My friend who lives in another state raves about Cava, so I was really excited to try them. But I am hardly ever that far south / west. I finally got to go tonight. I made a custom bowl with the chicken shawarma with brown rice and greens, and almost all toppings. I got the hummus and for the sauces I got the dill and the lemon on the side. It was so good! The line was super long and I understand why. The girls who served us were really sweet. I liked that they automatically bagged everything up to go. There was plenty of seating and we sat outside. This place is like an upscale chipotle better ingredients and more selections. Make your own bowl and you can add on so much stuff it's a huge portion. The food is nasty and everything is cold! You're better off at chipotle or just Salad. Very bland and has no flavor. The siracha sauce was nasty and it's suppose to go on one of the salad bowls. The balsamic didn't even taste like balsamic. read more

Back in Maryland, that's all we eat as far as fast food is concerned. I was surprise to see how late this area catches on. But this one was exceptional. Our fourth time back in two weeks because the service was so good. The gentleman who is running the place as an interim, but he should be the general manager. His customer care, professionalism and attention makes coming here an experience to have. The workers are all welcoming and helpful every time. We went to the one on Daniel's before, it's crap.
