If I could give 0 I would. I have been getting my nails done for years, and unfortunately this was…read morehands down the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. My nails came out extremely crooked--several of them are literally pointing/facing to the left instead of straight. But honestly, the most frustrating part was the experience trying to choose my color. I picked the color I wanted, and the nail tech switched it on me. When I told her that it was not the color I chose, instead of listening to me or correcting it, she argued with me. She first tried to tell me a glitter was the same color when it clearly was not. When I said I didn't want that, she then tried chrome and again insisted it was the same. I repeatedly explained that it was not what I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. At the end of the day, I am the customer paying for the service--I should be able to choose the color I want on my own nails. Between the crooked nails, not receiving the color I asked for, and being argued with instead of listened to, I left extremely disappointed. There are far too many great nail salons in Tallahassee to spend your money somewhere that leaves you feeling unheard and unhappy with the finished result. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. Below was my inspo pic and the right are my nails I ended up leaving with.

I saw 10 employees working! The food channel was playing on the tv and quiet music was playing. The classic pedicure is the most basic but it's amazing!! The massage and hot towel is heaven! So happy this place is still going strong here in Tallahassee!!

While the staff are all friendly, the service does not meet what I am used to and require. The first time (or two?), I had a pedicure. It was just an okay job. This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. Lesson learned the hard way.

I enjoyed the first visit. Will return for more nail services. Very nice atmosphere.read more

I love, love, love this place!!!…read more I have been going here for over 10 years and can't say anything, but great things about Jimmy, Ana, Dana, and Louann! They always put customers first, and they've always treated me and my loved ones as if we are one happy family. Would recommend them, and always do recommend them when I receive compliments on my nails. You guys keep the hospitality, the customer comes first approach and your company will continue to prosper!!!

Basically, I left with only a fill, no polish (a long story in itself). Was told they wouldn't have time to do my feet and to come back. There was still 15 mints before closing. Seems leaving by closing time is more important than finishing a customer's service. Won't go back and told them so. Service was mid at best. Place was clean.

I had an appointment for a gel mani and pedi. Emma took care of the pedicure and she was great. A nice long extensive massage, now that part took place with the sugar scrub so it kind of hurt but also felt good if that makes sense. I think I would've preferred the longer massage with the lotion segment of the pedicure. Now onto the manicure, I think my tech's name was "Otis." He was good. Seemed thorough. Both the people I experienced took their time and did a fine job. I was also offered a beverage upon me taking my seat, which I always appreciate.

They have the newer massage chairs that can massage your head, neck, hands and arms and your back all at once. Super relaxing! They offer waters, wine and other beverages (pretty sure I have seen Mimosas) while you're being worked on. My experiences have been so good that I was able to convince my hubby to come in for a pedicure with me. He ended up loving it! Now he actually goes from time to time on his own, when our schedules don't line up together. Lisa, the owner, has always been able to work with my ever changing schedule with ease, she smiles and greeted me by name when I walk in. And I truly appreciate that. And while my original nail tech has moved on, I recommend Anthony for artful and intricate nail work, for sure! He's quiet at first but if you talk with him, you will find someone that is REALLY funny and isn't afraid to show it - I honestly think it makes the time fly by when he is in that mode!

Very much due for an update…read more It's been years since I've been at this salon. Since 2019 actually and the treatment has been night and day. In 2019, I had a good experience, but it was packed and I felt like a number. I also would up getting waxed and spent $100+, which had me in a tizzy, and mind you that was before tip. Extremely expensive compared to the prices I was used to in South Florida. Enter 2023. I'm officially a resident of Tallahassee. My nails, as per usual, are falling apart as I'm terrible at maintaining them, always biting them when the anxiety hits. I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment. When I arrived, I was set up with Tran as my manicurist. I went in to get both a gel manicure and a regular pedicure done. It was 2 in the afternoon, and as I've become used to drinking wine at a nail salon, I ordered myself a glass of Chardonnay. Honestly I really needed the down time and Tran just made it all the more enjoyable. I was reminded me of my old nail techs, Laura and Maria, in South Florida who I miss deeply. To me going to the nail salon isn't just about getting my nails done, but it's also a place to talk to other people and get to know them. A place to meet a friend of sorts. The attention I received was fantabulous (that's fantastic and fabulous all rolled into one). The wine was chilled, Tran and I spoke about books, Broadway, and food as she did my nails, and did I mention that my nails look amazing? I felt like a new woman walking out of there. I'll definitely return and request Tran! She does awesome work and she's just so nice!
