Rooskaya vietchenah or russuan ham is what we born and live with it and if there is a place that i can find the quality one i never lose it...Moscow Deli has a quality products...If you are russian food lover this is the place...They have so many products and i always find somany nostalgia ones...They have great selection of tea to...Good candy dep and also deli which is my fav part of store. There is also two tables with 4 chairs total so if you have a plan to go to in group you can dine in. But there is a big parking lot so you can eat in your car to...Reasonably priced and normally stocked... the lady who took care of us here was very friendly ....Great customer service!

Authentic Eastern European Deli with fresh meats, bread, soups, pastas, bottled drinks, and all kinds of chocolates and packaged snacks from the old country I loved the Borscht a traditional Eastern European beet soup with vegetables and sour cream

I saw a video from TikTok of a woman trying Russian/Ukrainian food. I decided to check this place to try some borscht and to pick out a few things, too. It's a tiny store, but some great options to choose from. All I can say is that the food is yummy and filling! I will come back again and recommend it to my friends :)

All of my visits to Moscow deli have always been very good. They have everything an Eastern European mama, like myself, needs. I don't just want it, I need it. The service here is good, and the ladies that work here are so kind. They gave my little daughter some candies while we were shopping, and got a big kick when she spoke some Russian. This place has a nice mom and pop atmosphere. I like it a lot, and I will be back for more of the good stuff soon. Spasiba!

    Dry, stale honey cake

We come here often to grab some goodies, chocolates and cakes. Today the honey cake is not good at all. It is very dry, firm, and flavor is off.

Great spot for authentic food, great customer service and very tasty food, reasonably priced. Very recommended.

This is a very cute little deli. They have a wide selection of items and great service.

Stolichniye (Sonia's Kitchen) brand Pelmini (dumplings) vs Grandma's Perogies (Siberian) brand. I prefer the latter (but it's a close call).
    Simon K.

Today I tried 2 different pork based dumplings (Pelmini)... The Stolichniye (Sonia's Kitchen) brand beef and pork mixed dumplings were pretty good. They were less doughy and the meat was slightly fibrous. The Grandma's Perogies (Siberian) brand pork and beef mixed dumplings were also pretty good. They were more doughy and the meat was not fibrous. I think I prefer these, but it was a close call. Next time I need to compare against their bulk (unbranded) dumplings.

Do you make Medovik (Russian Honey Cake) or have the ability to make it as a special order?

Yes, they have big variety of doctorskaya kolbasa

Are any of the soups, cabbage rolls, or deli items gluten free? We have been looking for an authentic Russian deli but have several food sensitivities in our family (gluten, dairy).

Hi. The cabbage rolls are gluten free however they do have eggs in them. Certain soups like borscht are gluten and dairy free. All of our salads are also gluten and dairy free except the Olivier salad also has boiled egg in it. The vinaigrette salad…

And it's pretty spicy, so be prepared. The fried naan with beef was good as well. Frankly, I didn't think the fried naan really added much to the dish, and there were a couple of random French fries in it as well. The naan was fine, but not at all like naan from an Indian restaurant. This was just a piece of bread. The big tower kabab was just ok. I didn't think there was anyone special. The service was good and the interior decor was much nicer than the plain exterior would suggest.

The interior was quaint with lots of Russian decor elements. Service was also friendly. The menu is broad with lots of Russian options, and there is even a lunch combo/special option for weekdays from 11AM-3PM that comes with a side, small bowl of soup, and traditional kompot drink. We decided to order a lunch combo (chicken kotleti) as well as the Á la Kalinka dish. The chicken kotleti was basically a ground chicken meatball that was served with a sauce reminiscent of cocktail sauce. The rice was garnished with fresh dill. The Á la Kalinka beef stew was very flavorful with whole peppercorns, tomato, and bay leaves, and was unexpectedly spicy. I loved that it was served piping hot. Although the portion of beef in the stew was generous, some pieces were a bit tough. Both dishes came with pickled cabbage slaw. I really enjoyed the hot borscht soup, it even had a few chunks of beef inside (granted, I love beets). I really enjoyed the kompot drink, but was a little irked when there was a charge for the drink. Admittedly, we were served a full carafe of kompot, and the explanation I received was that the lunch combo only comes with a single small glass, but I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted to pay for a larger volume drink. I was also asked if I wanted bread, which cost $3.50. Again, I have nothing against charges for these things, but it would be better to be more transparent upfront that there will be charges instead of just adding it to the bill. Ultimately, food was a bit pricey but was very tasty and there isn't much Russian food around. I still had a nice overall meal experience.

It was immediately clear that the owners and chefs here are driven by a genuine philosophy, not just profit. You can feel the care and thought put into every single dish. Everything was impeccable--from the freshness of the ingredients and the flavor balance to the thoughtful details, like the choice of glassware and coffee cups. It's rare to see that level of care throughout the entire experience. I also ordered the pizza without high expectations, but it turned out to be better than many specialized pizza shops. It was truly outstanding. The two young staff members at the front were incredibly kind and welcoming as well. The only minor downside is the parking--it might be a bit tricky for first-timers, and the lot is somewhat tight. But honestly, that's just part of life here in L.A. As a big supporter of local businesses, I want to say that the food and service are so exceptional that the parking situation becomes a non-issue. It really is that good. My wife enjoyed it so much that she's already planning our next visit to try their breakfast menu. I sincerely hope this business continues to grow and thrive. Had the Mom Please Breakfast, Syrnyky with Berry Sauce, and Napoleon Cake. Absolutely outstanding and would easily recommend all three. The portions are fine, not American super obesity sized, more like normal human sized. The atmosphere is awesome. The restaurant is clean. The bathroom is clean. The dessert case is beautiful. The outdoor seating is great. The place is super charming and your girlfriend will love you for taking her. There's a constant flow of beautiful people. Amazing place to enjoy food, watch beautiful people, and stare at other people's cute dogs. The service is where it falters from a full 5 star restaurant. They are not rude at all. They're actually very nice. They're just overwhelmed. There's basically one guy with an occasional 2nd that are the order taker, server, busser, barista servicing the whole place. You're going to get a lot of "please wait a few minutes", they're going to forget your drinks, it's going to take 15 minutes to get a dessert from the case. Go for the great food. Go for the beautiful atmosphere. But go when you're not busy cuz they'll probably forget your order and you'll have to chase down that very busy server.
