While the staff are all friendly, the service does not meet what I am used to and require. The first time (or two?), I had a pedicure. It was just an okay job. This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. Lesson learned the hard way.

I had a specific OPI gel color combo in mind. I like to use two different shades layered for a perfect neutral for my fair skin. A bit extra yes, but the results have never failed me. The staff was able to find one of the two colors before my appointment and shortly after my arrival they located the second color. Yay!!!! They are used to customers who like to customize their color. This extra request didn't create an issue whatsoever and they were so accommodating by searching the entire wall to find it. The salon is beautifully designed and it appears perfect for large groups, think "girls day out". I opted for a hot cuticle oil pedi, and a classic fill with my custom layered polish. Both of my nail specialists were great and my nails look holiday ready! I even got an extra $10 gift card based on the price of my services. Win win!!

I am not one to make a scene (some may say too nice) so paid the people and left but let me save you from spending the $15. Co-worker went with the fill and polish. Looked really great honestly, but less than 24-hours later it's chipping. Picture is of my manicure 1 day in. Looks very similar to when I attempt to paint my own nails and I have no talent.

She is super detailed, kind, remembers what I like and what works best for me and is always working on ways to make sure I get the best Dip nails and pedicures. They have the newer massage chairs that can massage your head, neck, hands and arms and your back all at once. Super relaxing! They offer waters, wine and other beverages (pretty sure I have seen Mimosas) while you're being worked on. My experiences have been so good that I was able to convince my hubby to come in for a pedicure with me. He ended up loving it! Now he actually goes from time to time on his own, when our schedules don't line up together. Lisa, the owner, has always been able to work with my ever changing schedule with ease, she smiles and greeted me by name when I walk in. And I truly appreciate that. And while my original nail tech has moved on, I recommend Anthony for artful and intricate nail work, for sure! He's quiet at first but if you talk with him, you will find someone that is REALLY funny and isn't afraid to show it - I honestly think it makes the time fly by when he is in that mode!

I always get hard gel and have never been charged more than $70 and I always tip. I get the same thing every time, hard gel, almond shape, and one color nothing different today. But for some reason they decided to try to scam me and made me pay $80 which is a lot for a college student. I fought as much as I could about how I've never gotten charged that much and always come for the same exact thing and they just charged me more for getting almond shape which I have always done. Something is not adding up and I'm pissed.
