    two containers of pickled onions
    Frank T.

It's not often I give a rating like this, especially when first time trying a place. I am amazed at the service considering all the high ratings I saw for this place. I assume it was people who did not order delivery. I would have given it 1 star if it were not for the quick response I received from their corporate office, and since the Favor delivery person is also to blame. I ordered a bunch of food for delivery on a quiet Thursday afternoon. My wife wanted to try this place, since our go to chicken delivery place had closed after 5 years of great food and service. I am listing in detail what we ordered for delivery, as I don't know how someone, either the order preparer or delivery person, or both, could not review the order and see how many things were MISSING! And yet, I was charged for the full order. We ordered the following and below is what we got: 1 x Whole Grilled Chicken (1 x $24.99) = $24.99 1 x Charro Beans Large received 1 x Corn Tortillas 10 pcs NOT received 1 x Flour Tortillas 10 pcs received 1 x Onion w/ Habanero Small received 1 x Cabbage w/ Jalapeños Small received 1 x Salsa Habanero Small NOT received 1 x Pico de Gallo Small NOT recieved We received the chicken, beans, and flour tortillas. No salsa, pico, or Corn tortillas. Plus they gave us rice. We did not order rice! When they say small for the Onion w/Habanero and Cabbage w/Jalapenos, they mean small. Not even a side. Chicken was ok. The grilled skin and flavor was good, but the meat dry, and the size, it looked like chicken on a diet of bread and water. 1 x Chicken Soup 1 x Chicken (1 x $10.49) = $10.49 1 x Corn Tortillas 5 pcs received 1 x Charro Beans Medium received 1 x Cabbage w/ Jalapeños Small NOT received My wife ordered the soup. She is a connoisseur of this type of soup, and the only thing she said made it bearable was the two large pieces of chicken in there. They could have at lease de-boned the chicken. WE ALSO ORDERED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS BELOW OF WHICH NOT A SINGLE ONE ARRIVED. HOW DO YOU MISS THIS? 1 x Stuffed Potato 1 x Mixed Meat (1 x $10.99) = $10.99 1 x 1/2 Carne Asada 1 x 1/2 Pastor 1 x Salsa Verde Small 1 x Add 1/4 Avocado (1 x $0.99) = $0.99 1 x Extra Toreado Jalapeno (1 x $0.39) = $0.39 1 x Regio Platter 1 x Carne Asada (1 x $14.99) = $14.99 1 x French Fries 1 x Flour Tortillas 5 pcs 1 x Salad 1 x Salsa Habanero Small 1 x Cheese Sauce Small 1 x Salad (1 x $2.69) = $2.69 1 x No Salsa 1 x Grilled Onions 1 x Large (1 x $2.35) = $2.35 1 x Jalapeño Pepper 1 x Pickled Jalapeno (1 x $0.39) = $0.39 1 x Jalapeño Pepper 1 x Toreado Pepper (1 x $0.39) = $0.39 1 x Guacamole 1 x Medium (1 x $4.38) = $4.38 SUBTOTAL $73.04 DELIVERY CHARGE $3.99 SERVICE CHARGE $3.00 TAX $6.02 TIP $5.00 TOTAL $91.05 I called the restaurant multiple times, each time receiving an answering machine stating they were busy, and then put on hold. After 10 seconds of music it automatically hung up. How classy. I called and texted the Favor driver and no response. I could not even call Favor as the order was through the restaurant, but they used Favor. I finally submitted a complainT online and someone called me and apologized continually. They wanted to reimburse me for just the items missing, but as you can see there was more than just that. I would expect a place like this to comp the entire order, but had to convince them to give me $40 credit, and even then I had to get the credit in their app. So, I guess I have to go back to this place. I will order next time dine in at the counter, and see if they can recover from this.

    Potato with beef

I got the potato with beef. It was terrible. Nest wasn't fresh tasting, the potatoes were all chipped up the meat was diced finely, they were both swimming in fake butter and two types of fake cheese. I was sure it was not my order. The green salsa was disgusting and not at all what I was looking forward to. I should have gotten this dish at pollo loco down the street I would have enjoyed my meal and it would have been faster with better service.

Pastor, asada, rice, beans, chips, and extras

I have been to the Berkman location twice. Yesterday we purchased a family dinner. It was delicious! Included were pastor and asada (you can choose 1 or 2 meats) rice and beans both had good flavor chips were crunchy and perfectly seasoned salsas ( we liked the red but loved the green) Limes LOTS of corn tortillas ( wrapped in sets of 5) Onion- grilled and chopped Cilantro In a huge easy to transport box! Staff was so nice and helpful. Great news one of the nice ladies told me the Pflugerville location will open in two months! I almost forgot- the churros are ! Last time I also had barbacoa which was delicious!

This company provides excellent service at an affordable price. The pina Agua Fresca was my favorite! The staff are professional, friendly, and loads of fun! You will not be disappointed.

Good food, good service can never go wrong with their chicke. They even have Apple Pay which is good when you don't have money in hand. Fast customer service too.

More than 10 people in 105 degrees

Service is terrible, I made an online order and had to wait more than 30 minutes in the sun. They do not have any where covered to wait. The food is pretty good actually, I will not recommend this place to no one unless you want wait more then 40 minutes for a simple 1 entree order.

Rating: 4.3/5 [Delivery]…read more I found Delulu on UberEats (4.8 stars) and Google (5 stars) but didn't see it on Yelp. They were running a BOGO deal on Postmates so we decided to try it, and they did not disappoint! Generous portion sizes that could easily feed a family. The flavors were bold--sometimes a little overwhelming--so the whole meal felt like going from one extreme to another. Mango Crunch ($12.99): Lettuce, cabbage, kale, and mango salad tossed in green ranch, topped with LimeLu bites. This was yummy and could have been my favorite if it wasn't drenched in dressing. They added so much green ranch that I had to mix in rice to balance it out. Big Lu ($18.99): Comes with two chicken bites and two sides. The chicken was juicy, not super crispy after delivery, but still tasty. MadLu: Green curry, sour cream, and hot sauce. I expected Thai-inspired flavors since their sandwich version is called Mad Thai, but it leaned more Indian with the green curry. WaterLu: Hot maple, mustard, and smoked butter. I liked it better without the mustard since it was very strong and overpowering. Rice & Noods: Skip this side. The noodles were hard, and this side didn't add much. Fries: Nothing special, but good if you crisp them up in an air fryer. Corn Ribs ($5.90): Tossed with chili cream and spicy togarashi. The corn was soft, flavorful, and easily the best corn ribs we've had in Austin so far. Not sure which item the pickled cucumber, cabbage, and onion salad came with, but it was very sour.

Since fried chicken was off the table, I went with the grilled chicken, and honestly it was excellent. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and flavorful enough that it did not feel like a consolation prize. Maybe this was the universe giving my cholesterol a temporary reprieve. The collards were just okay and not the strongest part of the meal, but everything else made up for it. The restaurant itself was super clean, and you could tell this newer location is well cared for. At about two years old, it still felt sharp, polished, and well run. Spicy Boys has four locations in the Austin area, with probably their most popular at Zilker Brewing. They are a spicy chicken establishment and their spicy chicken comes in different shapes and sizes from bone-in fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, and nuggets. I have only ever ordered their fried chicken sandwich and every time, I have been a fan. I always get their middle option in heat, the Hot Gai, which is sandwiched between the OG and the Tingly Gai. It hits every time. The mayonnaise, the pickles, the perfectly crisp chicken: you can't miss it. As a side, I ALWAYS without fail get their Tater Tots. They are consistently crispy while remaining soft on the inside. Sometimes I will get it seasoned with their Tingly Sichuan, but the heat is sometimes too much. I cannot recommend the tots enough. Spicy Boys is one of those places that is always there for you. They are consistently open and the people making the orders are putting a ton of dedication into making them smack every time. The sandwich alone comes at $9.50 with the tots at $3.50, which seems on par or slightly lower than a typical food truck if my memory serves me right. I recommend giving them a shot whether you are at Spokesman in Pflugerville, St. Elmo Brewing, or Zilker off 6th Street. It's in the upper echelon of food trucks. RIYL: peak chicken sammys

Broken Rice Plate With Grilled Chicken ($17.49): If you're a fan of plain chicken this is for you, but it wasn't for us. This also doesn't look like the UberEats picture where it comes with an egg which can be misleading. Grilled Pork Sandwich ($10.99): Not worth it. The banh mi was a bit small and didn't have a lot of stuffing, and the bread didn't seem toasted. The grilled pork was good but I think it worked better in the vermicelli bowl than in the sandwich. I also think they used regular American mayo instead of egg mayo, which made a difference. Nancy's Jumbo Chicken Wings ($14.99): These are fried wings tossed in garlic, chili, and a house glaze. They weren't really jumbo, more like just a bit bigger than average, but the sauce on these was chef's kiss. Easily the best item out of everything we got. Hibiscus Limeade ($5.99): A 20 oz iced drink that was refreshing. No sourness from the limeade and just a light hibiscus flavor.
