Very clean, very friendly. Staff offered sauce recommendations, had great personality, and were very attentive. It's still fast! I must confess this is my first visit since the new year. So I do really miss TB. When I was working this was a lunch time destination at least 1-2x a week. Star upgrade staff quick efficient friendly even called "ME" sir?? Ha. Restrooms clean. Floors tables checked. Staff didn't cough on any of the food. I know people say the meat here is not meat but when a crave starts. It's hard to shake since its so quick and easy. Just like my.... forget that. Never mind. Tho clean, nice staff, food is what you expect for fast food. Fake nacho cheese sauce, watery beans, small, I mean baby portions. New Shrimp tacos are decent but for $2.99 a piece, by the time you buy sides like rice, chips, drink, I would have SAVED $ if I went to a decent sit down restaurant. My hubby was still so hungry, he went next door to Arbys ( a Bigger mistake) AFTER he ate 3 "entrees". If I could give a 0 rating I would. I went through the drive thru around 11am. I ordered the 3 hard taco combo. I got home. My tacos were freezing cold. The lettuce and cheese tasted like they were just pulled out of the freezer. The shells were cold and the meat was cold. Needless to say I threw away my meal. The meanest staff that I have ever met at a Taco Bell in 43 years of life Myself having arrived prior to closing time and accepting the customers delivery request 10 minutes prior, I nicely asked "do you have an Uber Eats for Aaron". The Manager dragged a finger across his throat and yelled "NO" in the most angry and disrespectful tone of voice that he possibly could have. I also had an an awful experience as a customer here a few weeks prior. The Taco was completely broke in half, the crunch wrap was disgustingly overheated to a very near burn and one of the most expensive parts the beef was missing from the crunch wrap. Reviewing here the day of eating Taco Bell because tomorrow wouldn't be a good idea. Had a chicken quesadilla, because I always do, and a couple chicken tacos. Soft shells because the hard ones just hurt. Fiance loves the hard ones, if you know what I mean... Great place for a late night snack. If you eat here during the day you're the kind of guy who would thrive through the purge. Crunchwraps are pretty dope too, though admittedly they're essentially toilet paper hieroglyphics. I eat at Taco Bell quite often and while many of their restaurants are on the down-turn, this one is one of the better ones. Located in Naples, Florida I would expect better customer service, cleanliness and better quality and this is what my experience was on this particular evening. I ordered the veggie bowl that comes with rice, black beans, lettuce, tomato, etc from a very friendly cashier. In a typically Taco Bell scenario, I would then try to find a clean table, but in this case all were clean. I just had to determine the location of my seat. The food was quite delicious and filling. I come here probably once a week at least with my girlfriend, usually the service is fine. Last night I ordered inside because I had to use the restroom. A nice young man who seemed to be new/ training took my order, as I was getting ready to pay someone who seemed like the manager came over to correct something on my order. I had asked for the new double steak grilled cheese burrito but I guess he had entered something else on the computer. After I had payed the manager proceeded to fire the kid who had taken the order and made a big show of it whilst I was in the restaurant. You never know what goes on behind the scenes but the manager handled this very unprofessional IMO and I felt very sorry for the young man. Always been a good location here. Service has always been fast and friendly, orders are correct 99% of the time as well and the food is good, although it could be hotter from time to time. The biggest drawback is getting in and out, as the layout of the entire plaza is kooky, with too many exits and paths for cars. If the drive thru gets busy, the line will back up into one of the paths, blocking traffic out into the main road. Weird. Also, indoors, it is cramped by the pickup area at the counter, the kiosk where the condiments, napkins, etc. and drink station really congest things and constricts flow. Wish they could redesign that spot as it is awkward fighting for elbow space with other patrons while lunging for packets of Fire sauce. read more

I'm not a huge fast food fan, but I make an exception for Taco Bell only. And has far as Taco Bell locations go, this one is not good. The service is always so slow and basic. Dining in or using the drive-thru doesn't matter. Always a poor experience. I've had multiple orders done wrong to the point that I'm done with this location. My advice is if you're craving a run for the boarder skip this location. Go to one of the many other locations. read more

What u would expect from a Taco Bell. It's clean, very (too) brightly lit & the to-go area is well stocked. Service is fast. Granted there was only 1 person in front of me but quick nonetheless. Perhaps to quick bc my to go order came on a tray but at least everything was wrapped up nicely and I decided to chow down here despite the noisy elevator music which is somewhat drowned out by the chattering customers but I'm wishing there more people talking louder ! Hoofing it back to my car woofing down tacos seemed like a good idea but the impulse buy of the 1$ Apple caramel Empanada not so much. Perhaps the clerk intuited that & saved my shirt by delivering my to go order on a tray. Obviously I could've easily asked for a bag so that's a none factor in my 3 star review. Though it's worth noting the reason I'd be hoofing it to my car is bc the drive-thru line was really long as is usually the case here. For the price, the quick service, & cleanliness it's worthy of a 3 star review. For a Taco Bell, it's pretty good but can be a bit slow. Gets really slammed at lunch and in the evenings. Usually clean, staff is friendly and food is freshly prepared. You don't go in there expecting gourmet food. It's great to cure a hangover or curb the cravings though. And cheap. read more

Taco Bell is the perfect type of food for a road trip. From nachos to burritos, they have it all!!!! I love getting mexi-melts, which are like burritos, but they come with beef, cheese, and pico de gallo. Since I am a vegetarian, I substitute the beef for beans, and when I am not too hungry, I will get a mexi-melt with no beans or beef and it will taste AMAZING!! Another one of my all time favorites is the cheese quesadilla. It has hot sauce in it probably the best hot sauce EVER. Who could forget the the Doritos tacos! You choose whatever flavor Doritos taco you want--of course,I get NACHO CHEESE and it comes with cheese, lettuce, and beef. I substitute the beef for the beans.
