HORRIBLE!! It was actually filthy in there. The hose and foot rest was fully rusted and had residue all over it. Not 100% sure but I am almost certain that they reuse the toe separators. I paid for 30 minutes and it didn't last that long. I swear the massage portion was 30 seconds long. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews or bring down a business but I am literally in shock. The lady was nice however she also scratched me so bad that 30 minutes later, my ankle is still In pain. Go somewhere else worth your money. read more

I had a good experience. It's a small salon that's very quiet and a little luxurious feel. I wasn't aware how affordable their pedicures are but I really enjoyed the food scrub, it smelled so good and I really like the hot towel. Yesterday, My did my pedicure and Kiki for my manicure with gel nail polish. They were amazing and did a great job. I used my completed stamp card upon check out, paid the remaining amount plus $20 tip. I told the older lady who's doing the check out that my tip is $10 for each of the technician. She was rude because she's in the phone while working with the transaction, I was just standing there waiting for my receipt. I got impatient and pull the receipt from the register and ask if it was my receipt while checking the charges. She grabbed the receipts, then handed me one receipt which was not the right one. I was still checking or looking at the receipt. She was still in the phone and writing on the book. I was about to ask why the tip is not $10 for the tech, she told me to leave with her hand gesture. I didn't want to make a scene so I just left. I gave 4 star only because I didn't like how that lady handled her job and being rude in the checkout . My daughter loves coming here to get her acrylic nails done and schedules appointments with Nick as he is able to style her nails myriad ways she requests after being inspired on Pinterest with almond shaped black or lavender tipped nails. For me, I love a good salon with great chairs, ambiance, customer service, and goosebump inducing feet and leg massages to enhance my pedicures. Classic Nail meets all the above requirements AND helped remove pesky hangnails from my largest toenails. The location is very clean, all employees wear mask and most importantly (at least for me) all employees I saw had beautiful clean nails. Honestly, the place is gorgeous and the people are sweet... However, there was a miscommunication between the person who answered the phone pricing and the amount I ended up paying once the service was completed. I asked "how much is your gel mani/pedi?" I was told one price and I said okay I will be in soon. Once everything was done my total came to almost $100. Didn't get acrylic or anything fancy. Just a simple gel mani/pedi. I mentioned the price I was given earlier and they said he made a mistake. I paid and even gave them a tip, however I don't believe the situation was handle correctly. I love how my toes turn out but the massage and etc was at best a 3/5 but they were sweet. My nails has already begun to chip (three days later) and I don't do any hard labor. For $100 you would think it would last more than a week. For those reasons I cannot justify returning. read more

I have had a few services here - pedicure and dip and both were really good. My 5 stars really is for TY though. He does the best acrylic nails I have ever had. His designs are fantastic and I feel that he actually takes care of your nails. Even after multiple full sets my nails are never trashed. I was out of town for a while and had someone else doing my nails and my nails were awful. I will never not go to TY for acrylic nails. When I show him a picture of what I want he always goes above and beyond and they are better than I could have imagined. The attention to detail is wonderful. I came to this place because of the great reviews however $75 later I'm not convinced. I had an appointment Wednesday where I experienced a rushed pedicure to the point the tips of my toe nails were not painted. When I moved on to my gel manicure I hoped they would do as great as their reviews mention. I went in after growing out my nails for a month and was worried about the nail technician who started to remove the previous gel at such a harsh speed that it began to hurt the skin underneath my nail. They thinned out my nails so bad it hurt all around the bed of the nail. When they go on to do the painting job I noticed immediately that their method would not last. They did not drag the paint brush to the end of the nail. The shape was supposed to be rounded yet I had nails going in different directions. They filed so much to make it right my length slowly went away. After leaving a nice tip to my nail tech hoping she was just starting out and trying to understand, I left. That Friday my nail polish was chipping off in huge pieces. It was as if I had put washable paint on my fingers. I called and they asked me to come in to " see the problem" when I went in they sat me with a women who repainted the nails that had lifted only. Even though I explained to them they would all lift soon enough as it was not done properly the first time, she ignored me and instead made my fingernails bleed, when she got frustrated over the bleeding not stopping she decided to paint right over it. This is not only unprofessional but a safety hazard to those who use the same polish next time as it made contact with my blood. To sum it all up it has not even been a week and my nails are breaking off. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I really wish they would invest in better equipment, technicians, and polish if they are to charge such a steep price. read more

I tried getting this resolved with the manager but nothing was done so now i'm writing a review. First off my nails look horrible for being dip and my manicure was extremely rushed. How I was treated was horrible after not even one week of having this shitty dip "manicure" two of my nails are already chipped. Secondly how they treat the customers is ridiculous if someone has an appointment they should not have to wait for almost 1 hour to be seen especially when they made an appointment a week out!!! Not including how unprofessional the mail technicians were towards me about her putting on the wrong color and rushing my manicure. That's probably why it didn't last. read more

Went in today for fills and a pedicure. I just started using this salon again after a long while. In the past service was consistently good. I got my pedicure done and it was fine. Then I sat down to get my nails filled. I had dark red polish on my nails and the tech proceeded to use the same piece of cotton to try to take all of the polish off of both hands. This of course left a mess all over me and her which she left that way for the remainder of the procedure. When doing the prep for the fills she didn't file down the back of the nails to smooth them out, she didn't push back the cuticles before glopping on acrylic. When I asked her about trimming the cuticles, she said it was a manicure and will cost $10 more. FYI I'm a trained nail tech even though I no longer practice and that's always been a part of the prep. She half assed trimmed my cuticles, used the block sander on the tops of my nails and went straight to painting my nails. No shaping or smoothing of the gloppy fill work. It's not about the money. I don't mind paying for a job well done but $65 for FILLS that looked like a 3rd grader did them? NOPE. That does not include the $45 for the pedicure. This used to be a good place to go. Sad. Just drove into town and couldn't have picked a better nail spa. They have everything under one roof and have the spa like atmosphere. As you walk-in you're greeted and asked to select your polish color. Meanwhile the waiting area seats in the middle of the nail spa, comfortable leather chairs starts your relaxing experience as your techs greets you. My nail tech always ensured that I was okay and comfortable. Most importantly the spa is very clean and so are the bathrooms and the services are inexpensive. They charge $30 extra for designs, extra for shaping , extra for any length above your finger tip and they made me bleed. I asked for regular polish and they just ignored me and gave me gel. I asked for a design and was willing to pay until they tried charging extra after already agreeing on $85. Once another worker came and told my guy "good luck" I knew I was better off doing the designs at home and not wasting my money.
