As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a staff member who was very welcoming. We ordered an arepa with shredded beef, yoyos with grilled chicken, and a chicha. Everything was delicious! Just be prepared to get a little messy. It's not exactly a first date spot lol. The chicha was especially good. It's a bit thick, which makes it feel more like a dessert drink. It tasted just like rice pudding, which I loved. I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu.

Though I don't remember which, I did order two kinds. They have quite a few and I intend on trying them all. If you're ordering them for the first time, the way to eat a pupusa is to fold the sauce and curtido, which is a Central American coleslaw, into the pupusas, pick them up and enjoy. The chicken and fried bananas my coworker ordered looked delicious too. I can't wait to eat from Tipico Sazón again. I look forward to eventually stopping in. Served with some crispy spiced potatoes and a lovely salad. The dish was delicious, the eggs were poached well and I loved every bit of it. Gio's Columbian Egg Sandwich was also excellent, also served with the same potatoes and salad. Everyone enjoyed their plates which also included pancakes, Steak & Eggs and Carne Asada. We also ordered some empanadas to bring home and they were so good. They offer both flour and corn versions and they really hit the spot later that day.
