7 Day was always my go to back in the day of fancy fingers andn toes. Havent been in about a year so came to the tried n true I wasnt sure if instruments for my pedicure were sterile or used on previous customer. They no longer exchange the wet towel for a dry towel to paint your nails. I asked tech for a dry towel and she turned it over..aah no..skin particles from the pedicure flaked my toes. They used to offer a beverage..not sure id they stopped or no one bothered. As far as my eyebrow and lip wax..service was less than desirable. First off..is that a clean stick or did u use on someone else? I had to ask for the balm for my lips..they disnt even clean extra wax from my lip Poor service..man they have gone downhill. read more

I ended up choosing the deluxe spa pedicure, which included a peppermint rose herbal soak, a gentle sugar scrub, nail and cuticle trim, callous softening and removal, a salt scrub to brighten my big ugly feet, a relaxing hot rock massage with cooling gel, a relaxing massage and hydration with scent, a soothing masque with hot steamy towels and a paraffin wax to soften and otherwise moisturize my dry cracked feet. Worth the drive all the way to Tallahassee. My first pedicure since reopening due to covid 19. I called and Made an appointment this morning to come in after work. You check in outside on tablet, with mask on, come in sand sanitize you hands immediately, then straight to wash your hands before picking out polish color. They still use the new liners in bowls and everyone gets a one use kit with tools just for you and are thrown away once they have been used. They clean their areas and wipe down everything as soon as customer leaves. Hot stone, hot towels are included in every pedicure, but I Always get the mask with my pedicure its my favorite! I'm new to town and wish I had found this place first. I went to another nail salon in town and they put a gel coat over sns. It was a absolute nightmare but the tech at 7 day took her time taking it off so she didn't hurt my natural nail, she was so kind and even held small conversation. They do not have a ton of colors but i don't even care it was the best pedicure I've had in my life. I am so happy with my nails 2 weeks later and will absolutely come back. The first time I came to the salon I was pleased with the service. The older man did my pedicure nicely and a young girl with reddish hair did my chrome nails nicely. They were both friendly, efficient, and encouraged me to come back again. They are the reason I gave any stars. The 2nd evening that I came the same girl was not there at the time and the man was working on someone else so their colleagues helped me. Long story short, I waited for hours to get about 2 services completed. All I wanted was a pedicure and gel nail polish on my real nails... easy right. Despite calling beforehand and being informed of "no wait time" I was the very last customer to leave the shop that night. The man pricked my finger, the manager or whomever she is was rude, and she still requested that I tip. Maybe they had a bad day right.... This last time I went the owner, or whomever she is that sits up front, did my dip on my real nails. She's the worse. Rude, abrasive, and unprofessional again. I asked the tech to shape my nails thin and square(coffin)...he acted like he didn't understand what I was saying and then proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Excellent mani pedi place. Great service and low prices. 35 total for spa mani pedi including hot stone massage. Only caveat is not to get the older lady with the curly hair (she doesn't listen to what you want, pressures you for other services, does a poor job) and the man with very short hair (will destroy your nailbeds and the skin around them). Regular spa pedicure is $25 and includes great sugar scrub, massage with hot stones (my first and a total must for future) and hot towels, cooling gel...everything you want in a good pedi. They also serve complimentary beverages including wine. The place is clean and well kept, staff is totally sweet and talented despite a slight language barrier, and my only even maybe complaint is that when we came in, they took us right to a great massage chair but we had to wait a bit...but for a 430 walk in when they close at 5 on a Sunday, I'll take it...and they even waited on customers that got there after us. Oh, did I mention my nails look great?! Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior, this place is a total find and I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a totally relaxing experience. I decided to get a pedicure and gel, acrylic overlay to uplift my mood on a day that was starting off pretty rough. Kevin did my nails (saw the name on his license), and I must say, he did a horrible job. The overlay of gel on my nails is so THICK! My nails look very fake, and my polish was all over the place. He never greeted me or said a thing outside of asking, "Are you getting acrylic?." His energy was so cold. He hardly even looked at my hands during the service which caused him to nick me TWICE with the drilling machine. He didn't react when he did it. He looked around the salon, sometimes greeted others, and was very interested in whatever was happening behind me at the front door. I am a cosmetologist and was trying a new place. and I can say that is not the way I was taught to provide a service. People should be treated better and with professionalism. It was a mixed experience. The pedicurist was great but there was no alternative for people who are allergic to citrus to get the scrub and so you get cheated out of some of the massage on your feet. She also never asked if I wanted a grater used on my feet. My manicurist experience was horrible. The man actually gave me to a colleague because he didn't want to put up with my dislike for his shaping of my nails which are now much shorter and offside/mishaped. He also cut my cuticle and didn't put anything on it while it was bleeding. The lady who took over for him painted on my skin with gel nail polish. read more
