years. We look forward to our visits her and eating at the Pom. This place is located inside the Fantasy Springs casino. Ate dinner here on a Wednesday when the had their BBQ served family style. I thought the experience was okay, nothing spectacular. The food was tasty, the BBQ sauce was good. They served Mac n cheese, salad, potato salad, and biscuits. I had a hard time eating because the tables are so small to have it be served family style...all the plates were teetering on the edge. Plus I could hardly see what I was eating...the lighting is a small candle on the table. I've been going to the POM restaurant for many years. I even had my wedding shower there. A friend of mine can from out of town to go there to dinner last night. I'm shocked and disappointed at how terrible the service has become there. The waiters and waitresses were so rude. I had to ask for a fork from the person serving water . The best chicken parmesan around Roger went above and beyond for my girl and myself. He sat us in our favorite section at our favorite table even though everyone else said no. By the way Roger was working all day and about to go home but stepped up and said that we can sit where we want and he will serve us. That kind of service is five star. My parents and I have been here quite a few times. We had breakfast here today. We started our breakfast with a fresh bowl of seasonal fruit to share. I had the steak (medium)and eggs (scrambled) with a croissant and pico de gallo for my eggs. I ordered the hash browns extra crispy on the side for my dad ( which he enjoyed). My parents both had our usual the Noreweigan smoked salmon - which is always delicious - bagel with cream cheese, salmon, tomatoe, red onions and capers. They were everywhere and flying on our food and around us. We were swatting flies (literally) left and right. They have to do something about it! Even the staff apologized for all the flies. Ate at this location over the weekend. Food is good. Dominic makes good drinks. However, the service was very slow. We ate here Saturday and Sunday evening for dinner. Nobody seems to be moving with a purpose when attending to guest. Only one bartender to make drinks for the restaurant, bar and outside patio people. And oh my... If he is out of something HE HAS TO GO REPLINISH the item while the drink orders keep coming up on his register. On our final day of staying at the resort casino, we ate brunch at this restaurant. It's located down stairs of the main plaza. The servers are kind and give you coffee and the refill of water is done in a quick manner and the ambiance of the restaurant is bright and calm. I got the egg benedict and my mom got the omelette. The food came out quickly. I liked the egg benedict. The eggs were done nicely and it was fluffy and savory. When I finished one benedict, I was full. The potatoes were delicious too. It was crispy and warm and went well with the tabasco sauce. I tried the omelette too and it was warm and eggs were thick and flavors of tomato, mushroom and the paprika was fresh and delicious. It's a nice brunch restaurant in the middle of the desert and I throughly enjoyed relaxing in while dining in the restaurant. read more

Came to the Fantasy Springs Casino for a concert. I was starving after the concert and was too tired to wait in lines with all the hungry patrons swarming the casino for food. To my surprise, I found POM Restaurant by the staircase near Starbucks, and was able to find my reservations via OpenTable. The staircase heading down to the restaurant kept us from the foot traffic and the noise from above, and we were greeted with excellent service by the staff even though it was close to the end of their shift. Good food, decent price, great service - what more can you ask for when you are starving in the middle of the night? Would definitely dine at this restaurant again the next time I am visiting this casino. read more

Friendly staff, they were readily available for questions and consistent on checking if we needed anything. Atmosphere was calm, it was about 5:30pm when we got there on a weekday so not sure how it is when busy. Quite clean and comfortable. The food was great! I really enjoyed the touch of asparagus and tomato on top of the fettuccine. They also serve bread and butter (not pictured) when you first arrive. The bread has a bit of sweetness to it. So good. Beets were good, a little oil and vinegar on the sprouts included which was a nice touch and brought the side together. Truffle fries were good, just crunchy enough. From my experience they usually have a truffle dipping sauce paired but they included ketchup and blue cheese. Would have given them 5 starts but the butter was hard to spread on the bread because it was on the colder side. The food was good but not anything I haven't tasted before. Lighting could have been a bit more intimate. Overall, we would come back if in the area and needed a reliable place to go. Thank you POM! read more

Four of us had dinner prior to the Bonnie Raitt concert. This wasn't our first choice of dining offerings at this casino but as it turns out it was an excellent move. We started with four Maker's Mark Manhattans which were reasonably priced and served in oversized rock glasses. Our dinners were all very flavorful and once again featured large portions at reasonable prices. We also enjoyed a nice bottle of value-priced Chardonnay with dinner. Best of all was our server, Antonio who along with his manager Esmeralda made the experience quite memorable. They treated us like we were guests in their homes. After a delightful show at Fantasy Springs Casino and Hotel, we realized we were starving, usually after 10pm good food is hard to find. Fast food or chains are the normal, so imagine how excited we were to discover Pom was open and a full menu was available. We were seated immediately, little skirmish over where, but this was soon resolved. A staff member brought waters, and our server Hannah (not sure of name) came right over and took our drink orders, while we studied the menu. Not big eaters we settled on the "Bang BangShrimp" and Chicken Nachos. While waiting for our food another staff member brought us bread and butter. Yum, our food came quickly, the presentation was beautiful and tasted just as delicious as it looked. The shrimp was in a light batter with a sauce with a little zing! The nachos were terrific and plentiful, usually the portions are lacking when you have an item removed (beans due to allergies)but this was not the case, the plate was overflowing with chips, sour cream, guacamole, olives, jalapeños. Delicious. If you get a chance to eat here I highly recommend it! The prices are extremely fair. We will be back!!!! read more
