My friend who lives in another state raves about Cava, so I was really excited to try them. But I am hardly ever that far south / west. I finally got to go tonight. I made a custom bowl with the chicken shawarma with brown rice and greens, and almost all toppings. I got the hummus and for the sauces I got the dill and the lemon on the side. It was so good! The line was super long and I understand why. The girls who served us were really sweet. I liked that they automatically bagged everything up to go. There was plenty of seating and we sat outside. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. read more

My first time visiting this location and only my 3rd time eating at a CAVA. First time was in South Carolina and second time in Orlando. I seen this one on my route and had to stop. So glad I did! Absolutely delicious food! Delightful service! Very clean restaurant with respectful staff that were friendly and willing to assist in anyway! I really wish there was one near Hollywood FL where I work and live. Also if you have a chance to try it, the cucumber mint drink is a great refreshing drink that's a change from the normal at most restaurants. read more

Lack of attention to detail. I ordered online for pick up last week from here and I ordered pita chips with my order and I got home and it was not in the bag. Money wasted! I ordered online today again, and added pita chips to my order and when I got there I made sure to check the bag and the pita chips were not in there once again. I had to say something to the workers and got them. Once again, lack of attention to detail not once but twice and that was money wasted the first time I ordered and did not receive! read more

The food is nasty and everything is cold! You're better off at chipotle or just Salad. Very bland and has no flavor. The siracha sauce was nasty and it's suppose to go on one of the salad bowls. The balsamic didn't even taste like balsamic. read more

OK production line food in a sterile cafeteria environment. Seems like that description fits many of these low cost franchise outlets. So, the spicy lamb wrap it is. Bread was OK and protein was tasty but it leaked all over. Messy and hard to manage would be my description. Meh read more

Food is good, but customer service is VERY questionable, pricing is vague and staff seems lost. Haven't decided if I'll be back but definitely a 3 out of 5 overall. Extra 1.50 being charged for rice on a pita ... not posted or effectively communicated, and tbh a rip off. I'll give it a month and see how I feel ‍ read more

I hope I have the right location on here. It says fort myers, but this review is for the CAVA on Alico, by gulfcoast town center. I have been experiencing CAVA for a long time. Back in Maryland, that's all we eat as far as fast food is concerned. I was surprise to see how late this area catches on. But this one was exceptional. Our fourth time back in two weeks because the service was so good. The gentleman who is running the place as an interim, but he should be the general manager. His customer care, professionalism and attention makes coming here an experience to have. The workers are all welcoming and helpful every time. We went to the one on Daniel's before, it's crap. CAVA seriously needs to get it together. The portion sizes are a flat-out joke. I paid for a full bowl and got something that looked like it was made for a preschooler. Barely any protein, barely any toppings--just a sad scoop of ingredients tossed in like they were rationing food during an apocalypse. For the prices they charge, it's insulting. If this is what they consider a meal, then it's honestly not worth stepping foot in the place. read more

I love this food!!!!! lets sadly start there. my entire crew of gals at the dentist office would order here at least 2 -3 times per week. We kept this place alive!! haha. But if you want cava for dinner.... forget it. They start their closing cleaning so early theres never anything left so we all stopped going. The drinks were our favs- i miss them so much. But their hours and choice to toss out food and drinks during dinner times ruined it for us. way to inconsistent and not a business i want to support. read more

Tried cava for the first time in DC and was excited to see one in SWFL right when I was looking for a quick bite. Predictably fresh and tasty. I might be a little obsessed with the spicy, harissa, falafel bowl! And their beverages (non sodas) are so good and refreshing. 4 vs 5 stars is because the portions were smaller than what I had in DC. Still generous tho. read more

The food is delicious - plenty of combinations (great veg options too) and a hefty portion. It can be overwhelming if you don't know what you want! Today, Kaytlin accommodated me wonderfully, giving me extra time to order and allowing me to try some new things on the side. Very kind! There is plenty of seating, and it is usually pretty clean. The food was fresh, delicious, and healthy. The place was immaculate, and the staff was efficient, kind, and genuinely caring in delivering an excellent experience. The night manager, Jim went through all the menu items, gave tastings of anything I was curious about, and was pretty awesome - the kind of guy any restaurant owner would want representing the brand. This place is going to catch on, and if these chains run as well as this one, it will explode on the scene and have a long life and loyal following - like a new Chipotle. It was my first time at CAVA today and omg I will absolutely be coming back! The service was so amazing. Dianne was so patient and informative about everything that was on the menu, she helped me craft my now new go-to bowl. She was very sweet! We got two kids meals, and immediately noticed that the pita wraps both had moldy green spots. When we took it up to a worker, who said that ALL pita were like that. We sat down, flipped the pita around, and the bottom had more mold on it. We took it back up to a different worker and told her there was more mold. This lovely worker made us fresh bowls and double checked that the pita didn't have mold on it. She also gave us pita chips to make up for the experience. read more

I just gotta say, big shoutout to all the employees over at cava off of Alico rd in fort Myers. Each time I walk into the establishment. There's a warm welcoming. The restaurant is clean. I want to give a special kudos to Ms. Dayani! I remember walking into cava for the first time last month and she was there to assist me, I told her it was my first time trying it out after seeing lots of people rave about it. She was very helpful, each time I continue to go there for lunch now she is always present and persistent and there to serve with a big smile. We need more people like her in the world. You can tell she cares about the customers and is all about customer service. Thank you again. I don't think 5 stars is enough gratitude. This place deserves more for sure so kudos to her and the team over there. read more

My breakfast of choice was their Meat Lover's Omelet, an omelet that had cheddar cheese, cubes of ham, some ground sausage, and included in there someplace were little pieces of bacon. As far as omelets go, this one was average, nothing out of the ordinary. They didn't have their Home Fries, so my side was hash browns, which are almost designed to be uniformly average. 41 Diner has a definite diner look from the outside, inside didn't have neon or chrome but it's a large comfortable place not unlike a favorite diner. It was almost empty when I stopped in. My service was great and the food didn't take long at all to arrive. As for the robot, I didn't get to see it in action. Because they weren't really busy and I was a single diner i.e. not many plates to bring to my table, my food was delivered normally. At the end of my meal I did ask about the robot and learned they do use it. They can load it up and have it go to any table. The server will transfer the dishes to the table and send the robot back to wherever it hangs out. She told me it was very helpful and even offered to demo it for me. Here is an old school diner with point of sale checkout machines and a robot. Cool.
