While the staff are all friendly, the service does not meet what I am used to and require. The first time (or two?), I had a pedicure. It was just an okay job. This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. Lesson learned the hard way.

The second time I asked for square french nails. Nothing crazy right? Something a basic nail artist should know how to do. The lady that did my nails was shaking so bad she couldn't do the french. We were sitting there for 20 min and she was only 2 nails in, and it looked terrible!! If it looked good I would've waited. I said it was fine and to just leave it the base color. My nails came out looking SO chunky and the shape was awful. I went to the front desk and asked if they did soak offs for a refund and the worker (different than last time) was quite literally in high school and was so rude. Didn't even give me a discount when I didn't get the service I wanted which was very basic. I payed $55 for a FILL that looked awful and wasn't even what I wanted. I literally drove down the street to a different salon and they fixed them up perfectly with no problem and couldn't believe someone did work like that. I honestly don't think that lady should be doing peoples nails when she is shaking so bad it's prohibiting her doing a good job. Maybe I just had bad luck with the nail tech I had but I won't be going back after that :(

It was absolutely awkward. Not even a smile. Aside from that I got a gel manicure in a matter of 8 days the gel manicure peeled off in one solid piece. All 10! Obviously this is improper preparation. I was so uncomfortable and now annoyed with the manicure coming off so fast. $50!!! I rarely leave negative reviews but this place is in desperate need of basic customer service and proper application of gel nails.
