I could've left the empanada bites as they didn't have a lot of flavor, but I like to try everything I have my eye on when I eat at new places while I'm traveling. Well, coleslaw is the -only- one of their sides that works on my keto diet. Beans, rice, yucca, potatoes, all bad. So I ended up settling for their balsamic tomatoes which had a good flavor but were soggy and really didn't fit on my diet. There's nothing else they have as a side that I wanted. I got a full chicken and Pollo's process is grilled. That's usually very tasty but today's chicken was dry and not very spiced. Almost bland. I did stop at their condiments bar but the sauces are all quite sweet and I have no idea what goes into them. As well, the sauce bar was needing a serious wipe down as it was sticky and not clean.
