It appeared that he attempted to rinse them off and package them to sell to me anyway. When he brought them back, I asked, "Didn't those salmon steaks just hit the floor? Could you please get me four new ones?" His response, said quietly under his breath, was, "Oh, you saw that." He then selected four replacement steaks, weighed them, and labeled them for purchase. I was very disappointed that anyone would attempt to sell food that had fallen on the floor. That experience left a very negative impression and made me question the seafood department's food handling practices. The rest of my shopping experience was fine, and the highlight of my visit was one of the restaurants inside the store--a boba and milk tea shop. The service there was excellent, and I had one of the best yogurt and pumpkin milk teas I've ever tasted. That positive experience is the reason I'm giving three stars instead of one. I'll likely avoid purchasing seafood here in the future, but I would definitely return to visit the shops and restaurants inside the store.

I had only been parked there for a couple of hours, and I see a notification from my car app that my car alarm is going off and I see my car getting towed on the camera mid tattoo session. I had to run outside with plastic wrap on my leg to try and get my car back. I called the towing company listed on the sign, and they said this market called them and signed paperwork to have my car towed and gave me some BS reason saying that my car had been parked there for more than one hour. There is NO signage that says one hour parking. The signs in this lot say "Customer's Only" and "No Overnight Parking." Apparently someone working here thinks they're some sort of parking police and the entire parking lot belongs to them to power trip and inconvenience people supporting local businesses in the complex. Absolutely infuriating that I had to waste 3 hours to get my car back, which was towed for no reason. I have parked here several times for tattoo appointments and have not had an issue until yesterday, (02/08/2026). Thankfully my tattoo artist was understanding and waited for me to get it resolved before staying late to finish my tattoo. Edit: The business owner replied to my review, however that contradicts what the towing company said over the phone when I called them and asked why they're towing my car when I'm a customer in a business near the area I parked. The towing company said that they would not tow any cars without an authorized signature from one of the businesses, and they told me on the phone that signature came from "The Market, La Carreta." They said someone first noticed my car at 3 pm, and then called the tow around 5 pm. This is the reason I went into the store and confronted the manager who was working at the time, and not a different business.

If the store was truly closed, why were other customers still being checked out? The entire interaction felt targeted, disrespectful, and humiliating. While I cannot know the cashier's intentions, being denied service while another customer was served moments later left my friends and me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Rather than argue, I left all of my items behind and walked out. I have shopped at 99 Ranch for years and never expected to experience something like this. I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and register activity from Register 14 around 9:00 PM on June 6, 2026, and addresses why customers were falsely told the store was closed while others continued to receive service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First off, Polka Deli is NOT a restaurant. I think they offer sandwiches during the week at lunch time, but other than that, don't expect a waiter or a menu. I was born in Poland and moved here a while back, but Polka Deli is great for authenticity. As for what Mark M. said about the lady, I've never had a bad experience with her, nor have I seen her be rude to people other than me. She's helpful with questions regarding traditions, too! As for taking a part of a link, she HAS told me before that they can't sell it like that, but it's easy to freeze and defrost when ready to eat. Yummy food and fun, Polish people! This place was absolutely incredible! With a line out the door, I knew I was in for something special. The service was lightning fast and seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was a bit unsure of what to order, but they were more than happy to help me choose. The shop itself was small and charming, and the food was out of this world. We tried their Babka bunt cake, pierogies, stuffed potato balls, and Kielbasa, and every single bite was a burst of fresh, amazing flavor.
