Brown rice completely discolored and had been clearly left out to where it was literally crunchy (should of took a pic) and looked like it was just thrown in the box by hand. Good value for the money. We love the cilantro sauce. Ordered the chicken tropichop bowl. It had a bunch of rice, beans, chicken and vegetables. My wife ordered fried bananas and were just average. Service was quick and they're well staffed. However I was sharing with my wife and needed another fork. I had to flag down someone to get one. This location is definitely better managed than other locations in Central Florida. Don't get me wrong, I'm still mad that they took away the sauce bar and the soda machines in the dining area. Yes, the meats and beans could've used a bit more seasoning, but I was able to adjust the flavors whit salt and the sauces I ordered (Poyo Poyo and Cilantro Garlic are my favorites). Came here for lunch off the recommendation of a friend after landing in Orlando and had a pretty decent lunch. The rice bowl I had topped with fried chicken was pretty tasty as well as the cheese waffle fries, and I like that they have an array of sauces that are all good (the cilantro garlic was my fave). I could've left the empanada bites as they didn't have a lot of flavor, but I like to try everything I have my eye on when I eat at new places while I'm traveling. The guy taking our order was pretty friendly and patient with all my questions so that was a plus. The dining room could've used an extra staff member on clean up, but as I said, it was a pretty decent lunch. So I ended up settling for their balsamic tomatoes which had a good flavor but were soggy and really didn't fit on my diet. There's nothing else they have as a side that I wanted. I got a full chicken and Pollo's process is grilled. That's usually very tasty but today's chicken was dry and not very spiced. Almost bland. I did stop at their condiments bar but the sauces are all quite sweet and I have no idea what goes into them. As well, the sauce bar was needing a serious wipe down as it was sticky and not clean.
