good hot food, large portions, friendly staff i went early evening on a Saturday and sat at the bar no problem. i got a beer, but wanted to wait a bit in food, when i was ready, i had trouble getting service from the bartender bc they kept walking away to the back or somewhere else. once i caught their attention, they were quick and efficient, but it just seemed like it took a while each time I needed something. Hardcore gastropub with a very good craft beer selection and a nice comfort food menu. Big dining room with a covered patio. Took refuge at the bar and met with Celines who provided us info on some popular sandwiches. The condiments were stuffed into used beer 6-pack cartons which was a nice custom touch that did not go unnoticed. Ordered a 3D Vagabond Hazy 6.9% and the 10 Twenty Five Double Smash Burger with caramelized onions smothered in smoked gouda cheese and a side of green onion slaw. Holy Crap, it was an easy top three burger. Hard to eat though with a constant smile on my face. The gender assigned bathroom was clean and decorated with beer company placards on the walls and cracked cement industrial flooring. Perfect addition to the rest of the pub. read more

We were visiting the distillery and the server recommended this place for lunch. I'm glad we came the food was great. We had the deviled eggs to start which were great and decided to split the poultrygeist as the server recommended it and said it was a foot long. It was a breaded chicken cutlet with mozzarella, arugula, red pepper and truffle aioli. The flavors were amazing. It was huge plenty to share. Both our cocktails were great also. Great food and great service. The deviled eggs were fantastic! The poltergeist sandwich was absolutely delicious and massive! It's a 12 inch so perfect to split. I added the Nashville hot sauce on the side and I highly recommend. The drinks were made like a top tier establishment. I had a drink that has the word poetry in it, I can't recall the full name but it's delicious. I'd highly recommend and again the two waitresses were awesome! read more

I forgot to take pictures here because I was so hungry but I got one of the wings. Now the food here was good but I wasn't a fan myself. My boyfriend and his mom loved it. The service was a tad slow at times but the place is very unique. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich I can't remember the name and the sauce used on it was definitely not what I was expecting at all And I wasn't a big fan. The Mac and cheese was super good though. Daughter brought me to this restaurant about 5 years ago and it was OK. This time it was not. Ordered 2 fish and chips dinners. The "beer battered" fish came out very brown, but the fish was undercooked, and my piece of "cod" was tough. Wife said fish had NO flavor and was cooked without any salt in the batter. The batter was not stuck to the fish at all. The green onion Cole slaw is an acquired taste. The fries were good and warm. The wife ordered a sweet tea and the server never bothered to add to her glass, even though it was very pricy tea. The bill was pretty hefty, but we left a decent tip to the server. This place may be trendy, and the names of all the items are cute, but I suspect they are not very good, and the cooks need some training. If you used a credit card, they add 3.5% to the bill. read more

First off, our server was amazing! She was friendly, helpful with our questions, and overall good service. The food was really good and had a great selection of dishes that were taken up a notch! Delicious. We got chips and dip to start - the dip was yummy but very heavy so don't fill up on it too much. I got the motha clucka sandwich - a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich (if you don't like spicy don't get this). I loved it. Sometimes they're too wet and become hard to eat but this was perfect. Everyone works together to ensure the highest standard. The only gripe I have is the lack of vegetarian and vegan options. We have visited 7 times in the last 6 months and were limited to a few menu items. As we pulled up to the restaurant, my husband joked this looked like a dive bar. As we proceeded inside the establishment it was empty, as most people were in the bar room watching entertainment. We were told to have a seat anywhere. The restaurant was pretty spacious. We reviewed the menu, and it was very unique and creative. For appetizer we ordered the whipped mozzarella Dip. My husband thought it could do without the balsamic reduction, but I thought the opposite. So good! For entrées my husband had the 10 twenty five smash as I opted for the Grilled meatloaf, with two sides ; the gouda mac and cheese and sweet potato tots. We both agreed on one thing, this food was amazing. As we always feel customer service is everything, which they definitely had, the only thing lacking was an introduction or name from our server, which we feel is an important personal touch. . The gastro pub has a great vibe, very relaxing. Great beer selection on tap. Food menu is not extensive, but welcoming. No one wants to look through 4 pages of food on a menu. This place is amazing. My and my wife decided to just get out the house and drive in one direction. And randomly chose a spot to eat. About 115 miles away from Palm Harbor we found this golden gem. The menu names caught my eye. I got the "Curry Up Buttercup", "You Gouda Try This". Both amazing, the Gouda Tru This is one of the best Mac and cheese I ever had. And the "Curry Up" I said to myself I would never thought I would be dipping curry in ranch. Service was amazing. My cup was always filled, and it wasn't too loud inside. My salad with added shrimp was above standard with the addition of avocado slices, and so well presented. More than half of it will be saved for later.
