Anyone want to purchase a beverage served at room temperature? A regular issue at this location.
Brett B.

I have posted several reviews on how most of the workers at this locations are great, and the food is excellent. When I moved to the area about a year ago I started visiting this location twice a week for lunch. But I then slowed to once a week, and now it's sometimes once every 1-2 weeks. Why the change if I enjoy the people and the food? It all comes down to something really simple... they refuse to offer cold bottled beverages. I don't purchase soft drinks during the week, and instead elect for bottled water where I add some sugar free crystal light favoring. And most days (probably 80% or more) of the times I come here, they hand me a bottled water at room temperature. Check out the attached image. More often than not, there is no ice, or barely enough ice to make the drinks cold. This isn't a one time thing- it's like this most days. And this picture wasn't taken at opening and they were still getting ready. It was taken at noon. I understand for many their serving beverages at room temperature may not be a big deal and I understand that. But for me, I'd rather visit another local restaurant who I know will put their waters in the fridge.

Chicken tenders and fries
Matt P.

This is similar to a chick fil a. Chicken sandwiches, fries, lemonade. It is pretty good but not amazing. I got the new honey chicken sandwich. This had a buttery bun and a nicely breaded fried chicken patty. This was probably the best thing on the menu I tried. It got fries as a side. They are very thin. I would say they are just average. Nothing really great about them that makes them stand out. This is the same way I felt about the chicken tenders. I didn't have any problem finishing them, but I don't see me craving then enough to rush back. The lemonade was good. It was like carnival lemonade. Very sugary and made with real lemons.

Back when I went to FGCU & even for a couple years after, this place was one of my go-to spots in…read morethe Town Center. They're relatively efficient, the food always comes out fresh & they serve some of the best fast food items, in my opinion. I like that they're located on the outer part of GCTC closest to the university. There's plenty of parking available & the tables inside are more than enough for any size party. After years of not visiting this location, it was good to see they're still consistent. The burgers are some of my favorite because they closely resemble smash burgers. The patties get a nice char from being pressed which gives them a good little crunch. These thin, yet juicy, patties are placed in a buttery bun & the simple toppings really tie it all together. If you haven't had one of their burgers you're missing out. A must-have from the menu is the cheese curds. These fried bites of perfection are made with white & yellow cheddar that almost melt in your mouth. Whether you eat them by themselves or use them as a burger topping you really can't go wrong. The custard is also top tier. Creamy, fluffy & plenty of ways to customize, I could eat it by the gallon. My personal favorite is using their signature root beer to make root beer floats. Every time I visit the employees are friendly & helpful. The dining room & soda/condiment areas are usually kept tidy, as well. Much like other stores in GCTC, this Culver's has been a great addition. It's worth stopping by if you're traveling through Estero.

The butter burgers were excellent, hot, juicy, and exactly what you want when you order one. We got the fries extra crispy, and they came out piping hot and perfectly cooked. No soggy disappointment here. What really made the experience stand out, was the atmosphere and service. The restaurant was very clean, and the workers were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. We also happened to sit next to a giant saltwater fish tank, which was an unexpected and fun touch (especially great if you're dining with family). Everything felt well-run, cared for, and consistent. When fast food is done this well, it deserves recognition. If you're in Fort Myers and want a reliable, satisfying meal with great service, this Culver's absolutely delivers.

A Catastrophic Gastronomic Betrayal…read more I write this review not out of malice, but out of necessity--a warning, if you will, to any would-be adventurers craving south-of-the-border indulgence. Taco Bell, your culinary creations have betrayed me in ways I never thought biologically possible. On the evening of July 9th, I approached your establishment with the innocent enthusiasm of a man seeking a simple indulgence: a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Baja Blast. I left with a shaken soul, a stained sense of dignity and complexity , and most regrettably, a pair of thoroughly compromised trousers. Roughly 47 minutes post-consumption, my gastrointestinal tract launched a full-scale insurrection. The rumblings began subtly, like distant thunder over a calm horizon. I foolishly ignored the warning signs. A tragic mistake. What followed can only be described as a seismic event of biblical proportions. I sprinted to the nearest restroom like a man possessed. Alas, I was too late. Nature's call was less a call and more a forceful eviction. The betrayal was sudden, explosive, and absolute. My bowels, normally reserved and well-behaved, had turned against me with the ferocity of a thousand flaming hot Doritos Locos Tacos. The aftermath was unspeakable. I had to abandon my boxer briefs in a gas station trash can like a soldier discarding his ruined armor after battle. The emotional damage? Immeasurable. I stared into the mirror afterward, a hollow shell of the man I once was. Taco Bell, your flavor? Impressive. Your value? Undeniable. But your digestive consequences? Cataclysmic. Never again shall I dance so recklessly with your infernal seasoning. 1/5 stars. One point for taste. Zero for toilet safety and lavatorial hygiene standards.
