Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my trip to culvers today. They gave me the wrong food then when I called them to give them a chance to make it right they said they cant refund me or remake my order. They only offered to send me a coupon in the mail a week later. I need my food I paid for now! Not next week. What a horrible policy and now I have to call my credit card company and file a dispute. I went into the location on Skyline and asked them to make a concrete mixer that I have been able to get at other Culver's locations. The young man taking my order said he thought he could do it but he needed to ask his manager. The VERY young manager came to the counter and proceeded to tell me that the order that I wanted was not something they would do. The most frustrating part of this is that the pine Island location and the Cape Coral Parkway location have made this order for me multiple times. They did it with a smile and gladly took my money. This interaction prompted us to leave the store and go across the road to Dairy Queen and get a custom blizzard! Will not ever patronize the skyline location in the future. Another incorrect order. I ordered a double deluxe a cod sandwich and a small fries. I received a single deluxe a double cheeseburger and 2 small fries. I went back and told them my wife just kept the order was completely wrong. They gave me the wrong ticket number to out in my mirror. They give me the order that was supposed to be correct. The General Manager (David) and the manager (Paul) are not qualified to clean the toilets let alone pretend to be managers. What a joke!! My husband grew up eating Culver's in Wisconsin. We visit one occasionally when fast and easy best fits our mood and schedule. This new location on Skyline Blvd. is super convenient making this first visit an easy choice. We went through the drive through and, despite a long line of cars ahead of us, were served and on our way home with a minimal wait. We typically get Butterburgers and were happy with them this time, as usual. The burger patties are made from meat that is fresh, never-frozen, and cooked to a slight crispness on the edge. The cheese is always nicely melty. We rounded out this visit's order with a chocolate shake and a Butterfinger concrete mixer. Both tasted as expected -- delicious. read more

Very clean, well lit restaurant, it is relatively new, and they do have crew that cleans and wipes down every table when people are done. We've always thought the service & food here really good and a better alternative to other fast food around but tonight was special. Our order was taken by Nick who was super polite! While dining inside we noticed some dogs roaming around in the outside drive up line. As we left, we saw some employees holding onto those same dogs. There were 3 employees helping detain these pups from wandering into traffic but eventually they had to leave to go inside. 1 employee felt so compelled to make sure these dogs made it to safety that they clocked out & forfeited their shift just to stay with these dogs! IT WAS NICK! His determination to make sure these dogs made it to safe hands paid off. The pound was called, then law enforcement & still no one showed up. We took over attempting to find the owner by posting on Facebook, PawBoost & the next door ap. Eventually, with no one showing up, we loaded a huge German shepherd and pit mix Into the car and drove around. We got lucky to successfully find their owner by just asking around to any pedestrians we saw! Their owners were frantically looking for these escape artists who looked very well cared for! If it was t for Nick and the others who held on to these friendly pets we could have been left with some dead dogs and a broken hearted local family. Quite frankly, I'm disappointed. I'll pick up Culver's maybe twice a week at times. But as of late it seems the quality and service is plummeting. I ordered two Culver's Deluxe doubles with fries and was treated to cold, soggy, unsalted fries, and burger patties so thin and BURNT, they might as well have come from the pit of hell. Awful. Especially for the prices you charge. Where as I appreciate the convenience of location, I'd happily drive double the distance to go to the good Culver's in Cape Coral or better yet the extra 5 minutes to Chick-Fil-A, which gets easier to drive with every order I place at your Culver's read more

Last time I came here on June 28th. Thought I'd try them again just for ice cream this time but nothings has changed with their food service aspect. The customer service aspect was good. Just not the food. Ordered a rootbeer float and somehow when I got it there was just rootbeer. Everything melted from sitting too long.
