I've been going to the POM restaurant for many years. I even had my wedding shower there. A friend of mine can from out of town to go there to dinner last night. I'm shocked and disappointed at how terrible the service has become there. The waiters and waitresses were so rude. I had to ask for a fork from the person serving water . Friendly staff, they were readily available for questions and consistent on checking if we needed anything. Atmosphere was calm, it was about 5:30pm when we got there on a weekday so not sure how it is when busy. Quite clean and comfortable. The food was great! I really enjoyed the touch of asparagus and tomato on top of the fettuccine. They also serve bread and butter (not pictured) when you first arrive. The bread has a bit of sweetness to it. So good. Beets were good, a little oil and vinegar on the sprouts included which was a nice touch and brought the side together. Truffle fries were good, just crunchy enough. From my experience they usually have a truffle dipping sauce paired but they included ketchup and blue cheese. Would have given them 5 starts but the butter was hard to spread on the bread because it was on the colder side. The food was good but not anything I haven't tasted before. Lighting could have been a bit more intimate. Overall, we would come back if in the area and needed a reliable place to go. Thank you POM! read more

Four of us had dinner prior to the Bonnie Raitt concert. This wasn't our first choice of dining offerings at this casino but as it turns out it was an excellent move. We started with four Maker's Mark Manhattans which were reasonably priced and served in oversized rock glasses. Our dinners were all very flavorful and once again featured large portions at reasonable prices. We also enjoyed a nice bottle of value-priced Chardonnay with dinner. Best of all was our server, Antonio who along with his manager Esmeralda made the experience quite memorable. They treated us like we were guests in their homes. I go to this restaurant frequently. The quality and quantity of the food is always above average. They had run out of the special which was a coffee rubbed bone in rib-eye. They said they could give me a boneless ribeye if I wanted. I declined, telling the server that I had my heart set on a Bone in ribeye and that I would order something else. She asked me to wait and said she would talk to the manager. They eventually got a bone in ribeye from the bistro just to make me happy. That was an awesome gesture. The kids were at their respective in-laws for Christmas, so my wife and I dined here on Christmas night. Needed a reservation, used Open Table. Fast and easy. This was our fourth time here, don't know why I never Yelped it before. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Bobby, our server was attentive and friendly. We stopped by the casino for a late lunch/early dinner, then light gambling. We arrived at the Pom restaurant at 3:50pm. We asked the hostess if they were open, and she said they closed at 4pm for one hour, but she seemed welcoming, so we entered. We were greeted by the manager, Geoff, who was very accommodating and professional. We had questions about the players club restaurant discounts, and he personally escorted my husband to the players club desk to get the help we needed. Geoff also told us about the lunch specials ($8 for a good portion of food). Food was great, and the staff was very accommodating. We will make this a habit! read more

Our waiter Tony was an absolute gem and took excellent care of our 85-year-old mom like she was royalty. And let's talk about our hero of hydration, Ulysses! This guy never let my diet coke glass be empty and even hooked me up with a to-go cup. The manager was very kind and even brought out the Chef, AJ, with a name so cool it should come with its own theme song. And the cobb salad? It's the kind of dish that would make a meat-lover consider a plant-based lifestyle (if it wasn't for the juicy chunks of chicken hiding there). But the cherry on top? The seven (yes, SEVEN!) middle names of Chef AJ. If I had more time, I would list them all here, but trust me, they're worth the trip to POM to hear for yourself. This review is LONG overdue. I came here for lunch a few years ago and had THE BEST meatloaf sandwich!! Omg.. I still talk about that sandwich to this day. I've eaten a lot of good food in my day but this might have been the best meal that I've ever eaten.. and what is/was cool that there's a secret Yelp menu & only paid $5.99! I would have paid much more for it! It was so good that I went back a few weeks later to have the same meal with my daughter! I ate here last night and went with the assistant manager's suggestion ( Mr. Nunez) which was the spinach salad topped with blackened salmon which was DELICIOUS!! I ate every bite with no shame. Hubs went with spaghetti with meatballs.. he gave me a taste of his meatball & it was to die for! My husband is still talking about how good his meal was! Definitely the best meatball I have ever eaten! Antonio was our server! Very attentive & communicative! Will ask for him when we go back! Atmosphere is also very pleasing! Love this restaurant! I've been wanting to go to this place for awhile, and I did today. Not to many people eating. I was disappointed that we didn't get seated in the first part of the restaurant. I didn't know there was a second dinning room. Our waiters were great, very attentive, maybe too much. I ordered the penne chicken with mushrooms. It was delicious I didn't get to finish it all , I had tortilla soup before the penne. I'd go again and recommend it. It was a Great choice to come here on a Monday. Both steak dishes that we ordered were fine except the baked potato. It smelled like mildew and tasted bad. The fajitas were fatty with the silver lining and the rice was cold, the tomatoe sauce for the spaghetti was awful. Spent about $300 and the bill had a cover up charge for $20... no idea what that was. Amazing experience here! The food is so wonderful and tasteful, just amazing! First off the atmosphere is very romantic with the lights really dim during dinner and awesome indoor architecture to soak in. The fajitas were so tasty, a highlight being the unique beans and fresh guacamole that comes with it. Was not that good went there with my brother and sister as they were from out of town got the fried chicken dinner way over done crunchy and dry. My sister got the sizzling fajitas chicken they brought it to the table sizzling about one minute later they came and said that wasn't ours and took it away and brought us another one a couple of minutes later that was not sizzling and barely warm. I watched them take the sizzling plate that they took my table 1st to another table about three tables over.
