Excellent. Clean, well decorated, friendly and helpful staff. Hot food. Better than all of the other McDonalds in the area.

We ordered at the kiosk and we're using card. We had to go to the counter to pay and the lady was very disrespectful towards us. They next gave us soda cups when we got the specialty drinks. They also didn't give us our sauces. Then, we waited about 30 minutes to get 2 of the 4 drinks we had gotten after asking multiple times. The workers proceeded to get themselves food and drinks after we continuously asked for our drinks. We waited about 30 more minutes to get the third drink. They would not make the last drink after we continued to ask for it and tell them what we got. They finally made the drink but wouldn't give it to us. They set it down and walked away. Tiffany was no help but another worker gave it to us. We had finally got it and the door slammed into us and knocked the drink onto the floor after waiting all that time. This place always takes ridiculously long to get food, I do curbside to skip the line but the line always goes faster than the curbside and I always regret it. Ordered a Blue-raspberry slushee and Phillipe put in a Frozen Coke with blueberry flavor as our order. It was nasty. Couldn't even taste the slushee flavoring it was so carbonated. If I could give them zero stars I would. My fiance and I went to McDonald's wanting to grab a bite before returning back home & the time was 10:56 am and they refused to serve lunch even though there were 4 minutes until lunch would be served. I just was at the drive-through at gulf coast town center. Waited five minutes for my food to be bagged and there was not an employee in sight. In walks a girl Who works there with a wade full of keys on her big bulky keychain. She drop her keys off and starts bagging my food. She comes to the window with no gloves on, and she did not wash her hands. She acted like I had the nerve to question her. This mcdonald is clean and looks new with modern design. Don't know about the ice cream machine as previous comments, but is one I will come back too, I've seen some other mcdonald that are not as nice as this one. This McDonald's is the biggest waste of your time. I have spent over 40 minutes waiting in line for the drive-through, which is insane but it's the only one open so late. Even during the daytime, I find myself waiting 15 minutes just to get through the drive-through. My order is only right half of the time and while the people are friendly, that does not make up for the fact that this location places zero value on time. If you honestly want to get something really quick, go to the one off of Daniels and I-75. read more

It seems everything that can go wrong with this restaurant does every time I go to it. Just left there a moment ago because their "system was shut down" and they couldn't serve anything because they couldn't ring anything in. Whether it's that or "they're only accepting cash at this time" there is always issues. Even when their system is fine they still mess up the food. How hard is it to read a ticket when you're job is simply to make food to order? Maybe it's just me but owning a restaurant would mean making money and I don't know how you're supposed to do that when you always have system problems. Corporate should come in an evaluate their store a little better. Seeing things during the day and seeing things at 3am may be a little different. Good luck doing business in the future . read more

Done with this crappy joint. The door sign says the lobby opens at 5AM. It never does. I had an hour and a half before I was to pick up my next client, so I thought I would give this joint another try. MIS-take. I got there at 5:22AM, 22 minutes after the supposed opening. Looby door locked tight. I saw a manager come to the front, and thinking she was going to open up, finally, I waited. She merely went to a side door to let in a staff member, then promptly relocked the door. I left. Will never return. This place, and the Franchisee, is a joke. The Franchisee gets by because of the transient nature of the business in this area. I am with Bill S. The McDonald's model is broken. The main reason for this is managers who do not know how to manage. Staff who are poorly trained, and unmotivated. A corporate culture grown fat and lazy. One thing I did note on my last actual visit: no one wears name tags at this horrible excuse for a "restaurant." Why? To avoid accountability! Even the managers do not wear name tags. I can't wait to see this location, as well as the other POORLY run locations in the area, close. It will happen soon. I have written feedback to the Franchisee, but never get a real response. Go to Chick Fil-A. they are sliding, too, but are still better than this. read more
