I wa looking for a quick bite to eat on the way back to the hotel and thought this place sounded festive. This review will be noticeably shorter than most I do. While I enjoyed the flavor of the food I couldn't get over how dry the chicken was. Perhaps this is just the way it's supposed to be but when I was speaking toa local the next day, all I had to say was "dry chicken" and he knew exactly where I had eaten. He gave me a couple of recommendations for other local restaurants which I will do the reviews for later today. Stay tuned because they were really good.

This was my first visit to this place and maybe the last. I ordered the 1/2 grilled chicken with 2 sides. They never asked me what kind of rice I wanted. So I got the white rice by default. I didn't order blackened chicken but that's what I got as seen on my photo. The fries were excellent. As it was a takeout order I did not notice all this until I got home.

So... When I say I could not find anything wrong with this place, I mean it. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated incredibly well. The staff was working well together and everyone in the restaurant looked to be attentively taken care of. Our server, Alex, was exceptional throughout the entire experience. He described the menu in not too little but not too much detail. We ordered mocktails, ceviche, and 2 entrees. Every single item was impressive and delicious. The poblano pasta and the rice seriously have my heart. The seating was a little close - but I would never dock point for that. They have a decently small space and are utilizing it incredibly well. And I was just in awe at how clean everything was. The attention to detail from the staff and owners goes a long way and my boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. Made a night of our vacation feel very special. We'll be returning next time we're in town.

I ordered a drink off the HH menu but was charged the full $19 at the end for a mediocre cocktail. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, a $30 dish. There was no seasoning at all with the dry chicken inside the enchiladas, not much flavor to the dish. There are so many hidden gems in Naples, this one isn't on my list to return to. Service was average, slow at times.

If you're not sure what to order, you can't go wrong with the grilled chicken, rice, beans, and sweet plantains, they're absolutely incredible! Whether you're craving a juicy burger or a delicious home-style meal, this place never disappoints.

To celebrate, my mom and I ordered a bottle of moscato which went well with the food. We ordered the mojellas as an app for the table and they were unfortunately they were not good. There was not enough lemon in the world to help it taste better either. The mojellas tasted like they were boiled and then thrown on the parilla, and left too crunchy. We let the waiter know we couldn't even finish them after everyone had a bite and we agreed they were bad. Luckily the waiter liked them since he told us he ate what we didn't eat, you're welcome for the appetizer we ended up paying for guy! SMH The sizzln Naples menu had a 4 course meal and we were almost jipped our eggplant, I had to tell waiter at the end and he was able to pack it up for us and we took it home. El panqueque de dulce de leche luckily was good, they didn't add chocolate upon request. Husband liked the dulce de leche empanada and the main meals were good. The provoletta and main course meals were good. However, we were shocked when the bill came and the gratuity was included at a 20%... for a party of 4. There was no indication of this beforehand either. So 20% AND we paid for the waiters appetizer. It's a no from me, I don't think I'll be coming back.

It turns out that we were talking to John, the owner, and he gave some great recommendations for me (and did note where an ingredient could or could not be left out for me). We snacked on plantains with black bean dip and an incredible octopus salad while waiting for our dinner. I cannot say enough good things about the octopus salad - the chilled mild octopus was complimented by the briny olives, sweet onion slices and salty bites of potato. I prefer to eat smaller meals throughout the day so I just ordered the beef empanadas small plate for my dinner -- knowing I would also get a bite of my husband's dinner too. He ordered the snapper, which they ran out of and substituted branzino. Very good! The malanga chips were more like fries and were a great surprise - never had them before and we enjoyed them. The branzino was perfectly cooked and the rice was extremely flavorful. My only regret is that we were not in Naples longer to make a return visit to explore the menu further!

With its cobblestone streets, white church, colorful buildings, plaza and breathtaking view on the Nutibara Hill, it becomes a popular tourist attraction in Medellin! Pueblito Paisa was built in 70's to replicate a typical Antioquian Village to showcase their lifestyle and heritage! Mi Pueblito Paisa started as food truck at 4509 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres serving Columbian cuisine. In late 2023, they moved to FGCU's University Village. It is situated next to Tacos and Tequila Cantina. It has six inside tables and more than dozen outside tables. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday! We walked in for early dinner on Saturday. The staff is very hospitable, friendly and answered many questions we had. This location was a take-out restaurant with heavy deep-fried items. The ambiance was simple other than the huge Mi Pueblito Paisa sign with customs and hats. If you go to www. mipueblitopasia.com, or Facebook or Instagram, it still refers to the Lehigh Acres food truck location and menu. The new menu using QR code on the table was not working in my iPhone. The new menu at the University Village is greatly expanded. Their web site or social media is work in progress! I have images of some of popular Columbian dishes from home and with the help of our server, we ordered a Salchipapas, and Cazuela de Marisco with a nice Mora fruit drink! The Salchipapas, one of popular fast-food dish commonly served as street food. The Pueblito Paisa version has crunchy French Fries topped with sausage, pork belly, white cheese in condiments. The sausage and pork belly added the savory taste to the fries! The portion was huge and we took half portion home! Th Cazuela de Marisco was a seafood stew that is served with Avocado/tomato salad, coconut rice and fried plantains or tostones. This seafood stew was served with small shrimps, clams, scallops, and calamari but packed in flavor! The avocado/tomato salad with a little onion added a refreshing taste to the stew. Wife loves that coconut rice but she is not a fried plantain fan! If you like Columbian food, this is the place to visit! We'll back for more Sancocho, Bandeja and Picada!
