I was initially going to leave a bad review and then I get home with my order and I realize that they gave me a little box with a few extra nuggets, a cute little cow toy, and a card to redeem for a free dessert... I was initially upset about being the first person in line and then having to wait nearly 15 minutes for a simple order while everybody else was getting theirs and what impresses me I Is that amidst this restaurant's reopening... And I'm sure there are glitches, they owned it the issue with my order and did a little something extra to try and make it right. All organizations make mistakes and what impresses me is this way an organization will own it and what they do to try to make a right and what they do to learn from it and to hopefully not allow it to happen again. This location used to be great. One, it took a really Long time to remodel. Two, because it is new, the drive-thru menu ordering speaker is horrible. It was cutting in and out, and the volume was up and down. For me, an easy fix would be to have the online ordering back up, which has been down since it reopened. Finally, I've been here twice since it reopened, and my order was wrong both times. All the other stuff aside, you can at least get my order right. From what I saw, the staff was friendly and clean, as with any location. Not sure I will be back until the online ordering system is back up. read more

This place has been on point for a good while now! We order at least once a week, the food is always super good. We bounce around the menu often, we especially love when they have seasonal new menu items! Currently, the new Grilled Spicy Sandwich has been delicious and on point! I love customizing my items on the app too, so many options. The regular Grilled Club is always good choice as well, love the honey roast bbq sauce that comes with those sandwiches. I usually ask for that on the side for the fries and nuggets as well. Speaking of, the nuggets (grilled or fried) are always fresh and delicious as well as the fries. The original sandwiches, of course, are always a good item but special shoutout to their salads! I absolutely love customizing their salads! They are all delicious and so many options if you look at the dressings and toppings you can change in and out. Breakfast? Also good. Great biscuit sandwiches, love the mini nugget sandwiches, the burrito is actually pretty good as well! Wasn't a fan of the salsa for dipping but the chick-fil-a sauce was a great dipping sauce for the burrito. The service is always great when we pick up and the few times we've eaten in. We get catering to at least twice a year and they're always very nice when picking up. The location is always clean, they have a good amount of pick-up spots...have went during very busy times and have always been able to find one. The parking lot can be a little bit of a mad house but it's handled pretty well by the employees. read more

I stopped in the drive thru this morning around 9 am ,a nice young girl took my order #1 with hot coffee and cream no sugar. She reseated it twice as warm coffee . An alarm should have gone off in my head!!! The hash rounds were subpar and oily and slightly warm ,the chicken was good but that cup of coffee was the worst offering I ever bought! Cow Appreciation Day and a free chicken sandwich if you dress in cow theme. Well moo moo we are in! Went to our local craft store to get some fabric and my fiance made our cow shirts for this event and wow she did an amazing job and we looked sharp. What a great event Chick-fil-A puts on. From babies to Grandparents turned out for this event. With Chick-fil-A's cow on hand to greet everyone and a photo station to capture the event with the cow. We got there just before lunch and the lines were forming quick but Chick-fil-A had everything under control. With plenty of staff to take orders and bring you your order quickly. Our choice was the amazing Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich with some colby jack cheese and to wash it down with some of that sweet lemonade. Chick-fil-A puts on great community events from school fund raiser to local supports groups. Cow Appreciation Day is another great event for our community. It was great to see all the children having so much fun. A little call out to Southern Fresh Farms as they brought Henry for all to enjoy. read more

It was cold and it was wrong. The line was wrapped around the building twice and my first thought was to give up and go home but I decided to try it out. I kid you not...I was in line for a total of 7 minutes! This location is great. My son loves their chicken sandwiches so we go here often. He does not like pickles and I always request the sandwich without. I have to give credit to this location as they follow directions. They always prepare his sandwich without pickles. I know it sounds basic but several other chicken places in the area can't get it right. The Mac and cheese is very good and I love their salads. Ordering off the app is simple and easy and I feel whenever you use the app there are way more selections that people may not know of. They offer salads with like six different styles of chicken, which when ordered at the counter or drive thru I would only be aware of the "regular" way. The staff is always friendly and they move the drive thru line quite nicely. Inside often seems a little more chaotic but they have enough employees that seem to take pride in their jobs and it really shows. read more

People flock to these restaurants to consume junk food. I've been to a chick fil a 3 times in as many years and each time I regret it with hart burn and bloating. Reason is they deep fry in fake peanut oil, processed that is. It might taste good but it's bad for your body resulting in horrible after effects as stated. Real peanut oil can't be used because some people are allergic to peanuts, imagine the repercussions from that. They are well managed and service is fast food. Not healthy in any way. So I've been going to Chick-fil-A quite a lot recently since my pregnant wife has been asking me nonstop to get her the Arnold Palmer from there. Stopped at this one with my wife to have some lunch. She got the regular chicken sandwich meal with a large Arnold Palmer and I got the spicy sandwich. I really love this sandwich. Sometimes I want one or two mor pickles but when you eat it super hot and super fresh, there really is no other chicken sandwich quite like it. Service here is top notch. They clean the tables right away and make frequent stops to see if we need anything else. Best of all, the employees really seem like they enjoy the job. It's rare for me to leave Chick-fil-A disappointed and today was no exception. Delicious food and exceptional service. Again, a first for me at any Chick-fil-A, from Las Vegas, to San Diego, to many different cities in South Carolina and Florida... and other cities in between. We came here tonight to support small wonders preschool in Cape Coral and it seems like half of our church showed up today. Even though the line was long they still communicated with each other to figure out who has been help and who hasn't. They are still friendly and the service is still amazing!
